This property is exactly as advertised in the listing and is magnificent! It was clean and spotless! The 300 feet to the beach access through the beautiful dunes to the warm Atlantic Ocean was awesome. This home is within walking distance to numerous local restaurants and an easy 15 min drive to the downtown area. This is the best VRBO we have stayed at!

The property and location were great. The floor plan was spacious and comfortable for two adults and a teenager. This was our first time in St. Augustine and really loved the area. We are looking forward to another visit.

We are a multiple visit customer and find this is the place to stay in St. Augustine. This house is awesome, just a short 100 yards to the beach. No condo issues here as this is a standalone home driveway for two cars. Cross the street to a taco stand or drive three blocks down to the Publix. Head a few blocks the other way to the Pier or continue into town over the Bridge of Lions.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach and surroundings. Great location for beach and restaurants. Communication with property owners was perfect---polite, professional, caring, and took care of all of our needs. We will be back!

Best VRBO that our family has every stayed in. It was the cleanest, well stocked with every appliance, beach supply etc VRBO. It was just steps from the beach which is ideal for a family with young kids who are eager to get to the beach. The hosts are so warm and welcoming and wanted to make sure we had the best stay. We will be back and we highly recommend , you will not be disappointed. The VRBO is beautiful!!!

The well decorated home is so close to the shore it is perfect. Has all the amenities any vacationer would want. Also the decor is soothing and has beach style. Also it is spotless. Highly recommend this as a place to enjoy.

This was a wonderful house! There were fresh flowers waiting for us. We had everything we needed from beach items to kitchen items. The beds were very comfortable. We loved walking to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property.

This place is great!! I'll start by saying the place is very clean. I felt like I was at my own home. Our socks we not even dirty which is common in a vacation rental. The beds were great and i usually suffer because I have back issues. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything is up to date. The beach is also great, not crowded and just a very short walk, you can easily go back and forth during the day. Great location with a cool coffee shop across the street and ice cream just a few blocks away. Oh, and a burrito stand across the street as well. The owners were super helpful during the entire process!! We will be back.

This property’s website did not disappoint, on the contrary, it brought joy and comfort in January for my 9-day stay (with my husband). Its cheerful and relaxing interior decor in beachy summer colors, ultra-modern architectural layout with a fully stocked, excellent kitchen and adjoining lounge and dining area, plus high-end linens and towels were a lavish surprise that pampered our stay. Regulate your own heat or AC when you want it, with overhead bedroom ceiling fans. A short walk down the block is the beautiful beach for soft white sand, sunrises and moonrises on the ocean horizon, shell collecting, body surfing and more. Excellent washer/dryer on the lower level with garage access to bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, and other recreational equipment. The owners have thought of everything! If you and your partner are working a bit on your vacation, the residence is furnished with two wood desks in separate rooms. I enjoyed sitting in the comfy terrace chairs for morning breakfast or afternoon coffee. Comfy couches and a super large TV screen with HMDI (bring a cable) for your own movie platforms.The home is 15 minutes from the Historic District, has plenty of fine restaurants within walking distance, and is a five minute drive to Publix, Bank of America, UPS store, hair salon, and all the rest you need to supply your vacation stay. If you want a quiet nights sleep in an immaculate, well-cared for rental, this is it.

What a great place! My husband and I stayed here for 10 or so nights to meet up with family and enjoy St. Augustine. The condo is located just off a fairly busy street, but within 3-5 minutes of walking, you are on the beach! Within walking distance to coffee shop and restaurants. Publix is 1 mile away. Old city is about 15-20 minutes. Fully equipped kitchen! If you like to cook, they thought of everything! Even the knives are sharp (dull knives are one of our pet peeves with rentals). There is a washer/ dryer, large flat screen in LR and both bedrooms, bikes, beach chairs . Beach towels and coolers for use. Did I mention how clean it was? We loved it and highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The unit was immaculate, comfortable and close to the beach. Everything you could need in a kitchen wad there. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was wonderful. John and Pat were amazing hosts. I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else on a future trip to St. Augustine!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Esta. The rental was clean and comfortable, neighbors were quiet and respected our privacy. My family and I will book again whenever we decide on another visit to the city.

This immaculate property is ideally located on the island. Restaurants and shopping are within easy walking distance. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner, and the hosts are terrific. Rent with confidence!

One of the best VRBO rentals we've had. The carriage house setup was great and the apartment was well-equipped with bedding, kitchen utensils, etc. Everything worked! Water pressure was great. One of the things we miss when we aren't home is good water pressure. Not to be underestimated! Furniture was also comfortable. Not always a given either. Location is great with a two minute walk to the beach and several restaurants within easy walking distance as well. Owners are great folks and were very welcoming. Would definitely rent again if we return to St. Augustine Beach.

Everything was perfect. We had a great stay. The property was better than described. Can’t say enough good things. Clean and comfortable. We love the St Augustine area and this was a great location for that and the beach. Owner was very responsive anytime we had any questions. Already looking to see when the property is available next year for our vacation.

The rental process was seamless and the response time to any questions or requests was prompt. The beach was just steps away with easy access. There were several restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The favorites were the taco stand across the road (Burrito Works?) and Island Donuts. The home was very clean and well equipped for our vacation. Kitchen was full stocked with any cooking and eating utensil needed to make any kind of getaway hassle free. Very nice upper level balcony for seating and lower level patio were provided for outside enjoyment. Bathroom included a jet tub and provisions. House was close to beach access and in walking distance to any small shops and restaurants. Neighborhood was peaceful and quite. Just a really enjoyable experience.

Beautiful home, quiet setting, view of ocean from the living room, thoughtfully decorated in every detail for comfort, rest, and enjoyment, and well supplied with everything we needed. Convenient location to beach, restaurants, pier, surf shop, and historic downtown. Hosts John and Pat were warm, friendly, thoughtful and prompt in communication. Beds, pillows, soft throws, and all furniture invited us to relax and enjoy! The nicest VRBO we've stayed in the past 10 years because of all the thoughtful details to beauty, comfort, cleanliness, and what we would need as guest to simply unpack and savor our vacation!
