Very Bad experience

Good breakfast, great staff at the restaurant, nice comfortable room; Special mention to the restaurant staff - they were attentive and catered to every guest's needs. The housekeeping was also decent, as was the room itself. The location - it's near the airport, so it's convenient.

REALLY bad reception staff. I asked for an early checkin (which is subject to availability). Even though the room was available, the receptionist made me wait in the lobby (despite my request which was made 24 hours before my arrival) for 45 minutes, to get the room ready. She was on the phone with another customer, rolling her eyes because of something they said. Similarly, I asked for all invoices to be made ready at night since I was going to check out early morning. I've not yet received those invoices (it's been four days), so you can imagine the underpreparedness of the reception staff.

Very surprising we were being charged INR 8000/- per night (approx) when we did booking through Booking.com. My colleague booked through Make my Trip.com and it charged INR 4200/- per night for the same room. This is absolutely not acceptable. When checked with hotel, they said it's Booking.com who charged more. Next time will not book through booking.com if this type of thing happens.

Nothing at all. The staff was so rude. They don’t care about anything after they receive advance payment. They even charged extra for visitors.
