It was nice loved the space but it was not cleaned well there were dirty towels there when we checked in and the refrigerator leaked and someone was taking our RESERVED PARKING! not to mention the lighting in the master bedroom did not work.. besides that it was peaceful and very spacious the people were really nice all and all the condo was cute but they need better cleaning services

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I do not like bashing and I will not share everything we experience, benefit of the doubt, but this warranted a review. First, the unit is as described, although a bit dated but nice, the beds are unusually noisy as others have pointed out, but we had not problem sleeping. I had to personally fix/repair several items upon arrival, nothing huge but a nuisance. My main point, and this is good for any condo rental - ASK ABOUT CURRENT MAINTENANCE AT THE FACILITY. We did not have use of part of our condo for 4 of the 6 weeks, and the condo pools were never available to us, because of building maintenance work. The elevators were hit and miss whether they were in service or not, a big issue being on the 22nd floor. We did enjoy our stay, the location was great for us, just issues we did not expect, and should have been informed of prior to booking. I would recommend this property, but I would ask a lot more questions next time before committing.

Everything was absolutely perfect!

We had a great, relaxing vacation-even even with the cool snap. Condo was clean, stocked and well appointed. Bed squeaked but was comfortable. The best thing was the view from the amazing balcony, watching the sea life is simply beautiful- schools of fish, dolphin pods playing, manta rays, we even spotted a shark in the distance. We'll be back in the spring!

Another great fall break!

The furniture in the pictures of the living room has been changed. The door did not lock and the refrigerator leaked water in the kitchen floor. But with these things that I've listed we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this condo again.

Had a Great Time With The Family. Place Was More Then Big Enough !!

We had a great time! The condo was beautiful, clean, full sized washer & dryer & the kitchen was well equipped with cook wear. I think they could use a few more forks & perhaps invest in a couple new mattresses for the king beds but who goes to the beach to sleep? We loved our time here & will definitely stay again.

The view was amazing from our balcony! Location is perfect close to everything. Office was friendly. Tiki Bar had great drinks, and food. The pool, elevators,and property all were clean. I would have given a better review except the cleanliness of condo room, our door did not lock, and there were dishes in the dishwasher.

Was a clean condo nice location. The beds were a bit noisy and could use silverware but that’s minor would definitely stay again

The room wasn't clean. There was sand in the bed, a beer bottle on the TV stand. Hair all in the bathroom floor and the beds were horrible to sleep in. Gulf crest do better.

The property was nice overall, the only issue we had was the mattresses. Overall nice stay but I would recommend getting new ones.

Bed groaned every time you got in or out or turned over, waking up the other person. Dishes assorted & chipped. At least six different patterns of silverware - a hodgepodge. Kitchen ceiling dirty. A/C vents look like they haven’t been cleaned in 10 years. Mold in shower & holes in shower wall. Shelf trays missing on freezer & refrigerator doors & ice maker broken. Screens missing from door frame sliders to balcony. Lounger on balcony broken & unusable. Either mold or dirt on M BR ceiling. Coffee table in LR held together with drywall screws. All wood furniture finishes very worn. Torn fabric on 3 dining rooms chairs. I could go on, but sufficient to say this unit was a major disappointment. I took photos. We rent condos or homes about 4 times a year and this was the worst we’ve ever stayed in. However, the Gulf Crest Condo complex is a very nice place to stay. Next time I will go through the on-site GC office. They hold the units in their program to a higher standard. I was able to view two of their units that happened to be empty and they’re good.

The door lock did not work, pillows dirty, linens old nasty, shower didn’t drain properly, toilet leaks on floor, dishwasher falling apart, vents and ceiling fans filthy! The place needs CLEANED!!! The property is nice! We visit twice a year and love the property but this specific condo really needs some TLC and updates!!

