Location was great for us. But the best part of our stay was Domy - the lady at the reception. We loved her attitude, her happiness, her help and approach to us and our kids. She recommended great beaches to us on the island, always asked us about our day, showed the hotel's turtle to the kids... simply an amazing person:)

Amazing location and super friendly staff, I believe the best I've ever seen. The room was very clean (cleaned every day), it was 15 min walk from old town center and many good food!

The location was ideal for a professional, away from the centre without being too far away. There is a warm, human touch to everything in this hotel, mainly due to the reception run by Domi. The room had everything I expected, even mosquito nets, and lots of room to fit it all in.

The kitchen was moderately equipped, lacking a fan for the cooking smells and a couple of essential tools for dining in, e.g. chopping board. It might sound trivial but it's a real hassle to finely cut onion and garlic for your sauce on a curved plate!

The location and the kindness of the staff. The fare was worth it.

They need to change the door handles cause are rusted and to put mosquito shades protection on the windows.

Fantastic atmosphere, staff very polite and willing to help. The room cleaning every day.

Location close to the old town. Well-equipped apartments with nice balconies. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A kitchen was a bit small but we managed to prepare simple meals there.

Great location, old town easily accessible. It was easy to park on the street. Very clean, very quiet. Two supermarkets a few mins walk. Very friendly staff. Apartment was perfect for solo traveller or couple.

The pool area is small if you want to spend the day by the pool.

We visited Rodos for the first time ever and therefore we found 7Palms in Booking with no idea of what expected us...we loved Rodos and intend to return! We must say that what made our stay special was staying at 7Palms in the good hands of Domy our superlative host! She went out of her way to make our stay fantastic, making us feel at home and helping us under every aspect! There is not much to say, but THANK YOU DOMY!!! Thank you also Katerina for keeping our apartment always perfect and with all the needed during our stay! Moreover the position of 7Palms is perfect for visiting the old Rodos and enjoying the local beach of Zefiros, which we liked a lot! Thanks once more, hoping to stay again at 7Palms with Domy as our host!

In April it was very quiet and cozy. There was a small kitchen in the room (this was an important requirement), if any appliances were missing, you could ask the staff - they will always help. Excellent internet speed. It was easy to work from the room. The staff is very friendly, Domy is just a wonderful positive woman, very friendly. She made my staining much more brighter!

We stayed here for a caouple of nights as 7Palms is a short walk form the Old Town, which was perfect for us. The room was quite large with a balcony, and a small kitchenette off it, again perfect for our stay. The shower pressure was superb, one of the best I've ever had in all of the Greek Islands. Domy who runs the hotel, has such a great and infectious personality, and is very helpful and informative.

I would highly recommend this place. Very good location, with all necessary amenities nearby (shop, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, pastry shop) and close to the old town. Very friendly and hospitable staff, varm, personal approach, Domy is just the best!

We arrived a little late due to our flights being delayed but even then the staff made sure we got to our room ok. They helped arrange the transfer taxi from the airport and work with the taxi company often so the taxi staff were also very helpful. The hotel itself is clean and well presented, we came here a little out of the "normal" season so the pool wasn't full but that was not a problem. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The holiday was for 3 adults and 1 teenager and was peefectly sized, and the beds were comfy. Domy was AMAZING, I cannot say how helpful she was at check in and during our stay. Helping us plan our week and offering advice. The one thing that really stood out to us was on one of our wanders around the city we happened upon 2 day old kittens. Being a bank holiday no where was open so I called Domy and she was super helpful. She helped us care for the kitten and found a home for it to go to where it would get all the love and attention it deserved. Domy was so helpful all week and really made our holiday. Loved everything. Having the pool would have been great but we knew we were booking out of season.

We came as a group of 6 girls for a week to run Rhodes half marathon. 7 Palms was exceptional value for money. Everything was super clean, comfortable beds, showers were always hot with very good pressure. They provided lovely toiletries and hairdryers, there is also a minibar so you can have a cold drink on arrival. Location is ideal, easy walk to the old town but not a super touristy area, so plenty of options for very cheap local restaurants.We all slept very well and enjoyed taking in the sun and relaxing on the balconies. Domi, the hostess, really made the trip with her friendliness and tips for local restaurants and sites. She always made sure we had everything we needed. I could not recommend 7 Palms more, and a perfect place to stay as a large group.

A bit noisy because of the road in front of the hotel. But it's a regular issue in Rhodes Town.

+ location was in peacful part of city and was moreover quiet + Romy, the host :) + great bed + great Wi-Fi also suitable for work + facilities and cleanliness + at first I thought the price is bit higher, but what was delivered was just right :) + top floor apartment with balcony view + self-checkin

- the hot water in general and especially in shower started cold and the suddenly turned to be very hot, be carefull so you don't burn yourself - I'd appreciate 0,5L beer cup :) other cups were for kids or for wine - just stayed for week :(

We had a great stay at 7Palms, nice clean rooms, good walking distance from Rhodos Old Town. Most importantly, we got lots of good tips (and lovely places to eat) not only near Rhodos city but also along the coast all the way down to Lindos and beyond from Domy, the energetic and very kind lady working at the reception of the hotel. Would definitely recommend 7palms!

Writing this makes me feel emotional again because of these wonderful people who run the 7 Palms Hotel. I never met such a kind soul like Domy, the receptionist, that felt like family at first sight. Thank you again for all your help and all the recommendations you gave us. We are so thankful for that and felt so comfortable with knowing you‘re around! The hotel itself is perfectly located, not far from the center but near a road that leads you straight to all the beaches surrounding. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything you need and the waterfall shower after a long day at the beach was appreciated as well! We had a few problems with the toilet flush but it got fixed immediately, as well as a little Cockroach visiting us, which we eliminated with a spray Domy gave us! All in all a very pleasant stay, Rhodes is a wonderful island, not only because of the environment, but because of people like Domy, Elizabetha and everyone else working there. 7palms was an fantastic place to stay in Rhodes city. It was very spacious with everything we needed in our short stay but still everything you needed for a long stay. Our host was amazing and very helpful from the outset. She contacted us before our arrival and provided some very helpful information though out our stay making us feel very welcome. The pool was also lovely especially on those hot days after exploring the city or just to relax. We had a fab time at 7palms and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay close to Rhodes city.

The staff are very friendly and helpful (especially Domy). The rooms and public areas are very clean. The building has an elevator. Two-room apartments have two air conditioners. Air conditioners work efficiently. The bed is very comfortable for me, there are many extra pillows and blankets. Very well equipped kitchen: refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, frying pan, pots, plates, saucers, cups, glasses, forks, spoons, table knives, etc. The water pressure is very good. There is lot of hot water at any time of the day. The room has a clothes dryer. The pool is not very big, but this is not a problem because the hotel has a small number of rooms. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the walls of the old town, and 20-25 minutes to the central bus station. There are many small cafes and shops around. Medium size supermarket (Kritikos) is in 5 minutes. I don't even know what can be improved. Maybe the electric lighting in the rooms would be more yellow than cold white :)))

The structure, facilities, location, staff, swimming pool and internet connection . I had a perfect week of smart working here, everything was clean and there s all you need. Domani Was so nice!! Girls of cleaning were very friendly and proactive if you need something. Highly recommended
