The place was very clean and quiet. Had plenty of amenities and was in a central location. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing we encountered was the temperature. It’s set to 72 which was doable up til bedtime. I have trouble sleeping with it that warm. I adjusted it to 69 but the next evening it was set back to 72. Other than this one drawback the place and the host(s) were lovely.

The place was extremely clean. We really enjoyed to stay here, very close to stores to do shopping… We come here for a convention and the location was very convenient. Everything in the property was as described the rooms very comfortable, very spacious, this was our biggest expectation…Outside views are amazing and relaxing… The communication with manager is very quick, responsive and helpful… Thanks for everything… We definitely will comeback next time in the area…

Perfect place for a easy getaway with plenty of surrounding attractions. Basic layout so children under 2 inside are doable too.

We stayed here for a month. The place was absolutely perfect. Large bedroom with plenty of closet space. Larges living room with very comfortable furniture. Sitting in the hot tub looking out at the mountains was so relaxing. The property managers were very nice and was very quick to answer questions. I would highly recommend this property. We won't hesitate to stay here again. So nice.

I stayed at this property with my boyfriend for 3 months while on a rotation at the VA hospital in Johnson city. The property was better than we ever could have ever imagined, the house is beautiful as well as the neighborhood and the views. The hosts were great with communication, since we stayed for an extended period of time we were in contact more often. They were always available to answer questions and to give great recommendations. I truly cannot say enough good things about this place, we really enjoyed our time here and loved spending time at the property, it felt like home. I would highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.

My son and I were in town for the Bristol race. This was the perfect location to get the race and be able to some sightseeing. The view from the hot tub was amazing. The owner picked up right away when I called and was very friendly. The house was clean and had plenty of towels. I am looking to go back with my wife in the future. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an alternative to a hotel.

The home is beautiful and the view is breath taking!! The house was very clean and had everything we needed! Our car broke down while we were there and they let us stay longer and stay there again when we had to come back and pick up our car! Overall great place to stay!

I can’t say enough how much we loved our stay. This property was so clean and cozy. Property manager was so helpful. Fun pool table, and lots of extra amenities. It had a great home feeling, a little book shelf filled with books, excellent view and the hot tub!!! We were only a few miles from a couple of great restaurants too. We will definitely be back!

We were originally planning to bring our very young daughter. The hosts laid out children’s toys, books, and even a tray for a child to use eating. We had a great stay. Plenty of space. Very clean. Gift basket was laid out. Would recommend anyone stay. We will be visiting the area again and will definitely try to book this location !

The views are wonderful, the hot tub is very relaxing, and the games and Xbox kept the kids happy when we weren't out in the surrounding countryside. There was plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable for the week that we stayed. During our trip I ended up in the hospital and the owners were amazing. They were flexible with our checkout time and made our kids the most amazing lunch while my wife was visiting me in the hospital. Truly blessed to have been staying here for our trip.

We had a great stay. We really just needed a place to relax and that is exactly what we got. There is plenty to do in the area for those looking for it but we appreciated having the comforts of home without feeling the need to do projects like we would have at home.

Loved our stay! Everything was perfect! Super tall ceilings so there is no ‘basement’ feel. The scenery is beautiful. Nonna is very attentive and accommodating. Definitely recommend!!

Your property was perfect for a quick holiday visit - the atmosphere so much better than a hotel room. Enjoyed the hot tub's relaxing waters in the early morning sun and later overlooking the evening city lights. The welcome basket was especially thoughtful and appreciated. The owners quickly responded to all questions. I hope to be back in the future.

The area as in Johnson City is a beatifil area, I have never been there. The accommodations were very homey and nice. I chose this as a birthday present for my boyfriend and it was a very good birthday for him, he loved it! He loved the place we stayed and the area. When I come back to Johnson City I will stay at the same place! The amenities were great, so much better than just a hotel! I had never considered Homesway before, but I am very happy with my choice!