Gulfcrest was a good property…. The condo needed a major deep cleaning toilet leaked, bed was horrible, mold on walls and ceilings, absolutely the bare minimum in the kitchen 2 towels and 2 wash cloths…. Dryer would not dry clothes properly…it is a beautiful condo just needs some TLC…. Really disappointed in cleanliness of this condo!

Beautiful condo, great views, perfect location, reserved parking. Refrigerator was not working and return vents need cleaning. Overall good experience and will stay there again.

This place is great. Parking was easy as it possibly could be and steps away from the walkway. The condo is perfectly located on the east end PCB which is close to all the action. it's also easy access to the beach express as well. The views are spectacular with spacious rooms. The master bathroom is huge. The condo also has two large pools, a hot tub, plenty of lounge space, and a reasonably priced tiki and snack bar. The icing on the cake of course was the beach is as close as legally permitted to be. I will admit, some of the furnishings are worn and the dishwasher has a bent rack. But everything was functional and we had a blast. Thank You ECD.

Hole in shower wall. The beds are so so bad we actually went to Walmart and bought a 75 dollar mattress cover. Never saw beds that bad. The lounger outside was broken. The ice maker nor water worked in frig. The floor gets your feet black. No live tv so you cant watch local tv for weather. I would not recommend this place. This building is nice but this room heck no.

Wonderful vacation! Our condo wasn’t the best. Could use some updates and needs a good cleaning. I brought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. But for the price, it was fine.

we have stayed at gulf crest many times. I do like the new check in process, its super easy and fast. However, one day, we were notified with a hours notice, the owner was removing old furniture and replacing it with new. We had to pack up all our valuable items and take them to the beach with us becuase the pick upi and delivery times were between 12-5pm. There was only one extra blanket in the entire unit. The bunk beds only had a sheet and then a sheet folded up under the pillow. We had to purchase Blankets for our kids for the bunk beds. The two vents in the kitchen were absoltely loaded with dirt. We found mealworms in the silverware drawer as well. The silverware is very slim. The pots and pans are terrible, food sticks badly, we bought our own and of course had to donate them to the condo.. The wicker stand in the other bedroom was completely caked in dust as well. The bathroom by the dining room, the shower doors had so much black mold in the bottom they didnt not slide open and closed very easily.. The bed were very uncomfotable, everytime a person moved there was a squeak and felt like you were sleeping on a box springs. After wiping up water from the floor, from the kids coming in from the pool, the floor was flithy black and if a person did not wear shoes, your feet would turn black as well. IF you do not wash dishes by hand, more times than not the dish washer had to be ran twice. The pools are wonderful, the beach is wonderful, the location is also wondering, however, a up grade needs to be done with kitchen utensils, cooking supplies, and dishes. this was by far the least favorite condo we have rented while staying at gulf crest.

The good: -spacious -felt secure (gated) -nice pools -beach chairs available daily Needs improvement: -couch is falling apart, but very big (ran into the owner and he said they are replacing the couch next week) -king sized beds were LOUD with smallest movement -dishwasher rack broken -missing screen in door The Best: -amazing views -perfect location -wonderful place to getaway

This place was perfect for our group!! We loved the location also!! Beach wasn’t too crowded either.

We love Gulf Crest! Great location, lots of balcony space, close to lots of eating choices and groceries. Close to laundry mat when the stacked washer and dryer went out after one week of our 4 week stay. Management company wasn’t very interested in fixing the problem. Owner at least tried, but when we left, the unit had not been replaced. Not sure we’ll use ECDI units again. Oh, and ice maker doesn’t work and there wasn’t ice trays available.

We walked in to no comforters on the beds, condo was not cleaned, trash still in the Refrigerator and on the master bedroom side table. The couch was broken and torn in several places. There was hardly any cooking pans and trashy utensils. Had to was the dishes before I was able to use. They were doing work over on the hot tub and heated pool side so we didn't get to use them. Over all great location and great view Every thing else sucked.

Everything was nice and clean, but the unit could definitely use some small upgrades! Recommend to all for your Panama City Vacations! Will stay again! Thanks!
