We stayed with another couple. Great place, very clean, lots of room and the location is only a few blocks from the downtown. The owners are very easy to reach and would definitely recommend this place if you go to Paso Robles.

What a beautiful place to spend three nights while in Paso Robles for a family wedding. Comfortable, well-appointed, great beds, quiet, and walking distance to the square. Dedicated parking spots too! All four of us rate this place highly.

Great place to stay in Paso Robles. Close to restaurants and shops, comfortable for traveling with friends with 2 king beds and 2 bathrooms, well furnished and equipped. Some traffic noise on Vine Street, but overall very pleased with the location.

This property is spacious, quiet, and comfortable. It is located a block and a half from old town Paso, which provides to the guest multiple selections for dining and entertainment. Even though this second-floor unit (stairs only) is located over a business, evenings will be quiet, because the business is closed. Bedrooms are spacious and only one offers an on suite bathroom. Parking is a breeze, offering a good-sized parking lot at the back of the rental. With the property’s location to town, you may never need to drive your car. We will definitely book this property again!!

Perfect for a family of four. Kids stay in one room w/TV, adults in other. Kitchen fully functional, 2 blocks from downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Downtown park for kids, pizza, wine tasting, Firestone walker. What more could you ask for? 😃

Very warm and cozy home. We felt right at "home". It was stocked very well with kitchen amenities. Love was put into the furnishings/decor. Conveniently located to the downtown area, could walk easily, but we it was too cold for us at this time. The two balcony patios (on facing front and one on the back side) would have also been nice to use, but too cold once again, this time of year!

My wife and I stayed with my 70+ year old parents here for 4 nights. The property had two comfortable king beds, a spacious kitchen and living area, and all of the basics that you could want. We were within walking distance of downtown Paso, and short drives to all the wineries. The location was ideal. Communication with the owners was perfect. They responded to several texts with questions within minutes and made the check in and out process very simple. We had a great time here and would definitely rent here again!

We rented for a week. Two couples interested in the regional wine scene. The location was perfect for walks to downtown for evening activities, as well as morning walks up into the nearby hills. And it was a very central location for the many vineyards in the area which were a short drive away. The rental was perfect for two couples, with two similar rooms. One has a bathroom attached, so the "common" bathroom was just "owned" by the other couple. The kitchen was well stocked with nearly everything you'd need for cooking a few meals on your own. The natural gas Weber grill on the porch was perfect for a few barbecued steaks. There are businesses located on the ground floor, but we barely noticed them as the parking lot was empty in the evenings when we were in the rental. The only slight warning is that if you are very sensitive to road noise, the house does sit on one of the through streets, so there was occasional traffic noticeable from the front bedroom, but honestly it didn't much bother us at all. If you're interested in visiting the Paso Robles area (especially for the wine scene), this is the place!

The home is perfect for two couples and centrally located to walk into town for dinner. Has parking so you don't have to street park. It is on a busy street so there a fair amount of noise during the day. Would stay there again.

Great location, perfect for our wine tasting weekend!

This spacious property was perfect for 2 couples on our first trip to Paso. Conveniently located in downtown, tons of great restaurants within a short walk, and 100s of wineries within a 30 minute drive. The unit was well stocked with plenty of towels, basic spices & coffee and even laundry soap. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware & utensils & there is a gas grill on the private covered patio. Both king beds were comfortable but firm. Great value for an unbeatable location. Would definitely stay here again!

It would be nice to have TV in the other bedroom. Window in the leaving room needs shade to block the morning sun. Also, water issue exist in the morning. One day there was no water for about 20 min. Today water pressure was very pure to wash the dishes

Only complaint was the bed in the master that has the bathroom in the bedroom was hard and so uncomfortable we didn’t sleep great

My dearest girlfriends and I spent an amazing weekend in Paso Robles wine tasting, hiking, eating amazing food and enjoying our beautiful condo. Perfect for 2 couples or 4 friends. Everything one might need was in the condo! Would definitely stay there again! Easy walking distance into the adorable downtown area.

This apartment is the kind of place its fun to hang out in. Its clean, spacious, lots of light, beds are comfy, fully equipped and walking distance to downtown. We loved it. Have stayed in many vrbo's and this is one of the best. Highly recommended!
