The layout of the condo was perfect for us, especially each bedroom having its on bathroom. The views were perfect and we loved seeing the dolphins each morning and plenty of outdoor seating. Condo was clean and incredibly well stocked. Would love to stay here again in the future!

The condo was everything described and more! Both clean and well equipped!! Definitely hope to stay there again!!

This property was laid out perfectly for our four couples. We each had a bedroom with an onsuite bathroom...along with a half bath for daytime or guest use. The kitchen here was the best equipped kitchen in all the VRBOs we have stayed at!! We had any cookware we needed. Laurie , the owner was so easy with which to work and she took care of any issues in a timely manner. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous- picture perfect. It was also clean and decorated so pretty. Our favorite place, the huge balcony, was the best ever with spectacular views! Our only concern, which will not be reflected in our rating of Laurie's rental, was the building maintenance itself. While it was kept really clean, It was disappointing that several of the amenities mentioned as available were out of order and not available: the heated indoor pool not working, the sauna not working, and the hot tub by the pool taped off, not available....these were also some of the reasons we booked the property. If those were fixed, we would stay at this property again, and we highly recommend any of the places Laurie has! Thank you, Laurie, for making our stay a great one. Your place was picture perfect!

This was our third Labor Day family trip in this beautiful condo! It is perfect for our family! We go and get local takeout at our favorite restaurants, make a trip to Adventure Island and then never leave the place!(Well I did take daughter and two granddaughters parasailing-it was awesome!) The property was as advertised and was beautiful. Very spacious with all the amenities needed to host our family of 9.

This beautifully decorated and clean four bed unit was the perfect layout for our family to unwind and spend time together. The corner view of the ocean, boats and sea life was amazing! The Vrbo was equipped with everything you would need, so we mainly ate and played games at the condo. One night we were able to enjoy a variety of tasty foods at the nearby Cobalt Restaurant including grouper, shrimp and pizza. Walking to the restaurant became difficult, so driving would have been a better choice. One night we ordered Cajun crab legs and fish dip from Blalock's and ate it on the balcony. This relaxing vacation was outstanding!

We had a great stay for our family spring break. The space was perfect for our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids ages 5-11). The house was very clean. The kitchen is stocked with essential dishes, cookware and small appliances. It was nice to have access to an indoor heated pool and outdoor not heated pool and the hot tubs. The beach is beautiful. Laurie was friendly and helpful when we communicated prior to our stay.

There is no better view in Orange beach. We loved watching the boats come in and out of Perdido Pass Bay into the Gulf. Dolphins galore in the bay and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Now for the condo- it is absolutely perfect for a large family. We have three adult kids and their significant others. We all had plenty of room. The mattresses are fabulous. The bathrooms are fabulous. The open floor plan was perfect for late nights of card playing and movie watching. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could imagine. I’m a bit of a foodie and have a food blog so I travel with some kitchen gadgets, but they were not needed. The condo is also packed with DVDs, games, books and beach toys. And we contributed a few things as well. Looking forward to coming back to next year. Also, the location is perfect!

Wonderful layout! Lots of space! Great property for large family or multigenerational family. Balcony has a great view. Owners were easy to contact and really helpful. Beds are comfortable, and property well maintained.

Everything was perfect-our first time to use VRBO

The Master shower was extremely moldy,a little Clorox would have helped emensly ! TV’s were confusing to operate,I gave up on the one in the Master! Vision was blocked by the beds pole as well! Whatever you do don’t try and turn the main TV! You’ll play hell trying to adjust volume or change channels! The front door would not lock,only with the manual lock! Construction work was a pain! Sitting on the balcony watching ropes dangling in front of you was not my idea of a nice view! Check in time was to be 4:00 PM, we didn’t get in till after 4:30!! By the way your instructions were written if we didn’t check out by 10:00 or try and get in before 4::00 PM we would be severely reprimanded! Overall my family had a pleasant stay we would come back to 409 it’s a beach place,You have to take things with a grain of salt!✌️🇺🇸😎

We had four couples staying to celebrate milestone anniversaries and it couldn't have been a better experience. Clean, beautiful, lovely location and I am not sure I have ever stayed somewhere that was as equipped. The owner was delightful and I would highly recommended this property. We will certainly be back!

6 Mn adults came in search of the sun. It was cold and windy but our “home” For the week was perfect! I have never seen such a stocked kitchen! We had everything we needed and then some. Watching the sun rise on the deck while the dolphins swam was my favorite. The sauna, steamroom and hottub kept us warm and we were thankful to have them. I’d love to come back to this beautiful home!

This property was exceptional. Check in was easy and our host was extremely gracious. I would highly recommend! In fact we have already started discussing a return trip. Thank you for sharing this lovely condo with us for our family Christmas.

This property is above & beyond in terms of style & comfort. It is also on the best area on the ocean front. We will definitely book future trips at this property.

Only down side is the entrance. Not well marked and narrow road. We also experienced a very strong smell from I assume seaweed or algae all week--obviously that is out of the control of the property but it might deter us from staying there again. Overall great unit and we had a great time.

Registration and check in was so easy! Always available parking! Beach space was not crowded. We loved watching the boats enter and exit the pass. Planking to return next year!

