My family has suffered great losses this past year. My children and I lost my mother and father (their only grandparents). We also lost my husband ( their father). This is our first holiday without my husband so we thought we would start a new family tradition. We were able to visit with some nearby family members as well. It was a wonderful trip filled with food, fun , family , friends , beautiful sunshine and the beach!! We loved it!! It is our happy place.

Great home to bring the Family back together for a getaway. Easy Beach access, plenty of room, great view from the decks.

We had a small issue with the Wi-Fi (we had two college students with us taking summer classes so internet was necessary) and the issue was resolved right away. Great communication from hosts leading up to and during our stay. Ice maker was broken, but someone was by within 15 minutes with bags of ice for us. We had our own, but there was lots of great beach gear to use. Good distance on both sides from public beach access which made this spot less crowded. Very good kitchen layout with plenty of tools and dishes. If you cook most of your meals, bring ice chests for extra cold storage as the fridge is standard size and a little tight unless you make regular trips to the store- which is easy enough.

Air conditioning stopped working but after calling a maintenance person came in a couple of hours and fixed it. One downside was only one bath towel, wash cloth per person. This property is perfect for larger families. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space. The living area and dining areas are bigger than the pictures show. The beach is in the backyard. We have been coming to gulf shores for over 20 years, and a house right on the beach is by far our favorite beach trip experience. We have already rebooked for next year.

We had a great time on our first trip to Gulf Shores. The house was plenty big, had comfortable beds, and the beach was beautiful. One of the upstairs bathrooms could use some TLC but other than that the house is in great shape. The ice maker stopped working the day we arrived and it wasn’t able to be fixed but we didn’t let that ruin our trip. We will be back!

Perfect location, perfect set up as far as bedrooms / bathrooms, etc. We thought we had found our forever house to rent each year as we have been doing this trip for over 13 years now. We had ALL INTENTIONS of rebooking for next year...until....we went to rebook and the cost had gone up over $2500.00 for the SAME exact number of days during the SAME timeframe. We have now been OUTPRICED unfortunately of the house we love so much!! I did question the amount and was told that due to insurance and the renovations they were going to be doing to the bathrooms that they had to increase the price. But over $2500.00??? As much as we love this house, we did not rebook / could NOT rebook at the new total price so we had to find something else within our budget. We are heartbroken, but it is what it is. If you are willing to pay this price, then this is a great house for a large group. Great location, kitchen very well stocked, bathrooms do need some repair / upgrading, but overall we would definitely recommend staying here if the price works for you. It unfortunately no longer will work for us due strictly to the price increase.

We had a wonderful time! The house was spacious and clean. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. We saw dolphins and sting rays. The grandkids had fun playing in the sand and water. The swing area with decking and a picnic table was a nice plus. I hope we will be able to return some day!

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a problem with ants but the leasing agent took care of getting someone to spray. The only thing that keeps me from renting again is the furniture on the main floor balcony. We are outdoor people and love the beautiful views from the balcony. It looked like they may have had new railing built which was nice and safe for children. The furniture was nice chairs but they were too low and the new railing blocked the view to a level we didn’t like. Update the balcony furniture and you will have yourself a solid 10 rental.
