We loved this property. It was perfect for our group of 10 with plenty of space for everyone. Wish we would have had more time in the house to enjoy the awesome game room and outdoor space. The location was perfect for Ubers to Broadway or there are restaurants and breweries within walking distance. The host was very accommodating and answered all my questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again on our next friendcation in Nashville.

We had a great time and throughly loved the house! We ordered pizza our first night there (thank you for the recommendation in the guest book) and enjoyed the hot tub!
Our second day, we went and saw the sites and came back and enjoyed the a/c. The hosts are super kind and have a beautiful home.

The property was very clean and convenient. Our grandchildren enjoyed the play room and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Chad was very easy to work with and answered all our questions. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay for a group of 10 visiting Nashville for the weekend. The house is a 10-15 minute uber to Broadway and 10 minute walk to some solid local restaurants and coffee shops. The beds were very comfortable and the house had a ton of great amenities. Our host (Chad) was very responsive before, during, and after our stay. Definitely recommend this house!

This house offers everything you need and more. Chad is a great host, easy to work with and this house is loaded. The location is perfect. We stayed in for a majority of Saturday playing games in the game room. Again, I would def. Stay here again in the future. This house is everything you want for a weekend getaway with family and friends.

This property was perfect for our trip to Nashville with friends. It was close to West End shopping and restaurants and an easy Uber to Broadway. Game room was perfect for the time we wanted to be away from the craziness of the strip. Host was friendly and responsive.

My friends and I had a blast celebrating my 40th in Nashville. Chad communicated all directions thoroughly and was extremely responsive to answer questions and troubleshoot. The house accommodations were of high quality and had everything we needed. The game room and hot tub were a hit! We highly recommend this VRBO

It was great. The accommodations are excellent. Lots of room for the whole family and the game room was great for all ages from 20 somethings to 50’s. Well equipped kitchen close to Broadway and all the sights. We all had a wonderful time!

This is a wonderful house and a better host! I had a group of 12 adults and this house met everyone’s needs. There is enough space for each couple to have their own room and privacy when needed. The game room was great when we just wanted to relax and hang out. The house was clean, well kept, and easy to get to after a night of drinking. I would recommend this house to everyone.

We were 6 empty nester couples visiting Nashville for 3 nights. We each had our own room with a queen+ bed and a total of 4 bathrooms to share. The house was lovely and clean. After a long day, we were able to use the hot tub. Also used the pool table & darts in the game room. House is in a mixed use neighborhood but only about 15 minutes from downtown. Would stay here again.

Tons of fun for a group of 9. Everyone sleeps comfortably and the host is super accommodating. Easy access to midtown and broadway, and a great place to recharge in between. Definitely recommend!

Chad was extremely helpful and available during our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed and more! Also, the pictures online do not do this place justice! Beautiful home with plenty of space so you never feel crammed at all. There were 10 of us staying here and it was never too many people in the game room or the main house living room! Will definitely call him again for any trip to Nashville!

We came to Nashville to meet with our friends. We are mostly couples in our 30’s/40’s. This home was the perfect size, we had plenty of space to be comfortable and everything was upgraded. The beds were super comfy, the spa was huge and relaxing, and everyone fit at the kitchen table together. Chad was awesome from the start. Always communicated to us and answered any questions we had. There were absolutely zero issues and we were there for almost 4 days. The pictures do not do this home justice! There’s so much to do in the garage game room. The separate casita is like an apartment on its own. Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed spending quality time together and being close to broadway to experience Nashville. 100 percent recommend. You won’t be disappointed, we would love to stay here again!

I have to say, this property is simply amazing! There is no other way to put it. This location is perfectly placed between the lively downtown and a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house is huge with tons of different amenities. Everything in the home is very modern and up to date, but also gives a very relaxing vibe.
I know for a fact that I will be staying at this same property the next time I come to Nashville.

This home was the perfect fit for our group. You felt at home right away. There were 5 couples and we all had our own room and privacy. The patio in front, hot tub in back, game room was just awesome. It was a short ride to all the action. Close to stores, restaurants in the neighborhood. We will be back. The perfect experience start to finish. Beautiful and most enjoyable house and amenities. Chad was the best host/mgt team I ever experienced and I've done many. He was accessible asap with our 2 or 3 simple questions. All adults, 3 young children couples and 3 "middle aged" adult couples, impressed with bedding, sheets, and the game room was incredible. A must use for your Nashville visit..fun and serenity .just 2.5 miles from music row fun. Highly recommend
