This is a well seasoned FAMILY beach house. You can see it and you can feel it. It’s the kind of place you wish you could rent for your family every year forever.

My cousin who is my best friend and I love this beach house and this was our second time to stay here. Perfect place for beautiful views, walking distance to great food, right on the beach! We will be back soon!

This is an amazing house. The view couldn’t be better. This house made lots of great memories for my daughter and her 2 friends for their high school senior year. We couldn’t complain about one thing if we tried. Book this today you won’t be disappointed

This is an amazing, magical place, with a very positive vacation vibe that you will immidiately feel. Flowless checkin and checkout, great host. Can't think of any disadvantages except maybe the fact that time flies by so fast when you stay at this place. Highly recommended....

We had a wonderful stay in the “Aqua-Holics” house. For a small family, or just the two of you, it is very nice. It’s right on the beach, sitting on the back porch was a perfect place to rest. There were towels enough for a few days and kitchen seemed to have most of what is needed. We will stay there again if we go back!

Nice clean place. Comfortable and restful We had a slight hiccup with the heater however Julie had it repaired Quick as a wink. We will be back next year if they’ll have us :)

Aqua-Holic is as advertised. It is located right on the beach with a wonderful deck to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. The bedrooms have ocean views also. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes if you actually want to cook. We liked that there was a key code for the door and the neighborhood was quite while we were there. This was the first real vacation that we have had in many years and we could not have chosen a better place.

This beach house is excellent and the view from the deck was beautiful! . We took our two young boys ages 3 and 2 to the beach. The convenience of staying literally steps from the water was amazing. We were able to go down relax on the beach while the boys napped without worry about them in a high rise. We saw dolphins from the deck in the morning while sipping on coffee. The house was very clean and well stocked. Only minutes away from restaurants and seafood markets. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

We loved the house, the location, and you can't beat being right on the beach! Everything was great. Julie was very accommodating and responsive as well, which was really appreciated. We were sad to leave!

Great location on beautiful beach, house so-so. Bedrooms & bathrms basic at best. Kitchen & living area fine, great porch on ocean. Roku tv, no cable for live sports. Probably wouldn't exceed 3-4 adults for comfort.

We enjoyed this property. It was great being directly in the beach. There's enough restaurants nearby, but we were also far from the crowds. Will definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I had this property rented in August of 2021. Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of my control, I had to return to Oregon for an emergency and had to reschedule this beach property for later in the year. Julie was very understanding and helpful during the process. We selected different dates in November. We were still able to sit on the couch and enjoy the waves, fewer people, and local eateries. This property is further away from all of the busy hustle and bustle of the condos to the west. However, there were several restaurants nearby if you wanted to walk a little. The weather was great. We saw a pod of dolphins literally 100 yards off the back porch. Sunsets were beautiful. I am a coffee snob so I cannot speak to any of Julie's equipment because I brought my own, but she had a keurig and small coffee pot available for use.

Right on the beach, perfect location. Loved listening to the waves when I was waking up. Saw a dolphin on the first day. Just a perfect weekend away for a birthday.

This is a classic beach house...It felt like the ones from my childhood but upgraded a bit in all the right ways. It had its quirks and the layout was funny but it had everything we needed, the location was fabulous, and the owner was super responsive. It actually had a rollaway bed in the closet which I wished I would have known in advance (maybe there was a note and I missed it). The beach was not too crowded, even with the proximity to the public access and it being a holiday weekend. I also appreciated that the checkout instructions allowed you to start the dishwasher as you left instead of having to run it and put it away all in the morning before you leave--that's always tough to get done but no problem here. I really have no complaints and would absolutely stay here again. My husband, kids, and I had a fantastic time in this house!

You are paying to be “right on” the beach, which is super convenient. Note that it is a public beach—wasnt an issue except we had someone laying up under the house one day whom I asked to move, as I just didn’t like the idea of a stranger laying under house. However, this has nothing to do with my rating of this property. The porch was in order, but the inside of the house was not clean. As a frequent traveler, I tend to do “extra” cleaning upon arrival, and I immediately noticed the bed sheets in master bedroom. They were covered in hair…I can understand how a hair or two can transfer after washing, but there were lots of hairs (long and short), all the way down to foot of bedsheets, and sheets were wrinkled (obviously not washed). You could tell the house has not been dusted in quite some time as dust was caked on TVs, behind TVs, ceiling fans, air vents, etc. We all stayed sick the entire time. We had one used roll of toilet paper left for us and none other (usually, anywhere I have stayed has one unused roll of toilet paper to start with). When looking for a cookie sheet the next morning, we pulled out a cookie sheet in oven drawer that had left over cinnamon roll icing on it. As soon as I noticed the bedsheets and noticeable dust (it was apparent to all of us, so Not just me being “picky”), I contacted owner. She did reply, and offered to have the maid return which I appreciate, but by that time, I had remedied the problem. I did end up calling to get clarification as I received a text stating that they would “appreciate us going ahead and checking out,” even though I was SUPER polite about the state of the house. I decided to call and get clarification of what that text actually meant because I think I know. Husband answered the phone number I was provided and was polite. Before booking this place, I was hesitant because I read all reviews. One review had mentioned the bedsheets not being washed, and even rated the house positively…not a negative review at all, but informing owner of the bedsheets. But, the review was not met with kindness by owner, and the reviewer was even “scolded”. It’s not a good thing when owners can’t take constructive criticism about their properties—I don’t care how many properties one may have. It’s not personal. You learn, grow, and get better—that is, if you care. I was put off that there was no “follow up” or “has everything else been smooth?” check in after that initial shock of the state of the house.

Great place right on the beach. Enjoyed every minute. Close to shops and restaurants. Relaxing. Definitely will be booking again for another trip in the future. My wife loved it. My kids loved it. Clean and comfy. All great

This property is great for anyone looking for the convenience of being directly on the beach. There is easy access to the beach from the front door of this house - no hassle of condo building elevators (perfect for kids who need potty or a/c breaks). Parking is also right outside the front door, so it's very quick easy to unload all the luggage/groceries. The views of the ocean from every room in the house are spectacular all day long, and watching the sun setting over the ocean while we were sitting on that back deck was the perfect way to end a long day on the beach. House was very clean and so were the sheets/towels. There are plenty of places nearby to buy cheap beach towels and beach toys, so no need to take up space packing those things. There's also a few good restaurants within walking distance - super easy for getting takeout.

This was our first trip to PCB in about 20 years. We enjoyed our time there! We loved that the house was right on the beach!
