Beautiful home! Each of 6 bedrooms has it's own bath which was wonderful! Well equipped. Owners live near and came over quickly to clear up a couple of issues we had reported.

The house is clean and exactly like described on VRBO. It's a great location as well. We had a great time!

This was a great house on the beach that was nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious. Kate was great to work with and even allowed us early access to the house.

My family and I enjoyed our time in this unit. It was clean and tastefully decorated. There was plenty of space to accommodate everyone in my party. The pool was nice and came in handy on the windy, double red flag beach days we experienced during our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this unit!

Perfect for a family getaway!

Great experience! Beach much less crowded than Florida, fun for all ages. Neighbors in duplex were very considerate and the building in general is very quiet and we couldn’t hear any noise outside of our unit. Easy access to restaurants and shopping.

This was the best getaway property ever! Just what my family and I needed. Location was great! Their views from the balcony was amazing everyday. The house was clean and everything that was listed. We will definitely be back again!!!!

Lovely property with pool and easy beach access! As per rental agreement, don’t forget to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish towels, tall kitchen garbage bags ,and beach towels. They are all available on arrival, but not stocked for replacement. Overall, a beautiful place!

Great property. Kate (owner) was a big help with the couple of questions we had during our stay and with shipping a few things we accidentally left behind.

My whole family was completely happy with this home. We loved the layout … it was super clean. Beautiful beach home and awesome beachfront views. We just loved it! We would definitely rent this home again.

Location was great and beach area wasn’t crowded, number of baths and bedrooms was perfect. Only recommendation for the property mgmt/owner would be to consider at least a 10am check out, I have never stayed at a place with a 9am check out before. They also require you to wash and dry all the towels which when you have a house full of people and a 9am check out is a bit unreasonable, (there also wasn’t detergent left, at least that we could find, so make sure to pack some or purchase some when you arrive)

Metri bringing us a pie started the week off on a sweet note! It also established a rapport with us that made it easy to get in touch with him for any concerns. We found the property to be a cut above other properties in the area, and were very happy with the accommodations.

Great communications easy to access. Would love an elevator however but with enough youngsters we didn’t have to carry groceries up the stairs.

Be prepared for many steps especially if you are lucky enough to get the third floor Master bedroom. It was wonderful and the bathroom a dream. Only problem encountered there was the balcony door which was extremely hard to open and close. Loved having a separate ice maker. Overall everyone enjoyed the trip. Thank you!

Pool in excellent place.

This was a wonderful vacation home! We had plenty of room for 11 family members. The additional ice maker was great! We never ran out of ice. The ocean was just steps away and the pool just off the deck. I would recommend this home to anyone. The property manager and owners were very easy to work with. Thanks for sharing your home!

Our family of 14 loved every minute staying in Sunset for a week. This house is wonderful. The teenagers enjoyed the pool and the adults loved the short walk to the beach. The house is close enough to all the restaurants and activities in Gulf Shores. Eight of us attended Kenny Chesney’s concert at the Wharf Amphitheater. We would recommend this house to anyone with a large group. We didn’t want to leave the beautiful white sandy beach and clear blue water.

The location was awesome and the property was everything we expected

This 6 bedroom, 6 bath beach front home met our needs perfectly. We were 8 adults (4 of whom were seniors), 7 children (ranging in age from 5-15). We also had our dogs with us as it is a pet friendly rental which made it ideal for us. This unit is half of a duplex with which it shares a pool. The beach was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for Spring Break with our family and it was a perfect house for locations to eat, shopping, and staying in to cook. We loved the house and the location. Highly recommend to rent anytime of the year.

Everything was fantastic. My only complaint would be that a 9am checkout is excessively early but I understand they are trying to get ready for the next guests.

We had an amazing stay at Lady Sunset!! This spacious, clean, beautifully decorated beach home is a wonderful get-away for a family vacation!! With two master suites, each with private beach-front balconies; four other smaller (but also spacious!!) suites; and a very nice kitchen/dining/living room area (also with beach-front deck), we had a great mix of togetherness and private retreat time during the week. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed, as we prepared several meals at the house. The beds were super comfortable, with very nice linens and lots of pillows!! TVs in every room much appreciated!! The big thing, though, the beach!! Our family truly enjoyed walking out the back door directly onto the white sand!! A very short trek over a very small dune got us to the water. That's what we were looking for!! We also loved relaxing in and by the pool. The pool is private, but is shared with the tenants of Lady Sunrise, as the house is a duplex...Lady Sunset & Sunrise. Still a very nice setup. The house is conveniently located to many outstanding eateries and to lots of great shopping!! Our hostess, Kate, was super nice to work with...very helpful and always quick to respond to our questions. The check-in and check-out processes were clear, concise, and simple!! We would definitely recommend this house to others and would not hesitate to rent it again!!
