House was fully equipped, clean and comfortable for a family vacation. Short walk to the beach as well as to the boardwalk to town! This was our 2nd time renting this house and will come back again!

We were a group of 65+ women who go to the beach to hang out, laugh, shop, eat and play bridge for 3 days. We have rented this property twice now, and love it because it has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths on one floor. It is the cleanest rental we have ever had. I would highly recommend this property

This property was perfect for our needs. I would suggest a full length mirror somewhere. Has everything you need to stay comfortably. Quick walk to the beach that feels like your own private beach. Quick drive to main Seaside attractions and restaurants. Quick drive to Astoria and Cannon Beach. Plenty of room for a family of 6!

The house was the perfect size for my family. It was great to have two showers. I loved the big walk in shower outside the main bedroom.

Everything was nice. Very clean except the back deck. But had been cold. The grill was tricky to use. Plenty of room for us to stretch out and enjoy ourselves. Would rent this cute home again.

My only complaints would be that the bed in the third bedroom is not suitable for an adult(child sized bed and not comfortable) and that the house was not cleaned well. The master bathroom sink and shower were dirty and there was a used wine bottle in one of the closets. It did not have a big impact on our stay. We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable living room. Overall I would recommend. I would only suggest a more thorough cleaning. Just a suggestion, leave coffee samples! That is always nice.

It is clearly stated in two locations on the AirBnB listing that the house has 8 beds and even goes on to list the number of each size of bed as 3 Kings, 3 Queens, 2 Singles. There is in fact only 5 beds total comprising 1 King, 2 Queens, and 1 Single bed. This is not a matter of me simply misreading "Sleeps 8" vs "8 Beds". I set this up for my friends and chose this place as an acceptable price for the quantity of beds provided. I would never have rented this place had the listing been accurate. The cost was far above comparable options for the much smaller bed count. When I brought this up to them directly via phone, they directed that the resolution must be handled via AirBnB which was annoying but acceptable. I proceeded to do so and request a refund. My request was based on the fact that they promised 8 beds and only provided 5, or 62.5% of promised. Beyond that myself and two of my friends had to sleep, one on the non-pull out couch and 2 on the floor, we are past the age that these are acceptable sleeping options but as we drove several hours for this trip we had to make do.

Lots of light, open plan, clean throughout, plenty of room, close to the beach and the city. Loved it!

Nice place, but t not cleaning supplies, we had 1 roll of paper towels, and two rolls of to. Beautiful location!

Great spot for Out of town family to meet Oregon family. Close to beach, comfortable and roomy house. Carpets should be replaced.

This house met our families needs with the great location and space however, they need to fire their cleaning company. When we arrived, there was a bowl in the cupboard with dried cereal in it, there was a bunch of dirt swept under the kitchen door rug (which my 1 year old had moved), under the beds were candy wrappers, hair in the tub and on one of the clean towels, and worst of all was the nasty carpet. I get that with a rental carpet can get dirty fast but it is full of stains and is in desperate need of either being replaced or cleaned. Also, even though they do mention that they provide limited toilet paper and paper towels, that is pretty cheap considering how much it costs to stay here. We won’t be staying here again.

The house was a short walk to the (less busy) beach and near downtown Seaside as well. The home was clean and well stocked. Like others have mentioned, you’ll want to bring extra TP and paper towels if staying more than a couple days. The only issue we had was with the tv/dvd player instructions, but we figured it out eventually (the instructions in the property folder weren’t very helpful). Not a big deal though. We enjoyed our stay and would reserve this property again in the future. Also, Oregon Beach Vacation’s customer service is great!

We are in the middle of the COVID pandemic and they had just finished home school so I wanted a fun place for them to unwind. The Beach Retreat was the perfect place for us! It was a short walk to the beach, and we could hear the ocean from the porch. There was ample space for all 7 of us and the kids loved the games and tv's included. The kitchen was perfect for me to cook all our meals. The beds were comfortable and the sitting spaces were great. Its on a very quiet street and plenty of space on the beach to social distance. We loved it here! We will be back. Highly highly recommend!
