Jeanine was a wonderful host! The property is only a couple of minutes walk from the wedding venue. My friend and I felt very at home there as it was so comfortable. Very happy with our decision to stay there!

The host Jeannine was so lovely. The house was super close to a Wedding we were attending at Gabbinar Homestead. Jeannine cooked us a delicious breakfast on both days. Comfortable beds and spacious areas. We were given handy information about the area. We met and loved Bella the gorgeous dog. A fabulous location. We were well and truly well looked after. Highly recommend.

Didn't realise that the lady was living in the house. It is advertised as a house however it is only a bedroom.

was made aware of owner living in the house after booking and paying which is non refundable. owner was annoying and did not leave us alone when we were at the house. She also has a dog that lives in the house. pool was not clean.

nothing made me fill unwanted did t even stay the two night I booked and won’t give me back my refund

when we got there the lady looked like she didn’t want us to stay or be there at all. wasn’t very clean. so we ended up booking for another place to stay.

The breakfast supplied each morning was of a very high standard, and sufficient for the 7 adults and 1 child who stayed on site. The bedrooms were a good size and clean and comfortable. The house was clean except for the area outdoors which had dog hair on the sunchairs and lounges.

***The bed and breakfast comes with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a patio with pool views. ******* We were disappointed to learn that the host and her son (who we weren't aware he was staying the whole time we were there), had used the 2 bathrooms we were allocated, while we stayed there for 7 days. We were not happy that there was a dog on site and were not aware of this when the booking was made. There were 3 of us who have allergies to pet hair, so it was a challenge by the end of our stay. What was advertised on booking.com was contradictory to what was available. We were hoping to use the bbq, however, it appeared the owner was reluctant for it to be used.

Great for families, spacious house with ample room, wonderful outdoor space for entertaining, pool for kids.

The host lives inside the house and was around a lot more than we would of liked, I thought it would be a detached studio that she stayed in and we would be left to ourselves. The host was lovely and pleasant but was very invasive, she did cook a lovely breakfast and I'm sure she meant well but would not leave us alone to be in peace and stayed around the whole time we ate which felt uncomfortable. As a guest you are not allowed to use the dishwasher the host insisted on doing all our dishes, cleaning and also wasn't happy with us using the washing machine or aircon or ducted air which I felt should've been inclusive given the amount of money we paid.
