A group of friends and I celebrated our 40th birthday here. The backyard is a dream. They have put so much effort into the landscaping, the lighting, the lounge and seating areas, it felt like a resort Inside the home is so fun with an added bit of luxury given the cool layout and furnishing. Each bedroom was comfortable and the master with the doors to the backyard was an added bonus. The house is stocked with everything you need as well. Might be the most I’ve seen at an Airbnb. We weren’t without anything!! House is very easy to get to and in a safe neighborhood. Nice hills with a view from the backyard. Working with the owner was so great too. She was responsive with every message and made sure everything was ready when we got there. She even left us a fun personalized note and flowers for our birthday when we arrived! I would definitely book again!

This property has everything you need inside and out. The outdoor pool area is wonderful and magical at night with all of the accent lighting. It is in a great location, close to downtown Austin and Lake Travis. The owner is incredibly responsive and helpful should you need anything or have any questions.

From start to finish, this vrbo experience was the best I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed in lots of houses, but this one I will never forget. It was our daughter’s wedding weekend and our host Mindy allowed the bridesmaids to get hair and make up done there. We had a bridal brunch and the house was perfect. The outdoor areas are amazing. Mindy was so helpful and communicative. The house was so well equipped, we had everything we needed. Mindy even asked me before she decorated for Christmas and the things she put up were beautiful and coordinated with our wedding colors! I can’t say enough about this house and host. It was a big part of our wedding experience and I will be forever grateful to Mindy for both the house and her hospitality.

The property is lovely - inside and out - very easy to enjoy - cooked a beautiful thanksgiving dinner in the well equipped kitchen - despite not being able to enjoy the outdoors (it rained our entire stay) it really made it feel special that every room has a wonderful whimsical feel

Amazing property. We stayed at this location for our recent family vacation and it was perfect. Great location, and a beautiful home. The pool and lawn space were a big hit with the kids. Also the best hosts we could have asked for.

This property and the communication was flawless. For adult family members had a wonderful time, approximately 20 minutes drive from downtown Austin as well as quick access west or even down to San Antonio. Would’ve definitely returned and also would highly recommend. All the other reviews with positive comments are highly accurate.

As others have mentioned, the photos of the backyard do not do justice. My wife and I spent every possible waking moment either in the pool or relaxing on the patio. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very welcoming. The location is spot on for being 30 minutes or less from everything that we would want to do. The owner is very responsive and kind! If you’re thinking about booking it, you should. You won’t be disappointed.

This was our second time renting this property. If that doesn’t say enough about what we think of this property, then keep reading. First, the property is kept on absolute immaculate condition - inside and out. Additionally, all of the furnishing inside/out seem very high-end and well thought out. One (of many possible) highlight, is the master bath. The shower and jacuzzi tub are an experience in themselves. Finally, communicating with Mindy is an absolute pleasure. You can tell she takes pride in the product she is delivering. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!

This house is beautiful inside and out. The kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor pool area is fabulous! It is better than the pictures. The location is great. The house is in a nice quiet area only 30 minutes from the airport and 15 to 30 minutes from great restaurants and downtown Austin.

Met up with 2 friends from opposite coasts for a long weekend at Mindy’s house. Our plan was to spend most of our time catching up by the pool and Mindy’s house couldn’t have been more perfect. Very clean, nicely decorated and well appointed with a beautiful backyard, cabana, pool, and hot tub. The house is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, within a mile of an H-E-B, and even though it’s hard to want to leave, downtown Austin is only a 20 minute Uber ride away. Mindy is a great host - very nice, efficient, and communicative. Overall wonderful house and experience!

Great home to unwind and spend time with friend or family. The decor is impeccable. The outdoor living was perfect. Everything one could need was available. Only recommendation would be smart tv sticks for entertainment room tv and guest room tv. But we brought our own anyway. Would highly recommend this home.

I went there with some family members who flew in from all over the country. We loved our stay. We were on a boat in lake Travis one day, and downtown Austin the next. Wonderful time.

All the reviews about the beauty of this home and the level of engagement from the owners is 100% accurate and then some! We had everything we needed and felt so comfortable that we almost missed exploring Austin during our week stay. From lots of swimming to game nights, grilling, relaxing under the Cabana, to good night rest, this place truly felt like a private resort. We had a great stay! Mindy was very accommodating and a great communicator. They have instructions in every room with how to work any and everything! The house was the best stocked that I have ever stayed in as far as condiments, serving dishes, etc. The backyard and outdoor seating options were great! I hope to go back to visit!
