This was a very good experience, good location for us. We were able to find everything we needed at the house. Beds were very comfy, enough supplies of towels, etc.

Nice neighborhood backing up to a golf driving range. Robert is a great communicator, responds quickly and is detail oriented.

We had a mixed bag of family (10) all converge on this beautiful home! (Its freaking huge!) We met for the Philadelphia Eagles game! We loved it! Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing weekend! Great back yard and pool! We couldn't keep our grandkids out of it! We're all looking forward to a return trip in February! Robert was great communicating with me! Close to anything you need, Lou Malnati pizza delivers in 35 mins??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME????!

We stayed there before and were happy to stay there again. Exceeded our expectations. Beautiful house, nicely decorated and very well equipped. Fantastic location and a great host. It looks like the interior was recently renovated so it’s even better that it was before. The photos are accurate. Highly recommended.

Overall the property and stay was a wonderful experience. The communication with the host and property manager was excellent and was greatly appreciated following a disappointing experience with another property. A few minor issues that were mostly beyond the host's control, but nothing that took away from the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Robert’s property. It is much larger then we imagined and we loved the neighborbood. In contrast to many vacation rentals, this one feels like a home. Would definitely recommend.

First we want whomever to know that we asked for no return on our monies or any kind of early check-in or late check out or any other special exemptions. This is what happened, upon arrival at 10 p.m., the code did not work on door, took 30 minutes for manager to arrive with a key. The door lock had been tampered with previously so was not working properly, thank god our son in law had picked up. The door lock never worked properly the entire stay, whenever door open or closed from inside or out the alarm rang, not fun when dad leaves for golf at 5 a.m.. The sink faucet took anywhere from 3 to 7 minutes to heat up, not ideal when you are trying to wash dishes every night not to mention that phoenix is always in water conservation. Probably not great to run water for 3 to 7 minutes in that regard. The pool area and pool were filthy, called manager, she did send pool man over, thank you but there is no remote for pool lights because pool guy says it gets in the pool so he doesn't leave anymore, great, thanks not. Area around pool was cleaned by us. the worst part was the dirty pool diapers that were strewn around, not nice. So cleaned around area and found that the garbage had not been put on the street for pick up, one full, one a couple bags. Manager did come over and move the full one to curb, it was quite stinky, and took bags out of other, thanks manager. We had a small baby shower, reason for being in town, for our oldest daughter which we had already cleared with Robert. My daughter had to bring some of garbage from that to her home, since we only had one trash can available for 6 more days. Also Robert, when he ok'd the small baby shower said he expected us to clean up thoroughly, we did, but daughter had to take some garbage. The inside of the house is, to say the least, very tired. It either needs a thorough, professional cleaning, floor boards filthy, walls very dirty and so on. Probably just needs a fresh coat of paint, everywhere. Patio furniture was in shambles, wicker all broken, cushions are destroyed, daughter brought cushions from her house for baby shower. Also pool toys were awful, just saying. If you are renting because one of the perks is a car is available to use, which was one of the reasons we rented, don't use it till you check the brake lights, they don't work, very dangerous. Overall, even with manager trying to help, not a good experience. Won't re-rent

When we try to check in we communicated with the owner of the property to see if we can check in early it was around 11am he said the cleaners are there in the house cleaning so we couldn't check in earlier we were ok with that and we waited till 4pm. We check in at 4pm and they were still there . The property manager and the cleaner were both there. When the property manager saw us she jumped in to our car and she was looking inside the car without a mask she was so close my wife had to wear a mask because of how close she was . She had all her family there her kids husband. We saw her kids clothes wet so apparently they were in a pool. We walked in the house it was horrible everything was old the furniture was old the couches were all slotted the backyard chairs all resty we couldn't even sit on them. We checked the bedroom the bedsheets were all not clean and they all had stains on them. We had to clean everything and do laundry. We contacted the owner to see if we can check out late on Monday he said he will charge us $80 if we check out late. I do not recommend this house to anyone at all. Never coming back to this.

The place is beautiful, however I have to give three stars. The pictures around the house were....interesting. One by the piano had what looked to be a decaying body hanging on a swastika. There wasn’t enough toilet paper in the house for our stay. We stayed for four days and we ran out by the second day and found none around the house. There was broken glass on the patio attached to the master bedroom. This place is pretty much RIGHT on the golf course. There were two holes within 100 feet of the property. Upon arrival we witnessed and DEFINITELY heard a golf ball ping the pole on the fence outside of the property. There are nets on some of the windows to protect the house, but one of the upstairs bathroom windows is shattered. By the time we left, there were two golf balls IN our pool when there were NONE when we first arrived. Along with that, the vehicle advertised was out of service with no notice until late and only $50 compensation. I had a good time on the trip, and again the house was beautiful, but wow.

My family had a great vacation. The house is as advertised. Beautiful home. Only issue is the house is on the end of the driving range and golf balls were flying over the golf course fence into backyard and pool. With 2 toddlers it was a little stressful making sure no balls hit them.

I’m so glad we booked this place for our vacation to Phoenix. My husband and I have three children as do my brother and sister-in-law. The kids ranging in age from 9 to 18. For the price we were able to spread out and had multiple places to congregate. Not to mention plenty of space in the backyard and time to hang at the pool. It was located super close to the grocery store and many other shops. We were even able to order pizza the first night when we were too tired to try to cook anything. If we had a question the house manager was always very prompt in responding. We would highly recommend

The only drawback was that we had planned on using the vehicle that was included in the listing, but because it needed repairs we needed to rent a car (Robert contacted us two weeks prior, so we had ample time to make arrangements.) Tons of space, very welcoming and comfortable, and the outdoor space is amazing! We loved the unique artwork in the home and this home has everything you need in the kitchen/dining area. The master suite is glorious! Robert was great to communicate with via email and was always prompt in responding. The only drawback was that we had planned on using the vehicle that was included in the listing, but because it needed repairs we needed to rent a car (Robert contacted us two weeks prior, so we had ample time to make arrangements.) The home was perfect for a couples getaway. Plenty of space and the bathrooms were fabulous. The vehicle advertised was broken down so that was not available. The home is on a golf course ( the tee range) so we had to dodge golf balls all weekend and unfortunately I was hit in the back of the neck while tanning by the pool. ( we counted 5 balls that where hit in the yard/pool on Saturday alone) The back yard furniture definitely needs the be upgraded but the yard itself was nice.

We had a great week with our friends and family. Most of our time was spent hiking or golfing. The house was in a nice neighborhood. The art is one of a kind and prompted much discussion. It is interesting how different people view different pieces of art! The pool and patio are very nice but it was too cold to swim when we were there. The owner and manager were very responsive when we needed them on a couple of minor issues. My sons enjoyed playing the piano. Our recommendation for an even better experience would be mattresses with better support and more plump pillows.
