We have stayed at the Las Mananitas complex 3 times but this is definitely the best unit we have had the pleasure of staying in. Unobstructed beach views and the beautiful sunrises directly in front of your deck every morning. The unit is renovated , clean , spacious , tastefully decorated, and includes everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. The deck is massive and has multiple comfortable seating areas. Two master king bedrooms have their own bathrooms attached and are on opposite sides of the condo , ideal for two couples. Beds were extremely comfortable as was all the furniture. Owner and property manager were responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Las Mananitas is one of the premier condo developments in San Jose Del Cabo. Beachfront , safe , secure , meticulously maintained and in the most convenient location. Close to the airport and a 5-10 minute walk to two large and modern grocery stores . A bus to downtown goes right past the front gate and takes under 10 minutes. No trouble finding a lounger in the sun or shade here, typically less than half are occupied even at the busiest times. Multiple pools and beachfront locations to relax and unwind. Miles of sandy beaches and a gym and tennis courts for those who want to remain active.

What a great property. Clean, well appointed, and a BEAUTIFUL view of the Sea of Cortez. Gordon's home is a comfortable, perfect place to relax. Las Mananitas takes great pride in their property. The grounds are meticulously well kept. As others have stated, it is in a great location, close to all that you'd need(groceries, restaurants, etc.). Can't wait to return!

Las Mañanitas is a special place and this condo does not disappoint. Very well stocked for all your needs and a very comfortable feel as you recline on the terrace and look out to one of the most beautiful sights you will ever see. My wife and I have traveled a fair amount, and I can easily say this is the most breathtaking view! For you early birds , sunrises are such a treat. Property manager Rubens is a rock star, and ensures your stay is a good one. We will definitely be back……hopefully sooner rather than later.

Wonderfully furnished condo with all of the extras one would need for a pleasant, relaxing stay. Great location both for a trip to the grocery or a walk on the beach. Beautifully landscaped outdoor gardens and sparkling clean pools. Would love to stay there again.

Wonderful property... Man what a great property: Clean, Well Appointed Kitchen/Television/beds/living room, Comfortable, SAFE!, Beautiful Campus with lovely pools, Great Outdoor BBQ grills,Stellar View of the ocean, and very nice people. Myself and associate attended a surgical conference in the hotel zone. My wife wanted some pool and reading time. We wanted something away from crowds. What a gem. We loved it. We most certainly will be returning

Very comfortable stay for me. The apartment was spotless with high quality linnens and towels. Kitchen has all the equipment and house was stocked with lots of extras. Terass was great as was all other facilities. Will not hesitate to come back again.

Great service from Ruben, the property mgr… very quick response if you ever have an issue with the property, restaurant suggestions or pre-arrival snacks + beers. Great person. Awesome location away from Cabo! Many thanks again! See you next year.

We had a great 10 day stay at Gordon's Beach frontcondo. It was clean and super well equipped with everything we needed! The top floor view of the manicured grounds , the pools and the ocean are great! The building is in a great location in San Jose Del Cabo and close to the grocery store. We hope to be back soon!

Although we have stayed at Las Mananitas in the past, this was our first time at this particular condo, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is clean, spacious and well stocked, has upgraded appliances, and the beds were very comfortable. We were thrilled to watch whales, dolphins and manta rays right from our balcony (third floor) while enjoying our morning coffee or having dinner. We barbequed most nights and made good use of the gym and tennis courts. The pools and grounds are immaculate. The location is a short walk to a huge grocery store or to Cynthia's for pick up. Thursday evenings were spent in San Jose del Cabo taking in the Art walk and festivities, and there are so many great restaurants there to try as well. Gordon and Lisa answered all of our questions promptly, and eased our minds regarding COVID issues the week before we were to arrive. Ruebens (property manager) checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We were able to arrange for a condo cleaning half way through our stay. Overall this was a wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable vacation- we didn't want to leave! Thank you Gordon for sharing your beautiful place with us. We will look forward to returning soon.

From the moment we stepped into the condo we were impressed by everything. The condo is spacious, tastefully decorated, updated and clean. Then you walk out onto the this spectacular deck with a glorious view of the pool, gardens and beach and you instantly relax and melt into vacation mode. Rubens was fabulous and was always checking in and was very responsive. I swear they purchase new BBQs every day because they are cleaned to pristine condition. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation with all amenities within walking distance, then I highly recommend this condo. We found our yearly get away and already look forward to our return.

Thank you for such an wonderful experience. The condo is in a perfect location, in the corner, with a large patio and ocean view. The cleanliness to the ambience and everything else was absolutely fantastic. Love the robes, beach towels, washer/dryer, too. I’ll will be back. This is a fantastic property, great staff working tirelessly to create a beautiful experience, felt we were at a five star resort even though privately owned units, very well appointed in every way, great proximity to local grocery stores as well as eating establishments, plan on returning next year to enjoy the great area

This property is everything you hope for in a vacation rental. We have stayed in rental by owner properties in Europe, Central America and the US. They have all been good but this one was exceptional. The accommodations were top notch, the kitchen well supplied and the location central to restaurants, groceries and the plaza in San Jose. Ruebens, the manager, is very helpful and accessible. Can’t say enough good about this property.

