Lovely apartment right on the beach within walking distance of a nice selection of non-chain restaurants. It was a very pleasant stay.

This is the third time we have stayed in this lovely bright and clean apartment. The location is great. Its nice and quiet, overlooking the sea, but just a short walk to Sovereign Harbour with its restaurants and shops. We'll look forward to our next visit!

Beautifully appointed apartment with uninterrupted sea view. Ideally located a short walk from Sovereign Harbour Waterside.

We once again enjoyed a lovely long weekend in this outstanding property. It is extremely comfortable and well equipped. The area around the Marina has some wonderful restaurants and bars, the view from the apartment is amazing. Thank you, Jane for the opportunity to come again to this lovely place.

The apartment was very well presented. It was very clean and had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. It was a great home from home. The Seaview was absolutely amazing. A good location for Restaurants and amenities.

The apartment is bright and airy and overlooks the sea. It's well furnished and comfortable. As far as we were concerned it was ideally situated - near to the marina (a ten minute walk) for restaurants but far enough away from it to be quiet. The owner sent us plenty of useful recommendations beforehand and was very helpful. Really couldn't fault this accommodation and would certainly recommend it to others.

Had a wonderful stay at this beachside apartment which was spotlessly clean with everything we could ask for, including a wonderful view. Jane is a marvellous host and communication was great. We would definitely recommend and will be staying again.

This property was absolutely lovely, everything looked new and it was immaculate and very clean. The views overlooking the sea were wonderful. It's a lovely place to stay for a quiet relaxing break. We'd love to visit again.

We spent a wonderful week in this very comfortable, tastefully decorated and well-equipped flat in December. The communication with Jane and Jo before our travels was helpful and friendly and all went well on arrival with Jo there to meet us. As it was Christmas there was even a tree and a few decorations up, which was lovely and helped to make our Christmas Day perfect. The kitchen was also nicely equipped for us to make a roast with all the trimmings that day. The flat is situated directly by the sea and it was wonderful to wake up or sit in the lounge and look out onto the beach and water. The nearby harbour / marina with its restaurants, cafes and shops can be reached easily on foot so you do not always have to take a car everywhere. The parking space belonging to the flat is also of a good size for larger cars. We would certainly recommend this flat to anyone looking to spend a restful and enjoyable holiday by the sea. Thanks Jane and Jo for making our stay in your flat a very pleasant one.

Spotlessly clean, modern seafront apartment. Even better than the photographs and description. Great views and amazing sunrise from the bedroom and sitting room. Very well equipped. Could not ask for more.

Lovely sea view, excellent parking, easy walking along coast from property. Beds very comfortable. Heating very efficient Generally well equipped but would have been useful to know that coffee machine required capsules. We could not find a cafetière.:

We had a lovely relaxing stay in this comfortable apartment, two of us plus our dog. The sea views are great and we were lucky enough to sit out on the balcony in November! The apartment is a few minutes walk to Sovereign Harbour(where we saw a seal) and there are numerous restaurants in that area. Its a beautiful spot for easy walking along the promenade which goes for miles. We would certainly recommend this apartment - and the way it is managed.

Peaceful amazing sea views and the perfect place to relax

This trip was booked as a long weekend family staycation and it lived up to our hopes. The apartment is beautiful with an amazing unobstructed sea view from the huge balcony. It never felt like we were indoors, thanks to the airy nature of the balcony and windows. Jane and her property manager Jo were both super helpful and easy to deal with. The property had everything we needed and I would highly recommend staying here. The location is great, the marina area has lots to offer plus being a mile away from Eastbourne and Pevernsey Bay, we made the most of our days out, ate well and lucked out with the weather. We had the best time and I would definitely stay again, can’t recommend enough.

We really enjoyed staying in the apartment and our time in Eastbourne Unfortunately the shower was only luke warm as i expect Jo told you, and we felt the kitchen could be better equipped with more cooking dishes.

Loved the view and proximity to the sea and other attractions in the area. Sat on the balcony in the sun eating breakfast in February! Loved it!

Just had a lovely week here with my elderly father who enjoyed the sea views immensely. It’s a bright, spacious apartment in a lovely location and the owner was very helpful. Plenty of things to do nearby.

The appartment is well positioned for the town and country trips too. Close to shops and car fuel but quiet. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the well-equipped first floor appartment (with lift). A very comfort time was had by all and we would certainly recommend the appartment to anyone.

Eine Wunderschöne , neuwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, beide mit eigenem Bad. Wohn/Esszimmer mit mehr als voll ausgestatteter Küche. Fußläufig zu erreichen ist die Marina mit mehreren Restaurants, das eigentliche Zentrum von Eastbourne ist mit dem Auto in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Der Wohnkomplex ist sehr ruhig, das Meer wirklich direkt vor der Haustür. Einziger Wehmutstropfen ist der Steinstrand, aber der ist in England ja eher die Regel.

Wonderful relaxing break, perfect peaceful location right on the seafront. The apartment was beautiful everything we were looking for and glorious sunshine and plenty to see and do just great.
