It was a great home!

I am one to do much research and look into reviews, so I am writing this to help others. We stayed at this property over the thanksgiving holiday and it was a great experience. The property owner and management were great with communication from the get go. Owner answered all questions and messages in a timely matter, even on the holiday when we arrived and the grill was not on property-she got that arranged and dropped off next day. A few things about this property. Very roomy! We had 6 adults and 2 kids and felt comfortable. Seating was limited in living room but that was ok as we all went to our rooms by the evening. Pool heat was extra-but well worth it! There are NO beach towels, just regular small bath. So if you are planning a trip, bring some. Traveling with an infant invest in a travel highchair like we did as there is not one at property. Also, no hot pads. There was a burn mark on the dining table from this probably being a previous issue. Upstairs beds are VERY worn out. We slept in the king and there was a big hump in the middle that separated us. Pillows very flat. Just things that need to be replaced over time that haven’t. Location was great, the resort is nice and safe is very friendly. We will definitely stay in this area again. Hope this review helps anyone in the future!

The location is perfect to Disney! Many stores near by for shopping. The only thing that I did not like was the pool in the home it was not very clean. Other than that me and my family all enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend for a large family plenty of room and space.

We traveled with 6 kids to Orlando for a Disney/Universal week. Loved this location and will use them again! Safe and nice neighborhood. Clean, spacious, plenty of towels. 4 bathrooms with showers and 5 bedrooms is a great ratio. Small pool in the back was a great perk for all the kids but they also have a fun pool area on site with a lazy river and slides that is a short drive or a walk across the bridge. You will need your own cleaning supplies like trash bags, detergents, and dish soaps - no big deal! Minutes to Disney, grocery stores, shopping and 30 to Universal. Really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect way to spend a vacation. No hassle checking in and was so simple, more then enough room for the family, club house amenities were a huge plus. Personal pool made for a relaxing enjoyable evening and the kids swam till the sun went down. Love the stay.

This was the perfect setting for annual vacation with my niece's and great niece's. Property was close to where we wanted to be. Hideaway Cove was perfect as was the other pool area. Would highly recommend this property.

The house is well kept and clean. Plus they provide extra towels, which was a plus.

We rented this house for a family trip down to Disney. Location wise this was perfect we were able to be close enough to the parks to get in and out on the daily basis. On the day of arrival the AC unit was broken however after reaching out to the property manager she was able to send someone out within the same day to address the issue. Since the AC was not working in the house was extremely warm we were unable to turn on the ceiling fans because they all had at least 2 inches of dust piled up on top of them in as soon as we would turn it on you could just see flakes of dust flying off everywhere. I reached out to the property manager asking if someone could please come out and at least address this so we could use the fence given that we do not have AC in the house was reading high 70s with the heat . She said she would send someone out to address the issue however that did not happen the entire week that we were there. I think addressing the issue for the cleaning Ness of the house would be something that this property would benefit from overall it is a good place to stay however I would’ve preferred the cleaning of the property to be a little bit more up to par from what was described online

Only thing it needed was few things to help cook. Like salt n pepper dish soap etc... make sure bathroom floors fully clean.

This was our second time to stay at this home. The host is very accommodating and helpful. The home is perfect for our family to relax after a long day at Disney. Kids loved unwinding in the small pool each night. Thanks again for sharing your home with us. We will be back.

Overall this was a very easy process and the house is perfect for accommodating large parties. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work, but after reaching a representative after hours they sent somebody to bring us bags of ice. The maintenance person did try to visit us, but without knowing when he was going to be there we missed him. They could be a little bit more thorough with their cleaning, because we found food items in the drawer of a nightstand but overall everything was decent and we would rent again.

The townhouse was very neat and clean.