I believe this property has everything that you would need to have the holiday you deserve. The pools are great but the biggest asset that I saw was a fantastic beach just past the pools and lounging area.

I would give this property, owner and manager 10 STARS if I could. The unit is STOCKED with all the comforts of home and for the beach. You only need to bring what you want to wear and your smile. The owner and property manager are amazing, easy to communicate with and on top of EVERY need. I had family visiting on and off each week and each week it was so clean and so ready for each visitor! Loved it and can't wait to come back!!

This condo is really beautifully decorated and maintain wonderfully and has such a kind and gentle Manager who is attentive to the one problem we had in the condo which was that the breaker was blowing from the air conditioner in one room and needed to be replaced. The view is lovely the grounds are lovely beach was wonderful and even in the heat of the summer when I was staying there it was so pleasant and there was most of the time a Crossbreeze so even in August and September I didn’t need to use the air conditioner most of the time. I would rent it again for sure.

We had a wonderful time. The condo had every amenity and extras like bandaids and toothpaste if forgotten. So close to shops and restaurants. The pools and beach view were a highlight. Property manager was responsive and made sure everything was in order. The condo grounds were safe and immaculate. We can’t wait to come back!

This was by far the nicest property I’ve stayed at. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is absolutely gorgeous! The owner and property manager were great to deal with. Always a prompt response to any questions. When we arrived the music was playing and cold water waiting. Such a lovely touch. The condo was lacking nothing. They have thought of everything. The grounds were beautiful and the proximity to restaurants was a bonus. Do not hesitate to stay here. You won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to return. Thank you Gordon and Ruben!!

From several days prior to our arrival until the end of our amazing 19 day vacation in Cabo, the experience was flawless! We arrived to an ambiance of Latin flare at the condo. Music playing, fans spinning, water in the fridge, palms swaying. Heaven!!! Rubens, the property manager, reached out periodically to make sure everything was good for us and to see if we needed anything. The condo is so beautiful and comfortable. Very well decorated (pics don’t do it justice), amazing views, well stocked with everything we needed (except food from the grocery store- 7 min walk), great gym on property, tennis court (w/ rackets and balls), many pools to choose from that are crystal clean, inviting hot tubs, immaculate bathrooms at the pools, hammocks, guarded grounds, lush vegetation, loads of flowers and palms that just make you smile.....Las Mananitas is such a nice complex. Our family of four loved our time and can’t wait to visit again!! Nice chairs, umbrellas and tables at the pools, big grills that are cleaned often at the pools. I recommend restaurants Lateral and Chostomo (right at La Comer grocery store.). Took the bus to Cabo San Lucas. No need for a car. Walked to the movies(25 min) in San Jose and watched Spider-Man! Fun trip!! Thank you so much, Gordon and Rubens!! The condo is so pretty and we already miss it!

Stayed here from June 1st to June 9th 2019. We have been renting homes (mostly condos) in Cabo every year for the last 8, mostly San Jose area, and Gordon's condo is now our favourite without question. The location is amazing, walkability to our favourite grocery stores, amenities and hangouts is so good we let go of the rental car we had which was big savings money wise. The pools the beach, the suite, the communication....all fantastic. Everything we needed (except a beach umbrella which we bought and left behind for others) was there for us. Good condiments and spices, working kitchen appliances and air conditioning (not always the case in Cabo), beautiful furniture and comfy beds, well appointed clean space and the most beautiful view of the pools and beach were at our finger tips. I'd say our only wish was to have a gas grill right on the patio but even that was no big deal because the bbq area down at the pools was SO awesome. Clean as a whistle and beautiful to use propain grills that we never had to wait in line for. Oh and the nicest, cleanest (private for condo owners and guests only) bathroom down by the pools as well which was so lovely to have. One can not go wrong staying here. Thanks so much Gordon and Rubens for creating such a great home away from home for us. We cant wait to come back and stay for even longer:-)

Most spacious and well maintained property I’ve rented, awesome location on the beach and walking distance to your daily shopping needs. Reubens was the nicest and most responsive property manager. Definitely will book here again!

Super clean, Well decorated, comfortable, grounds well cared for, and staff helpful, and pleasent. The owner and VRBO were easy to work with, what more can I say it was Perfect.

This condo is great for entertaining - we've stayed there with our family (three kids) and also with another couple, and it handles a crowd this size nicely. It's an end-unit with great indoor and outdoor living spaces, quiet, freshly updated, elegant and comfortable. Mananitas is one of the best locations in all of Cabo - its right on the Sea of Cortez so you get epic sunrises, great beaches for walking, and just a short walk to the surf beach and close to grocery, services, Starbucks etc. The best in Cabo dining (from taquerias favored by locals and gringos to world-class sushi) are just a short walk or drive away.

We stayed in this beautiful Las Mananitas 2 bedroom, 2 bath home for 16 days over Christmas and New Years. We were quite happy with the layout! The photos don't do the unit justice. Its a really large condo and the 4 of us were very comfortable here. Owners Gord & Lisa & manager Rubens were great, and we'd definitely stay here again! So many pools to choose from! We would prefer having a barbeque in the unit, but the communal ones were fine. Lots of towels, well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture... Thank you!
