Es war sauber, ruhig und zentral gelegen.

Die Ausstattung in der Wohnung war sehr gering: alte Pfanne, kein Salz und Pfeffer, nur ein Spülmaschinentab, insgesamt zu wenig Ausstattung in der Küche. Lohnt sich bei den Preisen überhaupt nicht. Zur selben Zeit waren wir mit mehreren Freunden in Swinemünde und alle Unterkünfte drum herum waren günstiger und dennoch deutlich besser ausgestattet als diese Wohnung hier. Hatten uns dann Gewürze und Tabs von unseren Freunden geben lassen.

Unfortunatelly, there was building a new section of the hotel ongoing right next to our apartment and since noise isolation didnt work very well, we were woken up every day 7 AM. Which is cool unless you are not on a vacation and you want to get some rest. Other thing is that we left our hammock in the room when we left the place after the booking. Cleaning service "didnt find anything in the room" which means someone must have taken it. If it was a golden ring with a diamond on it would they not find it aswell? Not really cool.

Very difficult to find the reception

4-star hotel standard, amazing rooms, very clean and well-equiped, kind and young staff at the reception with knowledge of foreign languages (PL, EN, DE).

A little bit hectic at the reception which is far away from the actual premises. Staff at the reception took lot of time to explain facilities and how to enter the apartments. Check-in and check-out is difficult because there is very small parking for two cars only. On the top of that our parking spot was taken by someone else, we asked for another which was also occuppied.

The apartment itself was well-sized and nice, close to the beach and the park.

Everything else.. Firstly you have one reception for at least 3 different hotels. If you come by car there is no way to park your car anywhere near that reception and it's also nowhere near where you're going to stay. The whole area is private park spaces without the right card you're not getting in or out. Secondly the breakfast - because the apartment houses don't have their own facilities you need to go to Radisson to eat your breakfast. And it's not some fine restaurant but an overcrowded breakfast area. That's where all the people from all those separate hotels come to eat in the morning. If you're looking for a relaxed morning coffee look elsewhere. And lastly, what was a nail to the coffin for us - you need to dispose of all the trash you produced yourself and the big bins are nowhere to be found. So on checkout day we saw all of our neighbours running around the garage trying to locate those bins, with no success. I mean for the price you pay it's a total no go.. I definitely can't recommend and won't come back.

Location was amaizing, right outside the beach. Great swimming pool, lots of pools for the youngest. Apartment was nice and tidy, good price.

To check in and to find reception desk it took me and my 8 year old son 45 minutes, walking up and down the street then around the building and restaurants. Phone provided on the booking confirmation is not in use and you are sent to automatic answer. Whats up messenger also did not respond to all of my messages. I was close to book else where as I could not simply check in ! What a nightmare ! I contacted booking.com and in response i got automatic answer I'M ON MY HOLIDAYS PLEASE IN URGENT CASES CALL NUMBER ....so i called that number. Receptionist ANSWERED THE PHONE 👍👍 I finally got to talk to a member of staff ( obviously receptionist tried to explain the way to the desk, but his manners were lacking of profession, he clearly was not given any good quality treining when taking the job - what I call BAD MANAGMENT ) . ANYWAYS, after freezing and frustraited I got to front desk and was checked in. Nightmare to find the place, it is underground with a pink writting CAFE AND RECEPTION , as logo is not pink I would never think THIS IS THE PLACE TO CHECK IN. Very very bad managment, lack of professional staff, impossible to contact front desk. On the top of that very bad wi-fi, every 20 minutes goes off and off ... if owner will not cope on , poor managment in this place will ruin his reputation, feedbacks and result will be less bookings and less turnover. I would rate this hotel higher, however first impression is the most important and that was ruined before we checked in.
