Nothing really

Rooms were tiny , bed was uncomfortable and balcony faced construction. Could barely move in the bathroom and shower flooded when used . Meant to be a 4 star hotel . Can’t see how. Noisy could hear everything in hallway .

Osa huoneista oli uusittu kivaksi. Poolialue kiva. Aamiainen hyvä. Sijainti hyvä.

Osassa huoneista haisi lievä home ja ne olivat vanhahtaneita tasoltaan. Poolille paistoi aurinko klo 15 lähtien. Tylyjä respassa mutta aina onneks saatiin kaikki asiat hoidettua siitä huolimatta.

В номере чисто, хорошая кровать, удобный матрас и подушки, шторы, не пропускающие свет.

Плохо работает интернет. Это перечеркнуло ряд плюсов, потому что на пятом этаже в нашем номере интернетом пользоваться было практически невозможно.

It was nicely renovated and looked good. If the place was clean and had good employees, it would be great

OUR WORST EXPERIENCE! the first night that we came,we landed very late on Rhodes, so we leaved all the luggage in our room, quickly dressed and went out. When we were back, we fount out that all the bed was covered with bugs. We couldn’t sleep all the night. A kind reception worker who happened to be working that night, came up to the room with us and saw the bugs. He apologized, and helped us change the sheets even though he is not one of the hotel cleaners. The morning after, we complained to reception about what happened that night, we demanded compensation and disinfection of the entire room. It's not just that we didn't receive compensation, we received contemptuous treatment, unpleasant faces and comments from the other hotel employees who worked that day. We couldn't sleep at night without scratching and checking every time that there were no bugs on the bed. It was a shocking experience, and even more shocking that we paid around 600 euros for it.

The bed is comfortable as well as the extra blanket.

The bathroom is really small. The balcony door could not be locked, but it was fixed after I told the front desk staff.

Comfortable hotel in a good location near the beach and many restaurants and bars. Relaxed atmosphere, good breakfast, very friendly staff, good wifi, very good value - lovely return visit

There was some noice from the next rooms, and there was sometimes smell of cigarettes