I rented this for six days for a family gathering. It’s a beautiful, well kept townhome. There was plenty of room for my family of eight to spread out and enjoy. We loved having the small private pool to enjoy but we also took advantage of the amenities at the clubhouse, which is an easy walk if you just map it on your mobile device. The walk is much different than the driving directions. We had a few small hiccups but the owner and the management company were incredibly responsive and that’s really all you can ask. We all really enjoyed our time here. The location is great.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Orlando. My sister was attending a conference at the OCCC so we were looking for a place that was close to there (we had to drive her every morning and pick her up) as well as close to other attractions. We only went to Disney World one day (this place is very close to Disney) but found Storey Lake ideally located to many major highways making it super convenient. There is a Publix, Target and Walmart SuperCenter all very close as well. The home itself was excellent - we were 6 adults and 2 kids and everyone had their own space (lots of bathrooms which was great). Even though we are Canadian ... we paid the extra to heat the pool and we were very glad we did! Our young boys loved the pool and on those cool January days - everyone was happy! The neighbourhood is very quiet and the pool/clubhouse area is excellent - just wish it had been warmer so we could have enjoyed it more. Recommendation - bring your own laundry pucks, dishwashing pucks and garbage bags for the kitchen. Host was excellent with answering our questions before our trip as well as during. It was a perfect spot to call home - would not hesitate to stay here again.

This property was exactly what we expected based on the description. The check in and out process was seamless. The property was clean. The location was perfect. It was very close to a grocery store, downtown Kissimmee with lots of attractions and restaurants. A short drive to Disneyworld that never had us stuck in traffic. We would come back and recommend this location to others.

The property is centrally located to everything making it easy to go anywhere. Love the 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms to accommodate our 3 families. Just me mindful there is no basics there. We had to buy dish soap, paper towels, coffee, napkins,and every basic you would find when in a house. The pool heater didnt heat the extra 10 degrees so dont waste money on that but come and stay here. Its beautiful!

The property was as expected. Nice, spacious and clean! The property is located in a great, safe neighborhood. If it were not for our experience with the check in process I would 100% stay here again. However, there in lies the problem. The check in process was a hassle because we had to meet the property manager at the property manager’s office. The office closed at 6pm the day of check in and that was not clearly communicated. I happened to call the property manager and was told that if we were not at the property Manager’s office by 6:00pm we would not have access to the property and that was their policy and if we didn’t arrive on time there would be nothing we could do to access the house the day of check in. We made it to the property manager’s office at 5:55pm and were able to check in. I have never had to go to an offsite place to check in and have never been told that I only had a 2 hour window to check in. I couldn’t check in before 4pm and the latest was 6pm due to the property manager’s availability. This is the reason why I would probably not here again. Otherwise all was well. The property is a great and clean property.

The house and Storey Lake Resort were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed them. It was great to have a pool to cool off in after a hot day and there was lots of room for nine of us. Two issues with the house - the chain on the ceiling fan in the Star Wars room was broken and it was hard to turn the fan on and off. Also, this is the first place we have rented that did not supply household essentials - dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, coffee filters. There was some toilet paper but not enough for nine people for twelve days. We bought all of these but since they were not there when we arrived we are assuming that when the management company cleans the house they throw everything away. We managed to find everything but coffee filters in small amounts but there were lots of coffee filters left and I hate to think that they threw them out. We did have some problems with checking in. It was not clear on the information the management company sent that we had to check in at their office - eight miles away at rush hour. Since check in is at 4pm there is little time to then purchase groceries for dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately for us we also had to meet a plane at 6pm and this created difficulties. This is the first time we have had to check in somewhere other than the resort. In the information they send the management company should make it VERY clear that check in is at their office. They did send their address and phone numbers, but we should have had this information as well as a statement that their office is where you register. My husband suggests that there could be extra pillows in different thicknesses as sleeping on a thin pillow is hard for some and sleeping on a thick pillow is hard for others. But in spite of these problems, you have a lovely house and I would be happy to recommend it to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was immaculate, well appointed and conveniently located close to Disney. The community facilities were also great and every one was very nice and accommodating, thanks to Viviana for a great place to enjoy our vacation!
