The location to the beach was excellent. The house was spacious and inviting.

The walkway to the beach was flooded and unusable. Also, the WiFi did not work. Exiting the property was difficult with the amount of traffic on the road.

The AC was not working fir TWO and 1:2 days of the 3 night stay. AND. No one responded to assist

The house has 4 rooms and each room has full bath. Also there is one additional half bathroom on the first floor.

Couple of things should be improved. 1. The house is for 12 people but the dining table is only for 4 people. 2. The chairs for this dining table are all broken and need to be changed. 3. The bathrooms should be cleaner. There is mold everywhere. 4. There is no grill. 5. The deck chairs could be better. Would be great to have those fixed.

Lots of space for a family reunion. Each bedroom had it's own bath.

Dishwasher was broken and unable to be used. The staff attempted to have it replaced but was unable to due to staffing shortages at local stores.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “Sunrise in Paradise.” We loved being right on the beach where we could see and hear the ocean. The house was equipped with so many extras, beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the porch swing and the balconies, and the very cold A/C. Our host John was very helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely return to this beach house for our next beach vacation...

I would love to see a more accessible walkway to the beach from the house. We ended up using the pathway from the house next door which was ok..
