It was good location. The beach very close and the place was nice and clean. Enjoyed the stay very much. If I had to say anything negative I would say there wasn't enough towels for the ppl that we listed to stay. Thank you so much we all enjoyed our stay.

Condo nice, lots of room for everyone! Furnishings nice, downside couldn’t use deck because of huge nest and dead bird in grill. Also couldn’t use grill if we had wanted. Notified property owner upon arrival was acknowledged but not removed.

We had a group of girls for a Bachelorette weekend and it was a little frustrating that the hot water was non existent. We all had to just wash hair in sink because the showers were cold water. After looking at previous review talking about the hot water being minimal, I think the hot water tank is going out. It was freezing and for a bunch of girls wanting to get dressed up and celebrate it wasn't ideal. However, other than that, the house had no complaints! Very cute decor and modern updates. The owner was responsive and easy to work with! I will also note that if you don't have a boat. The closest bars were more like 15 minutes away but an easy uber ride!!!

This vrbo offers a nice view and a fun room for the kids to stay along with 2 other bedrooms housing a lot of people! The price is right. I am very glad we had a top floor unit. One thing to consider is that the hot water runs out quickly so even though it sleeps many, you will have to pace showers throughout the trip. The kids loved the beach with the play set and the ducks. Docks are right there if you have a boat, etc. you will have a good time here!

The propane in grill was empty so we couldn't use it. There is a replacement tank we didn't see in the balcony storage bin until it was too late for us to use it. Also the air filter is in desperate need of a change. Small, easy fixes thay I'm sure will be made for future stays!

Renting process was very easy

The condo has great decor and location. We enjoy the amenities this property has. The condo could have been cleaner, the fridge was messy, the floors were also dirty and the bath towels needed a refresh. We also ran out of gas for the outdoor grill and on 1.5 of 4 burners worked. The property manager did respond very timely to our inquiries.

It was an overall pleasurable experience. I had originally been told I would be sent a code but I had to request it. I was told there would be 2 parking passes there was only 1. There was adequate amounts of towels & toliet paper. The beds were good. Plenty of room for all 11 of us.

The condo was very nice, clean and plenty of room for our family. The location is centrally located and anywhere we wanted to go was within 10-15mins. In the evening coming home the kids they loved seeing all the deer. One of the best parts of the condo is the quiet cove and swimming area. We spent everyday at the beach in the lake!

This condo was in a perfect location and we loved the private beach that was pretty much right outside! The only couple complaints I have are the kitchen is not stocked with the best of supplies and the bathrooms did not have hand towels or enough supplies. The morning of, I got the notification about toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent being provided for the first night (possibly 2) but we were already on our 7 hour drive. If I would have been provided that update the night before I would have brought those items from home. The beds were comfortable and the decor was nice! Definitely has a home-y feel to it! The view was also beautiful! I would recommend this condo, but you will have to bring things from home or go shopping for some stuff so keep that in mind.

We really enjoyed our trip! The kids loved the beach and the pool as we spent most of our days there. The kitchen had plenty of amenities and dishes and the location was close to the store and other activities, boat rentals etc. The kids thought the bunk room was fun. We had a small issue with the internet staying connected but it seemed to be an issue with the provider at the time as another unit we rented had a similar issue. There was a roku so we were able to get Netflix on for the kids at night and watch movies. Great view of the water and most evenings were spent on the deck enjoying the weather.

Our group of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Ledges. Susanna and Joe’s property offer quick and easy access to a beach, multiple pools, and a dock which satisfies all ages from 2-63. The unit has a very contemporary and updated feel with a good taste in furniture, decor, bedding, etc. The master bedroom leads right out to a balcony, which my parents took advantage of every morning to drink their coffee and enjoy the sunrise lake views. The kiddos loved the staircase and the bunk bed room and gave them a space to play. The kitchen has what you need and then some. There are multiple boat rental companies within 5 minutes away that were convenient for our group. Susanna is easily reached for any questions. Our FYI for another family staying-the pullout queen couch may be more suitable for kids than grownups and plan to bring your own bedding for it. I would also suggest bringing hand towels, towels, and washcloths if you have a larger group. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone else considering.

Great time with family & friends. Property was perfect for group of 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Only slight knock would be that the deck could use an awning or umbrella.

Very nice family condo. We had a group of 10 and had enough space. The pools were fun and the kids loved the sand area. Only suggestion is to bring a few extra trash bags, owner supplied a couple and after they are used it is renters responsibility.
