The apartment is spacious and you have all the appliances you need. It is located in a good location 10-15 minutes walk from the center. The tram stop is close to the property. The facility is located in a quiet part of town.

The apartment is huge, but it was as if someone was inserting rooms into the free space in the building. Some doors and walls are low so you have to be careful as you pass. The shower cubicle in one bathroom is too narrow. To get to the terrace you have to go through the bedroom and the enclosed balcony. One bedroom has no window but only a door to the enclosed balcony.

We enjoyed the location since it wasn't right in the tourist center but close to different enjoyable and interesting areas, either walking or a short taxi ride away. The living room is spacious which is nice for relaxing after a long day. It is nice that there were two bathrooms. We were more than two people so it comes in handy when you have to get ready in the morning. Check-in process was easy and friendly, and they were easy to contact when needed.

The apartment doesn't necessarily give off a "luxurious" experience as stated. Things were simply falling apart. It is as if it was a model home rushingly done without an attention to detail and function. Things like wobbly cabinets and falling drawers already gave a slightly uncomfortable and non-cozy experience. But then it worsened when the bathroom sink started leaking underneath, meaning we were unable to use it until they kindly fixed it (although unfortunately leaving a messy floor). The shower-head also broke mid-shower from rust and splattered over the entire floor (luckily it was on our last day). Since the description states an apartment for 4 people we thought we would be able to sleep separately as a group. While the second room has a pull up bed underneath it, the base was broken and unusable. While we were ok sharing a bed, it was quite small and only two duvets are provided for 3 people. Cleanliness was sufficient but not spotless, with dusty bed side table and the dishwasher was left full/unemptied. Hand-soap was lacking in one of the bathrooms, and be aware that there is no body wash. If you want to use the espresso machine provided, be sure to buy the capsules.

No aircond which could be difficult in high summer but good fans were provided. Easy pick up and drop off and Diogo was very helpful
