Good size room … bathroom fair…

The 22 stairs under sized and slippery without a lift and No landing halfway up . Front door OFTEN left unlatched. And the fact that you stepped-out onto a 1.2 footpath on a Very busy corner… But most of all was the POUNDING NOISE , up to 3.30 am …… we could NOT get a reasonable night’s sleep ……..X

The apartment is surrounded by bars, cafés, and restaurants. It was very loud at night and the room was not sound proof at all. We had trouble sleeping at night, and we could only fall asleep after people left after 2am (we stayed from Friday to Monday) during the weekend.

Casa Poli Suites are large and comfortable and perfectly situated, close to plenty of shops from high end to local, bars and restaurants a few steps away and old town a few minutes walk. There is a fridge, hairdryer and coffee in the room. The bed was huge as was the shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast in Barratres around the corner was included in the price and was great. The staff there are very friendly and it also serves a great range of drinks and food.

Nothing. It is on a busy road so can be quite noisy from early morning but that didn’t bother us.

A spacious suite with a large bathroom in a very convenient location - right next to the KTEL bus station.

We had suite 5, and the chipboard surfaces gave it the feel of a bit of a work-in-progress.

place is great! all clean and tidy, comfortable bed, one of the places we stayed in Greece! for sure will choose again!

We came for breakfast the second day and nobody came to serve us, we waited for a while and then we left. Anyway, the first day breakfast was disappointing as we got no options to choose from. Also, the whole time we felt that the host is not trying to make us feel comfortable.

Dirty glasses in the room, no washing gel. There was mold on the wall in the bathroom and the drain was blocked.

it was all good. the street might be noisy in the height of the season, but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Access and very basic facilities

Great to see that they have renovated an iconic historic building of the city center. A descent effort in the room decoration with areas for improvement. Great location.

1. No toiletries in the bathroom. Instead, a half-used bottle of shower gel. Nobody came around to clean and top up toilet paper. Good I had with me soap on the first night. 2. Breakfast cancellation has not been notified on time. Also it is nice to have in the room information for the breakfast options you offer at your cafe bar premises as it is not located in the same building with the rooms. 3. Air condition not in a functional condition. It should be checked before my arrival. The existing appliance cannot meet the heating/cooling need of such a large space. 4. Decoration could be improved for a deluxe accommodation as this suite is promoted. My opinion though. MOST IMPORTANT : A boutique hotel ...is not only about great fancy looks but about great service too. This service has not met my expectations.

The room was clean. Nice and spacious. The shower was very nice. The location is good too. Right in the middle of the city and next to really nice restaurants.

The windows did not keep the noise out. We could not sleep well because of the cars and people walking by and because it's a busy area it was noisy the whole night. Same with people coming in and out of the building.

Excellent location for our one night stop over We wanted to be close to the airport bus service-which was right across the road. Plenty of options for food & drink,including the very close proximity of the old town

Noise from the street can be a bit loud like others mentioned, as it's just above all the bars. But nothing too crazy, didn't bother us.

Bed was comfort, room was big, clean, everything was near, shops,restaurants, marina, beach.
