First, I must commend the property owner. She was very responsive when asked a texted question and has maintained a historically classic home to create a very comfortable residence to occupy while staying in Paso. The home is well appointed, and the kitchen has all the utensils that anyone would need to prepare meals at home. The house is about seven blocks from the town square if you like to walk. Though Via Caravaggio is just around the corner from the house on Spring and makes a great pizza to bring in! Beds were kings and were comfortable and there is one small on-suite bath in one bedroom and the guest bath will be used by the second bedroom. The environmental system (heat and A/C) works great but is quite loud at night. The house has two comfortable patios, one on the side of the house with a BBQ, and one in front of the house. If you are seeking a comfy house in Paso Robles, you cannot go wrong by reserving the Jany Historic Home in Paso Robles!

There are two full bedrooms and two full baths along with one tiny bedroom with a day bed. The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of area to sit down and eat. The house has a nice game room too with slot of games. We really enjoyed the home and used it to the fullest given the high temp recently. We will definitely come again. i was a little nervous about the "on street parking" but as it turned out the owners are very accommodating with parking cones and we found plenty of spaces for our 3 cars. the owners gave us good recommendations for places to eat within walking distance, and we had plenty of room for 6 people. The sisters slept on the trundle bed and the other 2 bedrooms were very roomy. Plenty of room to cook , dine and enjoy board games. Easy access to San Luis Obispo for graduation ceremonies

Perfect accommodations for our family of 5 celebrating a birthday weekend. The house was clean, well stocked and check in was a breeze.

Enjoyed counting on the clocks is this nicely decorated historic house. Location was walking distance to town square and fun shopping and eight across the street from the best coffee in town. We would stay again.

It had a parlor for games, a formal dining room, and lots of old clocks and radios (those fascinated my grandchildren). But the house was throughly modern where it needed to be - the kitchen, bathrooms, the heating system and sunny breakfast nook were all excellently updated. The house was clean and convenient. The host was on top of everything and a pleasure to work with.

This property worked great for our party of 5 (2 couples, 1 single) enjoyed sitting around the big table catching up, and playing games.

The house worked well for our group. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of room to prepare our group meals and to play games. The internet worked very well for us. Our host made sure we had parking places when we got to the house. We would happily stay in this home again.

The house was well-appointed and charming. More than enough room for 3 adults and 2 rat terriers. The location is excellent with easy access to downtown, wineries and Sensorio. Paso Walk is just a half block away. We enjoyed Finca Mexican Restaurant and a quick lunch at the wine bar. In Bloom restaurant and bar (at Paso Walk) had amazing craft cocktails. If your headed to Paso - you can't go wrong with the Jany Home.

House was well stocked with kitchen supplies, blankets, board games, washer, iron ....We were three couples in town for a wedding. Spacious and comfortable common areas within the house so we could visit with each other, much better than being in a hotel. The house is over 100 years old so it does have quirks, but the charm and comfort out weigh the negatives by far.

Perfect location and wonderfully charming home. This house has so much character and is classic in age. The older details combined with modern updates kept us intrigued. Games, multiple separate spaces and a lovely outdoor area to sit (the dog loved it) were all accommodating. A very walkable neighborhood. I’m thinking the lovely restaurant at the corner is fairly new and has added some noise with customers parking nearby and early morning trash pick ups banging the dumpsters could be a hiccup for some, but the good so outweighs the bad here.

One block from the new Marketplace with a food court and music in the evenings. We frequented the coffee and bakery in the morning and the sandwich shop in the evening. We also brought food home to sit out on the sunny patio at the house. Favorite things about the house are the quiet neighborhood and walking distance to town square. We will stay here again!

We had a great time and Jany house. There were five of us and not once did we feel like we were on top of each other. There were plenty of spaces to spread out if that's what we had desired. Comfortable furniture, plenty of cooking items, and such an easy walk downtown. Not to mention right across the street from a bakery! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We highly recommend this home. Comfortably accommodates six and a dog, with all of the amenities. Great home base for exploring the area!

We had a wonderful experience from check in to check out and everything in between. The communication with the owner was impeccable and her customer service was beyond measure. We found the home charming, very well appointed and fit our every need. Above all the location was PERFECT! I'm not sure you can find a better location in Paso. We absolutely loved the coffee shop and bakery next door and the close distance to grocery shopping and a short walk in to the downtown square. Had a nice stay at Jany Home over Cal Poly's graduation weekend. It was a very hot so the air conditioning was much appreciated. Location was great and we walked to breakfast each morning. House was set up well for 5 adults and 2 dogs.

A quaint fun place to stay. Surprised how quiet it was being so close to town. We would stay there again.
