Everything about this place is just perfect. From the communication from the hosts to all the little things they think of (sugar, coffees, a few snack and drinks in the welcome basket, ect..). The beds are comfortable and the house is set up great. Our group of 10 had plenty of room and it was great to end our days with a great home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this location for large group rentals. We loved the roof top to hang out.

Came down with a group of 9 adults. Location was good. Plenty of places to checkout within walking distance and just a short Uber ride to Broadway. Lauren was great from the moment we booked to the time we checked out! Just a text away if needed and always quick to respond. Having access to park in the garage was great! Would definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay again soon!

Very comfortable house great for visiting with friends who would come in from differing states. The host was very gracious and placed drink items in the refrigerator for us, which was completely unexpected, but much appreciated.

Beautiful townhome. Very spacious and clean. The hosts had a number of nice touches like small food snacks, pop in the fridge, coffee pods, etc. Very close to Vanderbilt University and about an $8 Uber ride downtown. Private rooftop patio was a great place to hang out and enjoy the sun. Not a spectacular view from the patio but a very welcome addition. Only issue, though no fault of the hosts, is there is a lot of construction in the area, starting as early as 7am and one night was on our street through the night. They did have white noise machines and earplugs for us, which is about all you can do in this situation. I would highly recommend this unit for your vacation stay, you won't be disappointed.

This is the second time I have rented this property and both have been great. Kitchen well stocked, beautifully decorated, clean great location. Communication with owners is top notch. Wr needed a cooler they made sure we had one to use. They graciously gave us extra time on the check in and check out due to flights. They had coffee sodas and water on our arrival. Clearly owners put some thoughts into what renters would like. When I come to Nashville with a group this is the only place I will rent from.

Perfect set up for a weekend in Nashville! Only a 5-7 minute drive to the strip + the house was very spacious!

This is a perfect VRBO for any type of stay in Nashville as it is close to all of the fun! There were 9 girls there for my sister's 50th birthday celebration! Lauren and Jenn (owners) were amazing in recommending restaurants and things to do around Nashville. The VRBO is fully equipped with anything you could need on your get away. And if you forget something, don’t worry, they have you covered with a welcome snack basket, refreshments in the refrigerator, hairdryers (et all) and makeup removers in the bathrooms. They have thought of absolutely everything. I have already recommended this VRBO to other friends as it was that wonderful.

We wanted to enjoy a quick tour of Nashville and surrounding cities. Location to airport was great, and also coming back to the property after a long day of exploring was great and relaxing. I truly do not have enough good things to say about this place! We were SO impressed by the property and the host. Lauren was quick to answer an questions I had and even let us stay late when our flights got delayed. She left a little goodie basket of snacks and had drinks in the fridge. The townhouse itself was stunning, we felt like we were living in luxury. It was a perfect location, walkable to restaurants and midtown and just a short drive from downtown and Broadway. 10/10 property and experience !

Great location, minimal cost for the rideshares versus paying far more for a place closer to the action (we had a range of ages, so everyone got what they were hoping for out of the trip). Owner provided all of the needed information well enough in advance despite my late booking. The only thing we couldn't find (and not a knock, rather a suggestion if there isn't one) was the first aid kit. Thanks for a great stay, we will definitely consider this location the next time we visit Nashville!

We had an amazing time! Nashville is our second home. We lived here several years ago and visit from time to time. The property is not only large but fully stocked with any and everything you might need to enjoy your stay. While it’s downtown, it’s on the other side of the nightlife so makes it perfect for staying with little ones. You will not be disappointed!

The location was great. Condo was perfect for 4 couples. We had a great time! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone gathering in Nashville. Lauren was the perfect host!

We were in town for a college reunion and were knocked out by this place! On top of being a beautiful home in a great location, it was so thoroughly and thoughtfully stocked by the host that we felt spoiled. The host provided excellent information about the home and surrounding area and was very responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Have stayed at this location a few times now and it’s very centrally located with easy access to Broadway, Vanderbilt and airport. Always clean and quiet! Check in is always easy. Recommend if your here for business or pleasure.

The place was great and looked just like the photos! We had zero problems and the owners were so accommodating to our needs with an early check in/late check out due to the time of our flights! It had everything we could possibly need and was a short drive to all the fun spots/good food! Would highly recommended this place!

If we give more than 5 stars, we would. House was clean, beautiful and stocked with essentials. Hostesses were very accommodating, organized and easy to reach. Very roomie and the beds were extremely comfy. We would not hesitate to book again. Thank you Jen and Lauren for all that you do.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The house was clean, comfy, and nicely decorated. The layout worked well for our group of 5 friends. We each had space of our own plus areas where we could come together. I appreciated the ample places to sit in the living room and patio. We were able to walk to several places to eat (usually about a 10 minute walk but a few were closer), and there's a cute spa a couple blocks away. We relied on Uber to get to most places and the longest we waited was 4 minutes. To the downtown/Broadway area the cost generally ranged from $12 to $16 each way for an XL. The host, Lauren, was very accommodating and allowed us to adjust our check in/check out times to better match our flights. She also had snacks and soft drinks waiting for us. There is laundry detergent available if you need to do laundry. In the kitchen there was everything you'd need to cook or just have coffee in the morning. Couple things to be aware of: The house has an open floor plan with three levels and all hardwood floors. We found that sounds traveled far. If you are a light sleeper and traveling with early risers, you may want to bring ear plugs. There also wasn't a quality grocery store in close proximity so if you're driving, I would stop on the way there to get any fresh fruit or vegetables. There is a small store with drinks, snacks, and toiletries a short walk away if that's all you need. Overall I highly recommend this home and would stay again if in Nashville.

This was perfect for our Nashville stay with 6 grand children. Great location, easy & safe parking, spacious, clean and fresh lovely home. Snacks and beverages offered by host as well as paper products needed for a short stay. Would highly recommend and know we will stay here again with family and friends!

Six adults stayed at the property over Memorial Day weekend. The property was in fantastic shape! Lauren left snacks, water, and drinks in the refrigerator for us. It was so welcoming! She was very responsive and I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend!

House was perfect for a large family group. We loved the roof terrace, being able to walk everywhere and the gathering spaces on the ground floor. Owner was generous with early arrival, welcome baskets and had thought of everything.

Lots of rooms, lots of bathrooms, loved the multiple levels and rooftop deck. Snacks and starter coffee definitely appreciated. Looks cool online, even cooler in person.

Loved this home, perfect for our girls trip! Everything we needed was there and the owner was so helpful. Clean and just as pictured. Ubers always available to get where we needed even on a busy race weekend. We were short a towel and the owner had some delivered within a short time. Drinks, snacks, coffee waiting for us when we arrived, soap, shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms. Would definitely recommend this place:)
