Mice in the room..not enough towels for three afults

The staff was super nice and attentive.
The AC leaked all night. And room 114 has a strong odor of mildew. The maintenance guy was in the room when I arrived with the water extractor but when we returned later in the evening the floor was soaked. . I guess the AC had an issue prior to us arriving.

The location is awesome restaurants and grocery stores close by
The rooms could use some updating it's 2024. That was a lot of construction going on the building.

Room dirty, hair all over floor, room smells moldy, carpet filthy, furniture outdated, Roaches everywhere on walls crawling outside. Reservation does not mention any additional charges. Arrived at hotel and had to pay another $50 which they said was for incidentals. When I complained, the desk clerk said "oh don't worry, you get the $50 right back when u check out." It's been 24 hours and I still haven't receivemfffunds back I. Mm mmm f

Our room was full of roaches, we took videos and pictures for proof but we’re told we would not be able to get a refund even though we did not stay there and had to go get another room elsewhere. Would not recommend staying here!!

The staff was great. The value of the hotel was greater than the quality of the room. Much needed updates. The tile was loose in the bathroom floor, the carpet in the room felt disgusting to walk on, so there for you had to wear does in the room. Much needed updates.
The quality of the room. It’s clean but the carpet is a bit disgusting to walk on, you have to wear doors & for the price I don’t feel like I should have to wear shoes in my room. Other than that, the staff was pleasant & the location is good & the room was clean.

Nothing about the place was nice except the lady’s working the front desk
There where young people off the street smoking dope in the stair wells loud trucks in parking lot doing who knows what giving these young people somthing out the windows and noise all night

Easy to navigate, parking lot was good, waffle house discount was awesome
Thin walls. Boys knocking on our door at 1am nonstop no matter what we did until someone saw them doing it. Fights in the parking lot and teenagers running around screaming.

Dirtiest room I’ve ever seen. Do not stay here. We left and went to a different hotel. We booked a king bed room months in advance but were given this disgustingly dirty 2 double bed room. They said there wasn’t a king available so couldn’t switch us to the room we actually booked. Wouldn’t refund the first night even though they didn’t provide the room they were supposed to.

Not a clean hotel. The carpet was sticking and seemed like it was never cleaned.
