We had a wonderful stay at this condo! You honestly can’t find a better location for fun activities close by (restaurants, shopping, festival grounds, hiking trails). The condo was well stocked and we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after long hikes. We stayed during a popular festival weekend and had no problem finding a parking spot in the garage each day after spending the mornings on the trails. We had a fantastic time and look forward to returning!

Great location, great condo. Beds very comfy, kitchen a little tight, and bathroom needs a vent. Smoke detector kept going off after a shower. Fans and humidifiers were very much appreciated and useful!

Fantastic location and property manager was very helpful, but one TINY bathroom for a family of four was tricky. The vent in the bathroom was broken and the Wifi didn’t work. The lighting was also super dim. If all you are concerned about is location, this is your place...

My best friend and I have been coming to Telluride for the Horror Show festival for 3 years now and this is by far the best place we have stayed! The location is fantastic since it’s only 2 blocks behind the main street in town and the condo was fantastic! Very roomy 2 bedroom unit with spacious bathroom as well and very nice updated kitchen. We will be back!

Our condo was wonderful! Very tastefully updated and decorated! Everything we needed was provided! The location could not be beat- right off the Colorado Street with all the shops and restaurants but so very quiet at night!

Telluride Getaway!
Location was awesome! It's a 5 min walk to the gondola and being in the heart of downtown Telluride was great for food/drink. The condo was super clean and perfect for two couples. The kitchen was well stocked too. Would definitely stay again.

Simply perfect!
Can't think of one negative thing to say about this property! We stayed for 4 days with our two adult daughters. Plenty of room for all of us with the nice big, up-to-date kitchen island, dining table, and was super comfortable (even on the pull-out bed!). Bright and cheery decor, and not one detail was missed by the owners. Location was perfect with the gondolas and trailhead up the street, cute market around the corner and all the bars, shops and restaurants on Colorado Ave just two blocks away - all while remaining quiet at night. If we ever get the pleasure of visiting Telluride again, we will definitely stay here!

Wonderful vacation in Telluride
We thoroughly enjoyed our rental! The apartment is clean, comfortable, well-appointed and extremely convenient for skiing and any other activity in Telluride. The gondola is a few steps away, and all downtown dining and shopping opportunities are right there. The parking garage is also very convenient. The staff were very friendly and communicative. My family and I (3 people), greatly enjoyed our stay!

Book for the location
Property is in great location and the bathroom is not attached to either bedroom, which makes sharing one bathroom more manageable. The property appears recently remodeled and appears as the pictures on the listing portray. Communication w/ Lodging in Telluride (outside of automated emails) could have been much better and a smelly, sewery garbage disposal in the kitchen that permeated the living area when we were watching TV were disappointing given the premium rent for this location. I recognize that COVID restrictions have been challenging for everyone in the Telluride community and I imagine and hope that communication issues and maintenance will improve.

Location was the best part
One of the reasons we chose this was for the hot tub- which was closed and that was not communicated to us prior or we would have chose another place. Also there was not any air conditioning- which wouldn't matter if skiing but sure did mid July- that also was not communicated well enough. Also note no ice maker/ice. No bagged ice available close either. Overall it was o.k., but for the money I would pick another property with more amenities.

A sweet little place
We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and nicely appointed. We had a people meeting with a clog draining slowly and management IMMEDIATELY fixed the problem. Everything else was smooth sailing! Highly recommend this spot.

Tiny Gem in Telluride
The condo is tiny but adorable and fine for 4 people. Loved the freshness of the remodel and very tasteful decor. Really nice amenities and thoughtful touches with high quality kitchen supplies and accessories making it easy to cook meals. Hot tub was great and the location really couldn’t be better. Near the creek and Bear a creek trail and stores and restaurants. Loved our stay and would definitely come back.
