This property was wonderful! Heidi, our host, could not have been more helpful. She held our luggage before check in and even helped us carry it. There was a list of local restaurants most of which were in walking distance. Highly highly recommend!!! Thank you!!

The Sophia Suite delivered everything it promised. The suite was clean and thoughtfully furnished and equipped. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the lively neighborhood and central location. Heidi was the perfect host.

The Sophia Suite in Mount Pleasant was a lovely base from which to explore Vancouver. We were happily surprised that the hosts left us some breakfast pastries, jam and peanut butter. As well as assortments of coffees and teas. We appreciated the kitchen too for a couple of meals where we were glad to stay in. It was a quiet, walkable location and I was glad to have the chance to stay there. Thank you!

We had a great time staying here! The hosts are very friendly and communicative. We had a little welcome basket upon arrival, and entry was simple and easy. We parked on the street and were always able to find a spot, though it can get crowded. (A private space in the back is supposed to be an option, but we didn't feel like we needed to use it.) The place itself is very nice and has a surprisingly spacious living room area. 4/5 on cleanliness because when we did some in-home workouts on the rug in the living room, we got dirt/some hair on us, but the bathroom, bedrooms, and kitchen were sparkly clean. You are 30 seconds away from Main Street, which means you can walk to plenty of places to eat as well as shop. All in all, this place was very nice, and I recommend it if you can afford it!

We had a lovely time! The hosts were super accommodating, helpful, and did small extra touches throughout the house to make things comfortable. The location was awesome too and walkable to so many great places. Would stay again!

So much thought went into this property. The wonderful, informative booklet showing things to do and places to eat. The location, a half block off Main, gives access to great restaurants and shops. Beds are comfy. Stay here! You'll be happy!

Our stay couldn’t be better. Cozy, well appointed basement apartment, nicely designed with plenty of natural light. Very clean and tastefully decorated, is perfect for a group of up to 4 guests. On suite laundry station in the bathroom. It is located in a convenient area close to a lot of restaurants and stores, all within walking distance. But the best is Heidi. She is a friendly super hostess that makes you feel right at home.

Stayed one night pre-cruise. Perfect! Very clean and modern. Beautiful pathway and yard. Walkable to many restaurants.

This is a beautiful apartment very well equipped. The noise from above early morning was my only complaint.

My sister and I loved the place. It has 2 bedrooms, which was so comfy for us, and the kitchen and living space were perfect. Easy to check in and lighted so we could find our way in in the evening too. I would love to stay here again.

Highly recommend. Very well taken care of suite in an excellent neighborhood. And the owners hospitality was an added bonus with the welcoming basket of bagels and muffins. Was a wonderful stay.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this lovely suite. After arriving from the airport on an early flight without eating breakfast, we were delighted to see a tray of muffins, bread, and bagels on the table. The suite is well stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfy. I do have 2 suggestions. There could be a guest book to fill out to let the hosts and other guests know wonderful your stay was. I was a bit confused by the instructions about taking the garbage to a box just outside of the door. We didn't see a container, so I left the garbage inside. The instructions may need to be clearer. Overall, there was one of the best VBRO properties we stayed at.

Great stay

The property was within walking distance from several wonderful restaurants and shops. The bus stop for bus 003 was only a block away which connected us to many of the sites we wanted to see. The property was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a decent meal. Heidi, our host was friendly, easy to contact and very helpful. She made us feel very welcomed. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and plan to stay again when we are in Vancouver.

Sophia suite was a very cute and convenient. The location is perfect with a short walk to grocery, drug store, great restaurants and cafes and park. Free parking made this a no-brainer. There was amazing information provided on check-in for all Vancouver attractions and menus for every restaurant in the area with reviews from the host which made navigation the neighborhood super simple with kiddos. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for a family of four to use as home base when exploring Vancouver. Right off Main Street with all its restaurants, convenience stores and fun boutiques. Easy Uber to most popular areas. Host was very responsive. Apartment had everything we needed.

We recently rented this property for 5 nights while visiting our children who live in the area We also had friends stay with us for some of the nights- While cosy , it was perfect for our needs , extremely well presented and located near lots of restaurants and cafes.communication was great - I would definitely stay here again !!!

This was our first experience with a VRBO. The place was very clean, quiet, and felt like home. Our wonderful hostess thought of everything! She even brought us a welcome basket with delicious baked goods. There were information booklets which I appreciated greatly. Our stay was wonderful and if we are ever in Vancouver again I would not hesitate to book again.

This place is just as pictured. Everything was great from the communication to the check-in and the amenities. There was a welcome basket of pastries, bagels, and spreads; coffee and tea and all the kitchen equipment was there. The beds were comfy and heat worked well. Everything was clean. The location in the Mount Pleasant area near Main Street was perfect for us. There is free and ample parking which is a huge plus. We didn't need to stay in or near downtown for this trip. Easy in and out with the coded keypad. The area is safe for walking to the shops on Main. Helena's daughter and family live upstairs and they were great. You could hear them upstairs but nothing that was bothersome. There is only one thing and I'm hesitating to mention it because I don't want to deter anyone from staying here. I think the owner doesn't know that the white bath towels (which look fairly new) are a tad dingy. I think the housekeepers just throw them in the laundry but don't put enough soap or bleach. The towels looked washed but not that clean. I mention it just to bring their attention to it and maybe tell the cleaners about it. I'm sure they will take care of it. I know it's hard to keep whites white, but I do like the white hotel towels because you can tell if they are clean. Again, this place is great and I will definitely stay here again. Beautiful basement apartment with kitchen and two bedrooms. Cozy and well-furnished. In a quiet neighborhood with many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Definitely on my favorites list.

Stayed three days at the flat, very nice. Quiet at night, close to Main Street, close to lots of things to do. Even downtown isn't far, 10 mins by car at most.
