The key code provided for the lock box was incorrect and we were unable to enter the condo until facility staff stepped in and found the correct key code to the lock box. Two calls to the property owner went unanswered. The property is beautiful and in a great location. The lock on both doors was difficult to lock/unlock. No hand towels were found in the room. We found 1 washcloth. Towels were adequate. Other than the arrival being difficult due to incorrect code for the lock box to obtain the keys to the condo and difficult door locks, it was overall very nice.

If you like ocean front with a spectacular view, great air conditioning,secure property and a nice pool, then this is the place for you! Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful view and great location. We were a group of 5 adults. Two slept in each bed and one on the pullout couch. Overall we were in the best location for the beach. The crowds were overwhelming by El San Juan hotel and all of the seaweed seems to collect and stay on that end of the stretch of beach being Isla Verde. Our location was seaweed free, crowd free and an easy walk to restaurants and the El San Juan Hotel where we enjoyed day passes to the pool and amenities. The apartment had an amazing ocean view balcony, and full ocean view in both bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and AC worked perfectly. We were easily able to go down to the beach everyday to secure spots with $4 lounge chairs and $10 large umbrellas. Once you set up your spot you could leave things behind safely and take walks down the beach or go for swims. Would definitely stay here again, staff was very helpful and friendly and so were locals. Only suggestion would be more key fobs to get in and out of building so we don’t have to keep leaving the beach to let each other back in to the building as we were only given one key with Fob. Otherwise excellent communication with the host and we really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend Maria for a future stay or to friends.

The overall stay was good . There is no kitchen towels and you are expected to wash your dishes . There is only a few washcloths for 4 people . The master shower had some mildew. The master mattress Needs a new mattress cover . Only one beach chair provided. You have to pay to rent chairs . I would recommend for the money you pay for them to provide more of the items mentioned .

Property was well equipped to handle needs of my family. Beach view, close to everything, washer and drier. Everything we needed, would stay again.

We had a great stay! A/C wasn’t working on main bedroom. They came right over and fixed. We didn’t have any other problems. View is beautiful from balcony. Beach was clean and nice. The only thing I would suggest is some hand towels. Thank you we would stay again. Good location!

Excellent property for a relaxing and fun week at the beach! A couple of good restaurants along the beach to grab breakfast, lunch and drinks. Chair and umbrella rental is right outside the condo and reasonably priced. It was wonderful to return to the condo as the air con worked beautifully throughout. Close to grocery store & drug store for quick purchases. Only suggestions would be to upgrade the beach towels, make sure there is hand soap in both bathrooms and fix ceiling fan in primary bedroom. We will definitely return to this property again!

We stay in PR all the time and come back to this condo complex. This condo was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I would recommend this condo.

AC not working in spare bedroom. called on Sunday. No answer. Sent msg to Maria. Rcvd response Mon am. Fixed by mid am. Comm was great Home as described. Spectacular ocean views Read the binder to know where the silverware is :) front door needs fixing. Difficult to open. Scrapes across the tile floor. Ear piercing! Beds comfortable. sheets not so nice; see through & piling; felt like sand was in the bed; Dingy, old and worn. beach towels worn thin & old also 1 beach chair. Apt sleeps 6. At least have 4 beach chairs. Relatively clean. wasn’t until I took a shower and washed dishes that I noticed the mold in both bathrooms and kitchen sink. Totally grossed out. Took photos. Stayed there in May 2023

Very close to everything. Parking space is amazing!! Ty for a fabulous stay.

We should not have been surprised based on prior reviews. The bedding was soiled. We could was the sheets but washer too small for comforters. The a/c in the queen room was not working when we checked in. Management brought 2 box fans the first night and a portable a/c next night. The view is great, but the heat from the 3 a/c condensers on the balcony make it unbearable to sit out there. Only 2 wash clothes for 4 people and no dish towels.

We stayed at the condo for 10 nights. The location was perfect, steps away from the pool and beach, short distance to restaurants, stores and bus stop. The condo was fully equipped and had beautiful ocean view. We will definitely stay there again and recommend this place to family and friends.

