Very clean and functional property just steps of a beautiful beach. Relaxing and with good privacy.

We stayed as part of a larger family vacation. The property was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). Right on the ocean with a pool in case the kids wanted a break from the waves. Roberto was always helpful and the cleaning staff was wonderful. Location is perfect, town is walkable but far enough you don’t have the noise.

We loved staying here! It was a nice quiet condo on the beach with a swimming pool. It has two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, and two patios. It was on ground level, which made it very convenient to easily walk out to the pool and beach. I would absolutely recommend this condo!! Jackie contacted us before our stay to tell us about Puerto Morelos and answer any questions we had. There is a big Sargassum problem all along the Yucatan peninsula and in the Caribbean right now. She told us if we didn't wan't to visit because of that, she would gladly refund our money. We decided to visit despite the sargassum. Although it was a major issue on the beach, we still had an amazing time in Puerto Morelos and are so glad we went! Puerto Morelos is an adorable little fishing town and did not feel like a tourist trap. We chose not to visit cancun because it was way too touristy. We visited in July, which was great because it was off season, so there weren't as many tourists visiting. It was pretty dang hot though! We will definitely be back sometime!

Beautiful spot

We arrived and the room wasn’t cleaned but were given keys...this can happen and wasn’t a big issue. Then Robert arrived with a plumber to repair one toilet which continued not to work. We had no hot water for 2 days and could not get a response from Robert. We found the water heater and repaired it ourselves. It was advertised on VRBO as “ Newly Renovated” but we can’t imagine what was done beside new window coverings. The bathrooms were dirty and badly rusted sink faucets in one bathroom and the second bathroom had a rusted ceiling threatening to fall. The hallways were so narrow you couldn’t pass someone in the hall and the doors to rooms swung out into the hall which caused accidents when you left the room and someone walked past. Deck chairs were left stacked under the trees and the patio table was dirty and pushed against a wall looking abandoned. There may have been a bbq outside at one time but the tiles were falling off and just a square hole remained with rusted rebar beside the patio. The common area bbq looked like it hadn’t been used in years. The pool was showing its age but our grandchildren enjoyed it very much. The location is great in the fact that this unit was pushed back from the beach and we had no sand flies and was further away from the loud beach bar music at night. The beach was great and the Unico beach bar was a 2 minute walk with great ambiance and food. It was about an 8 block walk to town and lots of great little restaurants. A very safe area and you can easily rent a car for day trips. We enjoyed Puerto Morelos but the description of this accommodation by VRBO was overstated and we felt we were oversold.

The property was well taken care of with very comfortable accommodations. I plan to go back many times!

The condo was clean and nicely provisioned. The palapas by the pool and on the beach were wonderful. We purchased a hammock to use on the patio while there. Would definately stay here again.

This was my first time in Puerto Morelos and certainly won't be my last. The condo was clean and well stocked for cooking needs. When we went to use the blender, we noticed the base was broken, but still workable to a point. I let Jackie know and it was replaced within a day. Roberto was welcoming and the people we met at the condo complex were so friendly. The only concern was the water pressure, but as I came to discover, it is pretty much the same all over PM. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here as we felt very safe and welcomed! Thank you Jackie and VRBO for making this rookie feel welcomed and my apologies for all the emails (which were answered very promptly).

Our third visit to PM and this is definitely the right condo for us. We stayed a week. It's got cute beach decor and a front and side patio. Bed was comfortable, and kitchen was great so we ate in for almost every meal. Hot water was sporadic but not a big problem for us. Easy walk to a beautiful spot on the beach and a view of the sunrise. Casita Blanca is clean and the landscaping is lovely. We will be back.

The condo was perfect/ The Air conditioners worked great. The fans too. Being a walk out condo it was very convenient to go in and out to the pool and beach. The pool is small but perfect for just cooling off. Not many people in the condo complex which made it nice and quiet. Internet worked great too. Will definitely stay here again and eat next door at Unico as there live music and food were fantastic!!

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. The condo is very nice, and we must say the beds were very comfortable, that is always a plus when on vacation! The location was perfect. Within walking distance to the town center and there is a great beach bar right next door, what more could you ask for! Ms Heather from WA...my sister in-law recommend this great place

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances au condo de Jackie! L'emplacement à deux pas de la plage et de la piscine a été idéal pour notre famille, surtout pour les enfants qui ont passé la semaine à nager.

Tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar una estadía soñada, el apartamento está muy completo y las instalaciones del condominio están muy bien conservadas, hermoso !!! Y por supuesto hay que destacar la amable y generosa atención de la propietaria, muchas gracias !!!

We love Casita Blanca! The unit itself can use some upgrades. Living room furniture is very uncomfortable and linens and towels could all use an upgrade. Nice side patio but it would be nice to have a lounge chair and something decorative to take advantage of that added space.

Right on some of the best beach in the area and within walking distance of everything in Puerto Morelos. Thanks!!

We loved the convenience of Jackie's apartment on the 1st floor! We've stayed at Casita Blanca several times and love the complex!

We stayed in unit C2 for 5 nights in May. We were 4 adults and an infant. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the ground floor that is easily accessible to the pool and beach. The kitchen was nicely equipped. We didn't do any real cooking but there seemed to be plenty of cookware and dishware. The living area was quite small but we didn't spend much time in the condo. Both bedrooms were decent size with attached bathrooms. We enjoyed the beach area with chairs and palapas. The pool was nice and clean. Pool area was sunny most of the day. We needed shade for the infant and there are a couple of palapas by the pool for shade. Ac worked great in all areas of condo, internet was poor. We didn't turn on tv so can't comment on that. Hot water was good. Maid service once during our stay. All in all it was a good stay. Met our needs for travel with infant. We brought our own crib as one is not available at complex. Safe,secure, lovely grounds.

We had a wonderful stay and booked again for next year. This was actually our 3rd or 4th time at this condo and our 7th stay at this property. The condo is beautiful. We weren't comfortable on the living room furniture, otherwise I'd give this 5 stars. However we spent most of our sitting time on one of the 2 patios at the condo. The beach is wonderful, the entire property is clean and well maintained, the owner provides very good customer service as does the on site manager. We love the town and all of it's restaurants and shops. This is a great snorkeling location! We'd recommend this to anyone.

This properties best feature was its location. We set up a transfer from the airport through USA transfers (highly recommend) and once at the condo had very easy access to town. The property grounds were very well manicured and maintained. The beach raked daily. Roberto greeted us upon arrival and helped when we asked for toilet paper etc. The condo itself worked well for 2 couples with each of us having space and a bathroom. The kitchen was set up well. The patio a nice place for relaxing. The pool always quiet and clean. The only real complaints i had was the safe didn't work, no cable signal to the bedrooms but most of all, that we went all five days without hot water. I hope that this is fixed before any other renters get there. Town was an easy walk and the cost of food very very reasonable. The only thing i would suggest is to bring plenty of ones and fives and exchange in town. The atm's work but charge fees to use. The most you can withdraw at one time is 3000 pesos (about $150 US) but the machine gives $500 peso increments and many places (including the grocery store) didn't have change. Many places did not take credit cards at all. The town was incredibly peaceful and very safe. We walked back and fourth many times a day and never had any issues.

This Condo is one of a 18 unit condo, we have stayed in Casita Blanca before, but in one of the other 2 building that was in front of the pool. This condo is special in that it is to the far left of the complex, or if you are on the extremely white, powder sugar beach it is on the far right. This is very nice feature, as you still have the ocean view but are away from the pool activity of the other guests, so you can have peace and quiet, and if you want to join in the pool fun there are plenty of thatched umbrellas, and lots of sun beds. The condo also has a private side patio, completely hidden from other eyes, so you can sun bake, 100% a-natural and you also have a lawn area that is sunny in the morning and shaded in the after noon to park your sunbeds on. Only a 2 minute walk from condo to the ocean, i was going to say surf line, however being on the inside of the barrier reef the highest wave, or ripple is knee high. Puerto Morelos is special in that it has remained a small fishing village. The condo has been remodeled and has lovely granite countertops, which the other units do not have, they are more basic tile, I also liked the fact that it is on the ground floor, so no stari climbing. I am defineately returning.

my husband and I stayed for 2 weeks at Casita Blanca. Right on the beach with great beach access. Condo was clean and comfortable. Roberto was very helpful and always easy to reach. The satellite TV did not work and after speaking with other guests this seemed to be an ongoing problem. The Internet access was also not consistent. We also noticed there was a dog on the premises. This was a very quiet condo with no street noise.
