Beautiful and peaceful apartment located on a magnificent site with all commodities that will exceed your expectations. Jerome was a wonderful host!

This location is absolutely stunning, very quiet and really felt like a treat to be here. So relaxing and beautiful. The wafts of perfume from the plants, the infinity pool, amazing spa and the free coffee an added bonus. Really loved it thank you. Not fully wheelchair/scooter friendly though my husband struggled a little.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Jérome is a consummate host. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Loved walking on the paths and hanging by the beautiful pool. The small town of Castelina in Chianti is perfect for tourists who want to be close to a grocery store and tons of restaurants. It is an adorable town that has everything you need without the craziness of staying in a city. Our only wish is that there was a screen in the kitchen window. The apartments are not air conditioned so it would be nice to have the window open while cooking without bugs being let in. Other than that the lack of air conditioning is not an issue as the stone building stays relatively cool even in very hot weather. Overall we definitely want to come back. We’re already talking with our families to plan a repeat trip!

Ruhig, idyllisch gelegen mit gepflegter Gartenanlage, großzügigen Terrassen und mit üppigen Kräutern berandeten Wegen, einem großen, äußerst attraktiven Pool ohne Chlor und gepflegten Design-Sitzmöbel. Top eingerichtete Küche und großzügige Zimmer, sehr schöne und gepflegte Bäder. Die ins Netz gestellten Bilder lassen dieses Paradies nur erahnen.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay in Roccia, a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. It was spacious, comfortable with touches of luxury and a well equipped kitchen (but no kettle or microwave). The views are glorious and it’s so peaceful and relaxing. The availability of the spa is a lovely luxury addition too. We enjoyed a day by the pool - also with stunning views - but didn’t go in as the water was freezing in early May! We would stay here again, which I think says it all?!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in La Valle. Das Landgut wurde sehr schön gestaltet und unsere Wohnung war super und stilvoll eingerichtet (insbesondere auch Küche und Badezimmer). Es fehlt an nix. Im Herbst kam uns die Bodenheizung an den kühleren Abenden auch sehr gelegen. Austausch mit dem Gastgeber (Jerome) war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The location is perfect. Near the small town of castelinna in chianti where you have a supermarket and lots of nice restaurants. The apartment is in the middle of beautiful green hillside. Lots of nature around you. Nice and quiete. With a beautiful view from the swimming pool. It's a perfect place to relax and get away from everything. But you won't get bored with the spa available, dartboard, pingpong table and lots of books available to read and some walking paths on the property. We are definitely coming back!

Tout est là pour passer d'agréables vacances en plein cœur de la magnifique région du Chianti : cadre magnifique, accueil chaleureux, recommandations et conseils des propriétaires ... Je recommande fortement et retenterai l'expérience avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci à Jérôme et sa famille !

Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux ! Endroit merveilleux. Calme, bien aménagé, bien situé dans cette région qui est juste magnifique !

Emplacement, cadre, paysages de Toscane , aménagements intérieurs et extérieurs,piscine,tout est parfait où presque, merci !

Petit coin de paradis ou rien ne manque: une bibliothèque complete pour rêver, s'instruire sur les villes toscanes et les peintres de la renaissance, un spa pour se détendre, du savon aux senteurs aromatiques et le calme de la campagne. Merci!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre très accueillant et reposant. Tout y était: lieu calme, rénové et entretenu avec goût, propreté irréprochable, cadre de vacances idéal. Top!

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique en Toscane et dans la propriété rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et alliant le charme de l'ancien et le confort moderne. Bravo pour cette belle réalisation. Tout est prévu les draps, le linge de toilette, un savon fait maison très agréable, rien ne manque. Nous recommandons cette location !

We were quite lucky to stay here. We were there for family meeting and our apartment was large enough to be the headquarters for the adults. We enjoy the luxury bath ! Hope to come back.
