So many things to do for families! Great location. The Cobalt has amazing food and is conveniently located right next to resort. Trolley service is amazing to have.

Wonderful condo, spacious & plenty of seating! Only negative was the cleanliness of the floor. Our 9 month old wasn’t able to have free range (crawling/standing) because of the grit and dirt she picked up in the first few minutes. We would stay again!

Condo was great, views were amazing and plenty of room! The only complaint I had was not being able to get ahold of anyone at the resort prior to our arrival. We had some questions and were not able to get anyone to answer the phones.

The property was very clean and accessible to restaurants and the beach! Our family will for sure be returning!

We enjoyed staying in this 4 bedroom property! Very spacious! We loved that there were bathrooms in nearly every room! The kitchen, dining and living room with the bar with stools all worked out so well for us! Very beautiful and so luxurious! The balcony was an added bonus that we enjoyed so much as well! All in all a great room. Thank you for letting us use it!

Furniture in living area needs attention

The condo space was Excellent and the pool and amenities were great. However, getting to the beach and then finding a place to park once there was a lot of trouble for a family with children.

This place is a great family getaway! During the covid times we felt very safe. Easy access to the pools! We will definitely be back!

Very relaxing this was our third trip!!

We are huge fans of the Caribe and have been vacationing there for about 13 years. Although we enjoyed our stay, as usual, this unit is definitely starting to show its age. The master toilet was very difficult to flush. We called maintenance, and they said that the toilets need to be changed because they no longer make the parts needed to repair them. The oven didn’t work well. The furniture in the den was extremely worn and could use some updating. The televisions were also small and outdated. All that being said, the unit was very comfortable and worked well for our family because it accommodated a large group. However, when paying premium price for a condo unit, one would expect to have updated appliances and furnishings. I will say that the view was beautiful. There was a stunning view of the gulf , the lazy river, and front pools as well as the bay and the pools on the back side of the property. We will definitely vacation at the Caribe again and would likely book this unit again if some updates and improvements were made. To end on a positive note, the management was extremely friendly and easy to get in touch with.

The beach is too far away for us . We like to be on the beach. The trolley wasn’t running at the time because of Covid-19. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Caribe. What I didn’t enjoy was having to deal with a broken ice maker, a leaking refrigerator and the ceiling in the master bathroom being plastered, sanded, painted and repainted. For four days of our vacation we had the maintenance team in and out of the condo. These gentleman were all very nice, And very professional. However I don’t think that should have been put on me, durning my vacation. This is not a hotel nor does it charge a hotel rate.

Lots of things to do, huge rooms and comfortable beds. This is a great place for a family to visit. Also, water on both sides!

Every year a large group of friends go to the beach and stay in this condo. Its always very nice and clean. We love the Caribe and all the ammenities it provides. We have rented this same condo four times now and are never disappointed!

Large condo, with extra refrigerator for drinks, etc. Bedrooms were very nice with nice furnishings. I must say that the living room furniture is outdated and one chair appears to be broken as it rocks. Although comfortable the furniture has seen it's day and could use updating. Excellent view of the gulf and all the pools. We would book again next year if living area furniture were updated.

The condo was clean and it had everything we needed for our stay

The experience was good and we plan to go back. The clean up could have been better. There was a sticky substance on the floor and found ants in the pantry. The unit itself was ideal for our family.

This condo is so nice in every way! Spacious, nicely decorated, high end appliances and finishes, and a balcony that wraps around it all. Just to sit and look out the endless windows was so relaxing. The property has so many activities, and the Caribe staff was great. Shuttle to the beach was convenient, but get in shape before you start the trek to the water’s edge. I would definitely recommend this property and hope the owners would be pleased to have us return.

The only negative, too far too get to the beach. Cobalt was great.

We took our children and grandchildren and all had a wonderful time. Kids loved the pools and water slides. I enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. We also were pleased that we could walk to a very nice and family friendly restraurant.

Our group really enjoyed the Caribe resort and unit C910. The unit exceeded our expectations with a large family gathering area and upscale kitchen. The wrap around balcony with views of the gulf was fantastic. We had plenty of sleeping space for both adults and children with each of the three main rooms having their own private bath. The Caribe resort is very secure and well maintained. We enjoyed our time at the pool, parking was relatively easy, and the staff was accommodating to our requests when needed. I would highly recommend unit C910 and would return for another vacation here.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was great and the Caribe was awesome. Wish we had warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor pools and beach more. The beach shuttle was quick and easy. Orange Beach is a fun place to go!

The Caribe was very nice. I felt very safe and comfortable on the grounds. Directions on how to get to the pools would have been nice. There is no direct way.

We only had a couple if us staying in this big beautiful 4 bedroom condo. We really enjoyed our stay as this condo was very spacious and clean. It also has a great view on the gulf side. One of the nicer condos we have stayed at in Building C. The only drawback or negative I have about the place is the A/C situation. It is set to turn off after 3 hour intervals and can not be changed without a code. Meaning when we went to sleep at night we would set it to 68* but after 3 hours it hops up to 74*. I know this is a way to cut the electric bill but its not always comfortable walking into a warm condo after being out all day.

We booked this condo for 10 days and had 10 family members with us. This was our first stay in Orange Beach. We usually stay in Panama City Beach. This was the best place we have every stayed at. The amenities of this place was far above par! My family just walked out back and fished of the dock or by the bridge. At least one person in our party ate at the Cobalt restaurant daily. I recommend happy hour or lunch. It is cheaper. I love being able to walk down and eat and if we wanted a drink then we wasn't on the roads driving back. My great nieces love the slides and the pools. We used the wet sauna , dry sauna and indoor pool multiple times. It was great. We played Tennis several mornings. The only thing we didn't find out until half through the week was that they have tennis rackets, golf clubs and boccee balls you can check out as often as you like. We rented a pontoon boat and was able to load up on the back dock and unload when the day was over. No trying to drive 3 cars and coolers etc down to the rental place and loading up after the day was over. We will 100% stay here again. #allreadyplanningvacation2017
