Not clean! not neat! booked a place for 4 people, beds 2 SMALL PARKING!

Разположението е близо до метростанция, но е доста шумно, поради силния денонощен трафик и тъй като беше много топло през нощта не може да не се отваря прозорец, което при този шум отвън се отразява на съня. Кърпите са доста захабени и оставят усещане за нечистота. Мобилният климатик не може да помогне, тъй като отпред изстудява, но от въздуховода, който не е изведен навън влиза топъл въздух - напълно безполезна вещ! Представен е като апартамент, а реално е с размерите на малка хотелска стая.

Compact nice clean room

It was very hot but no air conditioner

The place is close to transport facilities and to the Schöburn Palace

The appartment was very small for a couple, no space to move, there were damaged walls, not clean enough (spider webs), missing necessary facilities. In my opinion, there was false advertising, nothing compared to the photos they show. As for the staff, nobody showed up to introduce himself or clean up. Very disappointing, should have chosen another place.

The location is very convenient- just a few minutes from the U4. The garden , part of the property - it is a blessing! Really quiet place.

It will be good if there is a mosquito net on the door to the patio.

Appartments are situated in the old building with high and nice view outside. The underground station is in the vicinity to the appartments and give the opportunity to get to any place of Vienna rather quickly. The appartment in which I was accommodated was small but rather comfortable and clean. The iron and iron desk was provided just upon request. Because the building is old and is under the protection of local authorities as a historical one it is forbidden to install the stationary air conditioning. But the host provided the mobile air conditionning unit upon the request. It was a new to learn the special kind of lockers to enter the appartments. The locker is looked like a door arm. It is impossible to guess that the black pannel on it is the dialing desk activating by a touch. Fortunately, when I has come, one lady went downstairs and has tought me to use it. The host provided all codes to enter and, what is especcially important, login and password to wi-fi via e-mails. It allowed me to get an opportunity to contact him immediately and to get appropriate instructions, if neccesary.

There is nothing to improve except some amenities in the kitchenette kit like the desk for cutting food and more tea spoons than one. The real problem for me that is impossible to solve by the host is the noise from the street and open metro trench. It is possible only to try do not pay much attention on it.

Good location close to the Schonbrunn and U-Bahn.

I was more than surprised from type of air-condition. It was terrible.

There were no dishes, even though it was stated in the reservation that there would be children. In the bathroom, the tiles are falling apart, the shower cabin cannot be closed properly and the water literally flows out of it up to the door... Although the rooms were stated to be air-conditioned, there was no air-conditioning.

For the price this room is really good. We really liked how near it is to Schönbrunn and U Bahn station.

Unfortunately it's very humid there, there are many ants and spiders and you can hear each and every neighbour.

Small parking space at the apartment. No ventilation in the bathroom.

It was nice, clean, good located

Apartment has to be renovated,, lots of things were broken(chair, shelf next to bed, tile in the bathroom's floor), no pan in a kitchen...

There was a subway stop really close by. The staff was helpful.

Location wad perfect. Fantastic value for money. Apartment look great !

The temperature at night was too high, we were boiling hot :D

It was affordable and it had a fridge and a microwave, so I was able to save leftovers from a meal that I bought in a restaurant the day before. It saved me money.

The room was too warm and I couldn't turn down the heat any further. I was there in February of 2023. I do like my accommodations to be on the cooler side.

Location, shower, kitchen facilities.

Location, good connection to the city center and all other parts of the city, grocery shop nearby, good heating, cleanness.

Extremely uncomfortable pillows and lack of a TV in our room.