We enjoyed the passage way watching all the different boats and sailboats going out to the Ocean from our spacious balcony.

We love Orange Beach and we've stayed at multiple houses and several condos but this is by far the prettiest and best decorated condo we've ever stayed in. There were eight of us--my husband & I as well as our 3 grown kids and their respective partners. Laurie goes above and beyond to make sure everything is top notch for her guests including the kitchen items, towels, bedding, etc. The three king rooms were so spacious and the bathrooms were all newly remodeled with granite, rain-fall showers, etc. The fourth room had a brand new loft queen with bunk overhead. The living areas (there are two) are wonderful and spacious for our big group of all adults. We loved the gorgeous kitchen as well as the wet bar area with ice maker. We had a small problem with the ice maker and Laurie had someone over promptly to repair it. The highlight of the condo though is the beautiful patio overlooking the pool, the beach, and the Perdido pass where the boats come and go. It was awesome to start our day on that awesome patio and end our day of that wonderful patio. It is just like the pictures show--- very spacious and comfortable couch, two chairs with ottomans, and a table for eight which we enjoyed so much for games and food. And one last perk we enjoyed is the keyless entry-- my goodness that was so handy with 8 adults. No one had to worry about keys or sharing keys. It was fabulous. The location is right off the elevators as well and parking was no problem at all. The location of the condo is great as well and close to dining (literally across the street and beside the condo) and close to grocery and other amenities. We also always drive over to the state park to do family pics and we didn't have to go anywhere this year-- we just went down to the beach which is very private since it's at the end of the passage way and took pics against the gorgeous big rocks. We were so delighted with how gorgeous they turned out. The host is awesome is getting back to you before the trip and during with questions, concerns, and ideas. Thank you Laurie for being a great host and for sharing your beautiful home with us!! We can't wait to come back and stay in this condo again.

We go on vacay every Spring Break and this is by far the BEST place we have ever stayed!! The information that the owners share about this property is what they offer and then some!! The condo is immaculately gorgeous and the view is stunning from sun up to sun down. Looking out from two of the bedrooms, the living room area, the kitchen, and of course the beautiful deck you have a breathtaking view!! We sat and had coffee on the deck every morning and watched the boats come and go, we even got to see dolphins jumping one morning. We had 3 families share the condo and there was SO MUCH ROOM and every bedroom had its own full bathroom. The beach is clean, private, non crowded and we found it to be our favorite spot to hang out. We also enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pools and hot tubs. We felt safe the entire time we were there. There is so much to do close by and we never had to go more than 20 minutes to find fun stuff for the entire family/group to do and many great restaurants that are kid friendly. The grill area and fitness room was a plus as well. This was our first time to Orange Beach and I feel Orange Beach as a whole is a beautiful destination but we wouldn’t stay at any other condo or house when we come back. This place definitely won our hearts. Such awesome memories we made, we will never forget!! Can’t wait to come back!! Laurie...you two are the best!! Thanks so much for everything!! We really appreciate your hospitality, you made us feel so welcomed right from the start...giving us ideas on where to go and eat and keeping us updated with the unexpected weather was a plus that you didn’t have to do. We loved this unit!! It was the perfect location! The den and balcony had so much living space. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will stay her again, for sure!

We had a wonderful time in orange beach and at this property. The condo was very clean upon arrival and had everything we could need! We had two families staying with a total of 10 guests. It was spacious and perfect for our group. We love that we had view out two sides of the condo and room to spread out. We hope to make it an annual thing and stay there over and over.

This is a great location to stay on the beach. The beach is not over crowded. You have the beautiful Pass to watch the boats coming and going. The condo is well maintained and equipped with all the necessities. Kitchen is stocked with every thing you need. This is our second time to stay in this unit. Love it!!

Our family of six adults and six kids (1-14) just returned from a wonderful stay at Orange Beach. My wife and I have stayed in VRBO properties throughout the US, Canada, and Europe for over a decade. This is undoubtedly the nicest property and best total experience we have had anywhere, especially for a beach vacation! Laurie, the owner, has done an outstanding job of decorating and providing special touches throughout the condo. It is obvious that she vacations here, as well. She was always available and cooperative during the booking process and our entire stay. The views of the Gulf and the inlet from the comfortable balcony furniture are almost addictive. The bedrooms(great beds!!), kitchen/eating areas , and the very spacious living areas are very comfortable, functional, and classily decorated. The condo is fully equipped and well-stocked with the things you need to really feel at home. The entire facility and grounds have a very secure, clean, and comfortable feel from the front security gate, elevators, and pools, to the beach. You never feel crowded as you often do in much larger beachfront high rise properties. The boardwalk to the beach is level and takes you all the way to the beach. Beach chair rentals are available just steps away from the end of the boardwalk. Enough said. This place is a gem!

Very attractive, nicely decorated, spacious, very clean and lots of towels etc. Really liked the SE corner room with the large balcony. Plenty of seating room and all 8 of us could eat outside on the table. The grilling area outside was large. We would rank this property the best of our5 beach vacations.

From the booking of the condo, to our actually stay, all the way to the minute we left it was a wonderful experience! Laurie was beyond helpful and informative and created such a beautiful vacation home! My family is already eager to book for next year!
