We loved the ocean view from the private deck.

The condo was on the north side of the island and away from all the crowds but close enough to all the activities/restaurants the island has to offer. The beach was nice since there was not a lot of people. The only down fall was the ocean wasn’t facing the Atlantic Ocean technically and a lot of oyster shells so recommend having water shoes if you want to walk in the water. The condo outside scenery was beautiful and like having multiple pool options. Overall great place to stay and we will be back

This property was the best place. Location perfect for local eateries, perfect view on the balcony, and serene atmosphere. It ia just what my best friend and I needed and we were so relaxed.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here, the condo is nice, the view great, the tides are amazing and the people were friendly. We had a visit from our daughter and son in law and the second bedroom with its own bathroom was a great help. We did laundry and the machines are brand new. This room has an ocean view from the deck and we enjoyed that too. We would definitely come back here. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Really confortable and great location

The property is great. The furnishings and appliances seemed like brand new. Very clean and very well maintained. We were so comfortable and felt at home. And the location of this unit is also outstanding. Beautiful view of the sound from the patio, the porch, the bedroom and living room area. That was so relaxing. And just a few short steps to the water. We had a wonderful time and would live to stay here again.

My family enjoyed the long weekend. The place was quiet and comfortable. The view was beautiful.

Wonderful stay in Hilton Head Island, One month is not enough. The condo was cozy and in a great location. Our host Kathy,. was a pleasure to work with. Our water heater went out the third week and Kathy had it fixed with in 36 hours. If you want views of the water, an indoor pool, and a reasonably priced 2 bedroom condo, this is the place. Thank you Kathy for a great stay.

The condo was clean with waterfront views. Check-in was easy. It is as advertised. We would stay again.

The Spa is a nice slower paced area at Hilton Head. Nice shady area but just steps to the water. We enjoyed watching the the tide go out and viewed the sea life. Our condo was very comfortable. We appreciated the comfortable bed. When we wanted a little more action, we were just a short car ride to shopping, dining, etc.

What a perfect spot! So very glad we got to experience this beautiful place. We really enjoyed the spectacular view, nature, walking paths, pools and more!!

We were lucky to find this place listed to rent. The price was reasonable and offered a scenic view of the inlet and ocean. The condo is updated with a view of the beachfront pool out the balcony. We didn’t have any issues with anything. King bedroom, queen bedroom and 2 bathrooms was great. Comfy beds. Full equipped kitchen. You can explore nature on the beach inlet including hundreds of ghost crabs (I think that’s what they are). The beach area not great for lounging, water comes and goes out with the tides and honestly you can’t lay on this beach and enjoy your ocean experience, but the view is beautiful and it’s a great place for sunrise and sunset photos. We drove about 10 minutes to Follie Field public beach and it was perfect. Got to the beach around 1015 to secure our parking for the day. We took chairs, umbrellas, and a shade thing with us. Ended up buying a beach wagon ($70) from Walmart and worth it. The condo is located near Walmart, Kroger and many restaurants. Our favorites on the trip to eat are stacks for breakfast, the crazy crab for lunch or dinner (crab buckets are amazing) and Hudson’s. You can’t go wrong with Duck Donuts ever.

Nice clean property. Loved that the condo was limited on clutter and little objects for our littles to touch and break! The private beach was great for the littles to play in the sand. We loved watching the plays fly directly overhead and watching the wildlife. We also went to Coligny beach another day for water play. Be careful in the water of Port Royal Sound. I ended up cutting myself on an oyster shell. We had trouble accessing the indoor pool and had to go to the outdoor pool instead.

This was a great place to stay, especially for a family with young children. The condo could Have been a bit cleaner but overall very accommodating. Loved being able to see beach from Balcony. Thanks Kathy!

We stayed in this complex eight times. In this particular unit we stayed second time. The unit is nice, clean and comfortable, second floor (it’s the best level), beautiful views, few steps to the ocean. The shower in the master bathroom is terrific! Love it! If you read attentively all the pages of instructions you’ll find places to eat, entertain yourself, etc. Please check out my previous review from last fall (I believe from November). The host is very responsive and nice. Enjoy your stay!

Wow!! Condo was amazing. It had everything we needed. The view and serenity was much needed. If you need to get-away from the hustle and bustle and you need a little piece on earth. This is it. Thanks!! We will be back!

My best friend and I enjoyed a few days here and really enjoyed the beach and the pool. Beds were very comfortable! One was softer and one was harder, we were both happy!

Loved the property unit was very clean all appliances updated no parties at night it was wonderful just to sit on the patio enjoy the view the location was great close to shopping but yet very private if any one want a place to relax this is it 5 stars in my view hope to be back next year sincerely thanks John ,Mary
