Beautiful house and great location! Plenty of room for our group of 8. Would definitely recommend, the house was exactly as advertised and couldn’t have been happier with the entire trip. We had the best time in Nashville!

We liked the look and Nashville decor along with the location of the house. The property management company was easy to call and get ahold of someone when we reached out during our stay. We did have a few disappointments after we arrived and for what we paid, we would have expected a little more TLC of the property. It lacked storage and hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms. There needs to be over the door hooks in bathrooms to hang towels. Needs more shelving & hooks for storage. There were quite a few lightbulbs out and a broken light fixture. We had to empty the dishwasher when we arrived and there were dirty dishes (lipstick stained) in the cupboards. The front door lock did not work so we had to walk around to the back and go through the garage door, which wouldn’t have been a big deal but we had to walk up the block to get around to the back. The outdoor fireplace igniter did not work. There was no button and the cushions were dirty.

We enjoyed our stay. Place was very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. Just be prepared for all the steps!

Relaxing visit to music city. I absorbed so much of the talent that I will return home and make all the musics.

Everything was perfect for a friend’s trip….birthday celebration!!! The house was so comfortable, everything you need and decorated so Nashville chill!!! The management company was very helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect…close enough to the action but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time. Highly recommend!!! We would most definitely stay here again!!!

We stayed over New Years and it was pretty cold, so we didn't get to use the rooftop as much as we would have liked. Also, we would have walked to the Gulch area more had the weather been nicer.I spoke with the people over the phone a few times and they were very nice and accommodating. Our plane landed a little earlier than check in time but they let us check in. Our flights got moved back also and they gave us a late check out for free!The only thing I would say is be prepared to buy bring salt and pepper, ice and some other essentials you might need. There is only the fridge ice maker and if you're trying to make drinks, it doesn't go far. There were a couple of ice trays, but they were empty. The pantry was a little bare than most houses we've rented as far as the kitchen spices , etc but they did have a lot of Keurig coffee pods!All in all, I would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for the group of couples that we stayed with. Lots of stairs, so be ready to climb but the view from the rooftop patio is worth it. We loved the couch and gas fireplace on the patio and were up there every night. The rooms were perfect and beds were comfortable, even the twins in the bunk room. Location was perfect and we walked to restaurants easily but also a cheap Uber ride.

The house was beautifully decorated. The roof top view is amazing. Minutes from the Gulch and Broadway. I will definetly return.

We had a great visit to Nashville! The house was perfect for our group. We were there for our every 5 year big friends’ vacation. We had plenty of room, all the items we needed to cook when we did so in the house. I would definitely recommend staying here. One thing we liked about the location was we had some space between the crazy downtown and us, but it was a just quick uber away. The house was very clean. We unfortunately had some cold wet weather so we didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop patio very much, but it was a beautiful space with a great view!

Easy checkin and out.

The pictures in the listing don’t do the view justice, as the view in person was even more stunning.Our family enjoyed each night on the rooftop area looking at the beautiful city skyline view. We had 11 people and this property accommodated us perfectly. The drive to downtown was only 2 minutes which made getting to events and restaurants a breeze. Our family will definitely be booking another stay at this property, very impressed!!!!!!!!

We loved our stay in Nashville. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Would definitely rent this property again.

We thought the property was very nice we loved all of the decorations the rooms were very nicely done , nice beds and linens ... our only complaint was that rooftop deck was extremely dusty it hadn't been dusted up there for a long time the furniture was dirty the fire pit was dusty and we didn't utilize the table and chairs but if we did we would have had to clean all of that and the stove area.. Also there were rooftop lights around the railings but those we couldn't get to work either I would definitely recommend this place to others..lots within walking distance

The townhouse is a relatively new property. Very well kept, and clean. Really nice rooftop deck to relax and enjoy the view. Comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. Minutes to downtown and surrounding areas by car. Nice selection of restaurants within walking distance too. Overall a great choice while staying in Nashville.

Amazing Views and Location.

Slept 8 of us comfortably. Roof top patio was too warm with the sun out, but beautiful for sunset once it cooled down a bit. Location was great - not a far walk from restaurants. Short Uber ride to Broadway or walkable if you're up for it. House was equipt with everything we needed for our stay.

Stayed here with a group of girls for a bachelorette party, it was a great spot! The roof deck, complete with amazing city views and a great setup for hanging out, was a hit- we spent lots of time up there. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone and the rooms were spacious. Very clean, and check-in process was easy: property manager was great to work with. Location was great for Ubering downtown and checking out the surrounding areas. Would definitely stay again!