We enjoyed the location, as it was right on the beach and walkable to restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. The view off the balcony was spectacular. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped and the furniture was a bit thread-bare. But, all in all, it was enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay! It was nice to have the beach so close to the condo. The condo looked just like the pictures. It was clean. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The only issue I had was when we first got there the address to the condo wasn’t correct it took us to a whole different place. It took about 15 minutes for our Uber driver to find the condo. Other than that everything was great. If I come back to Puerto Rico, I would stay here again.

Lovely apartment with great views.

My first impression was entering into a loud scraping of the door into the apartment. Followed by less the less than clean dining living room the first thing we did was purchase disinfectant and cleaning supplies bc we feared COVID. The pictures are an exaggeration the seats were dirty in the dining room everything is dated. The final straw was that although my family who rented from other sponsors were being emailed about their stay we never received any correspondence. Fair to say we will never recommend

Great location on the beach! Place was clean and just as advertised. Had issues with internet throughout (but we didn’t need it) and cable was out first night only. Pool was great and check-in went smoothly. Appreciated the washer/dryer as well. Great stay!

We had a wonderful time. We walked a lot which was nice. Sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean was very peaceful. We grilled a lot as it didn't have an oven but we were ok with that. Would definitely come back.

We had such a great time staying at this property for my husbands birthday! Location was great and right on the beach! Only thing I wish I would have known was that you can’t bring food or drinks into the pool area. The beach area worked just fine to enjoy some cocktails and waves instead! Chairs and umbrellas were super affordable to rent! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

This apt was so beautiful just as the pictures. I enjoyed the most, waking up every morning to the beautiful beach view. Host was always available to all my questions. Thank you Maria.

As soon we walked into the apartment, the view was beyond breathtaking! Everything was exactly so - the place was Immaculately maintained, with extremely comfortable amenities, beach towels, beach chair, garage parking spot. And the best part? The balcony with the chairs and tray table. Perfect setting, morning, noon, and night! Thank you for thinking of everything!

Couldn’t ask for anything more! Wife and I absolutely love this property with upgraded amenities, comfy beds and plenty of space to be comfortable for extended stays. The location is perfect! Right on the beach. The views form the balcony and bedrooms is stunning. Full ocean views with no obstructions. Property manager was amazing and overly accommodating. This was our second time staying in this property and we will be back again very soon!!

This property is everything as described. The views from every room are absolutely beautiful. Some more helpful info…there is a guy at the beach who rents out umbrellas and chairs, $22 for an umbrella and 3 chairs for the day. There are 3 beach chairs on the balcony but only one isn’t broken. There is a grocery store, supermax, that delivers right to your door. Uber is very easy to catch to go anywhere you want to go. We waited at the bus stop and they were always very fast getting to us. There are lots of restaurants to chose to eat from around you. Also, very close to airport for convenience. Beautiful place to stay with beautiful beaches.

My stay at Marbella del Caribe Oeste was perfect! The apartment was beautiful and offers all the comforts of home. Clean, tidy and safe. The ocean view is breathtaking. The apartment is in the heart of Isla VerdeAvenue near everything you need. A perfect getaway!

The property was nice. Look just as it did in the photos. Feel the price was costly. For the amount we spent we should not have had to do any cleaning We spent lots of money on cleaning supplies as the condo was not as clean as it should have been if they have professional cleaning. Bedding had stains on sheets ,sofa bed had sand in it and the curtains in the living room were dirty and had order. It is Cozy and quiet and an amazing view even from the bedroom windows and nice restaurant on the strip The condo is listed as no smoking but we found several lighters laying around. Front security was very move and helpful. Pool area was not as inviting as there was no lifeguard but a very strict security officer. We weren't allowed to bring bottled water to the pool . My overall stay was a good stay

It should have four adult beach chairs; there were only 2. One of the chairs was broken. The laundry room door was broken. No dishwasher. The windows in my bedroom would not stay open. Wifi did not extend to our bedroom. The location was excellent.

It was perfect getaway to recharge with some family. Beautiful house view. Comfy beds with great air-conditioning only downside is that the hot water didn’t always work especially if two people tried to shower at once.
