Śniadanie wyśmienite.
Nawiew powietrza włączający się nad ranem, problem z nawiewem w łazience. Ponura część obiektu ze śniadaniami .

Pokoje ładne i czyste aczkolwiek jak zaznaczam ze chce mieć łóżko podwójne to fajnie takie mieć a nie dwa pojedyncze zsunięte razem. Strefa spa i zabiegi bardzo na plus ale nie podobało mi się ze szlafroki były za dopłatą. Bardzo dobre piwa!
nie podobał mi się brak serwisów srteamingowych typu Netflix/hbomax/Disney+
A w restauracji menu było rozczarowujące i nie warte ceny. Śniadanie bez rewelacji, ciasta i wypieki były stare ale miło, ze chleb i bułki były Bardzo smakował mi śledź w buraczkach. Słabo ze śniadanie jest w innym budynku niż pokoje hotelowe. Pewnie milej kiedy przechodzi się z budynku do budynku na wiosnę lub lato a nie zimą

Niestety wszystko podczas naszego weekendu poszło nie tak. Panie na recepcji bardzo nieuprzejme. Aby dostać się do hotelu musiałam iść przed nieodśnieżony dziedziniec z walizkami. Na zewnątrz był lód i śnieg. ogólnie bardzo niebezpiecznie. Nasz pokój typu premium był zimny - max 19 stopni, widok z malutkiego okna na parking i niestety przechodni zaglądali nam do pokoju. W spa również było zimno. Pani która nas masowała nie miała zielonego pojęcia jak się wykonuje masaż, jedynie wtarła w nas oliwkę. Jedzenie w restauracji drogie i niedoprawione, nie polecam.
Obsługa nieuprzejma. Pokój lodowaty, jacuzzi również zimne. Restauracja droga i niedobra. Tatar to mięso mielone z zamrożoną musztardą, przepraszam lody musztardowe.

Frühstück ist reichhaltig, die Lage sehr gut, weil zentral
Im Badezimmer ist zu wenig Ablage.
Der Frühstücksraum ist nur über einen Aussenweg zu erreichen, ungünstig bei Regen oder Schnee.

Beautiful hotel with great parking and lovely gardens, had a superior room which was big, spa access was included but can’t comment as we arrived late and didn’t use it. Breakfast included in price and private parking.
Had an amazing burger in the restaurant and a beer brewed on site which was top notch. The price for a hotel of this standard was amazing!
The view from our window wasn’t the best!

Friendly staff everywhere, high quality dining in the hotel, very relaxing and well organised SPA area.
Cosy garden, beautifully designed with a lot places to sit with the drinks. Big playground as well.

Overall pleasant place, well maintained and rather new.
what truly disappointed us was the fact that kids are not allowed in the spa area. this was honestly
not clear on their booking information and it stated children up to 18 are welcome at the hotel, with a specific area for kids to play even, so it’s was totally shocking we made the trip for a family vacation without the kids being able to join half of the facilities. also, there is very bad lighting at night, as the buildings require walking on paths to reach the spa, restaurant or lobby, this can be an issue for people who don’t see well at night.

Only a few reception staff could speak English well.
