Everything, it was perfect for our stay. A great base to Angkor Wat, and an easy ride to town.

Overall is ok to stay. Staff need to be more firendly and more welcome during arrival because it is opened of individual vision as a very important impression. Thank you for everything was okay. I just had a cancelled my food ordered due to the last minute late of my departure. I hope this is just a small dot need to establish. Keep it up a good work next time together. 🙏

Everything! The bedroom is amazing, the bathroom as well. The Pool absolutely awesome. The people at the hotel is was super nice all the time.

Once you went through the gates it was a haven with beautiful decor and relaxed atmosphere. The staff’s service was superb.

The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful; they were truly wonderful. Led by Lucky and Thomas, they could not have been better! The hotel is quiet and very close to Angkor Wat. You don't have to go into town to have a great meal, either.

The distance from town is both an advantage and a drawback; you don't have to worry about traffic noise, but on the other hand there aren't stores or ATMs close by, so you have to go into Siem Reap by car or tuktuk for things like that.

The staff is very friendly and helpful; a quiet place with a very kid-friendly swimming pool. The room is clean and comfortable.

A bit dark with the outside light broken in front of both rooms we were staying. The lights inside both rooms were not working well either.

- Amazing having a pool literally outside your door. - I hadn't realised the layout of the conplex wasn't a traditional hotel style- the majority of rooms were individual rooms that opened out onto the pool area - Staff were very friendly and accommodating

- Had a TV in room but it wasn't receiving any channels so was a but pointless. Was informed I could be lent a HDMI cable if needed, but I didn't have my laptop so couldn't connect anything. Bit of a shame.

super Friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. pretty good location if you want to explore the temple complex and stay out of the busy and pretty noise Town Centre. easy to get around with grab non the less.

-You wouldn't expect a 5 star hotel to sit on a potholed dirt road, with tarmac nearly everywhere else. When it rains and you are on a tuk tuk you are actually worried about your physical health. -The location is too remote, so you have to pay every time you want to visit the town and get back (my mistake, but still). I do not recommend coming back to the hotel by foot, especially after dark. However, it is close to Angkor (but if you arrange a tour, which I totally recommend but with someone experienced, they come and get you, so you don't care if it is close or not). -The cleanliness standards could have been higher with dirty stained cushions on reception sofa and on room sofa. -If you don't hang out your clean up room sign it doesn't get done. -The room is not dry enough. There are geckos, spiders and mosquitoes. We brought mosquito repellents from my country to be sure, but still! One night after returning from a tiring day trip to Angkor, a gecko was in our bathroom smilling at me. We called the reception and the super girl doing almost everything there came and managed to get it out of our room, without killing it, which is for bravo, as they are harmeless, but still; I do not want it into my room!! -There is also construction problem - you can hear your neighbours very loud and clear. -The water has no pressure and it was not hot at all! Best case it was lukewarm. -As we were next to the pool children swimming there were very noisy. So, why to be next to the pool? What is the advantage? -We couldn't enjoy our private patio, as there were millions of geckos around, not to mention the mosquitoes!! -At night after an all day long rain FROGS were making a terrible and deep noise during all night! All these together made our stay there somehow surreal... Not really a 5 star service, extremely disappointed about our stay, as we were expecting to chill and have some vacation.
