As soon as we walked in the door at the Rosewood bungalow, we felt right at home! Beth and Brian added special touches for my sister‘s birthday and it meant so much! We were able to relax in the evening on the front patio and felt extremely safe walking through the neighborhood. It was a great home away from home. Highly recommend Beth and Brian’s Rosewood bungalow! Thank you for making our stay the best in Nashville!

This was the perfect house for my friend and I to use as our base as we explored Nashville! The house is adorable, in a great neighborhood, and the host Beth has thought of everything!! The beds and pillows are super comfy, the bath towels soft and large. Plus, there is a perfect area in the front yard for morning coffee or cocktails in the evening. There are so many extra nice touches that Beth provides! I highly recommend staying here.

The check-in procedure was easy. Communication was beyond expectation, decor, and cleanliness of the property was well above expectation. The host took care of all the little things. There was not one thing that we needed that wasn’t provided. Provided us with firewood for the fire pit, and turn on the lights when we returned after dark. we will definitely stay here again thank you

This adorable home is so well decorated and filled with useful, easy to use directions and information. The beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect for a fun time in Nashville and the neighborhood is unique and interesting. We’ll try to stay here again.

We stayed at this property for our Vanderbilt Reunion. It was super convenient for all activities. And it was a cozy place for us to sit and chat between events. Everything was as described in the listing. Would definitely recommend.

We spent 4 days in Nashville enjoying local activities and attractions. This property is in the perfect location. It has all of the expected ammenities plus much more. The personal attention to our comfort and needs was the most amazing we have expereienced when staying at a short term rental. Southern hospitality at it's finest!

The owner went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed! This home is two large bedrooms and is charming, cute and clean! It was a few miles from downtown Nashville and easy to find! We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again!

This trip was for my husbands retirement. It was myself, my husband, my sister and her husband. The Rosewood Bungalow was EVERYTHING we could have hoped for and more. We felt like we were in our own home. Beth's attention to detail and all the amenities that she provided was above and beyond. She was so warm and welcoming and we loved chatting with her out on the front patio. We would recommend it to anyone who was going to Nashville and will only travel back on times that we can have Beth's Bungalow to stay at. It is so conveniently located, just a quick Uber ride and you are in the heart of everything!! And the Beds.... awesome!! Thank you Beth.

My husband and I along with another couple also celebrating their 30th year anniversary stayed here. We loved the location and the home that Beth has created. It is very warm and inviting and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The bungalow is a hidden gem. It’s conveniently located to downtown for museums, shows, games, and nightlife. If you don’t want to deal with hectic parking situations, it’s a quick and easy Uber/Lyft ride. Yet, it’s quietly tucked away, so at the end of each day, you’re able to relax without disruption. However! If you prefer a more hybrid trip with some trips to the city but also want to see Nashville’s surrounding areas, then the bungalow is perfect. Fast access to highways without having to deal with annoying city traffic. It made escaping to parks and other adventures a breeze. I would have loved this place for location alone, but Beth, the host, has made it an oasis. She is accommodating and thoughtful. She anticipates every conceivable need. So grateful to her and everything she does to make the bungalow a true treasure.

We really enjoyed the house. It was super cute and very quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked and very easy to find what you need. We recommend drinking coffee in the morning outside.

Spotless, cozy, comfortable, quiet/safe neighborhood, hostess thought of every little detail to make this property the perfect rental. Great communication both via text with the host and notes all over the house. Check-in and -out were a breeze, and especially appreciated the earlier check-in and later check-out than most listed properties. Short walk to all the 12South activity, short drive to literally everything else we wanted to do. This will be the first place I look to rent when we return to the area!

Located close to the city and short walking distance to fabulous cafes it was a convenient location and lots of fun. Home is beautifully styled with everything you could ever need. This quaint two-bedroom cottage was a perfect spot near Belmont University where we stayed for our daughter's graduation. It is just a short drive or Uber ride from downtown. Everything needed was readily available and at our disposal. Beth was a wonderful hostess and I was lucky enough to bump into her a few times during our visit. I would highly recommend looking at her place as an option. when traveling to Nashville.

We absolutely adored staying at Beth’s property. We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and Beth made our stay so enjoyable. The location is perfect— very walkable to the universities and to 12 south and a short ride to downtown. Beth is an incredible host— she’s very kind, understanding, and makes sure your stay is easy. I can’t wait to visit Beth, Brian, and Carter again on my next trip to Nashville!

This house is great for a small family that wants to spend time in Nashville. It is in a great location. The house was very clean and was very easy to find. Walking distance to great shops and restaurants. We were comfortable with the four of us. The house would be a little too small for a large family. I would definitely recommend.
