Great South Beach location. The building and common areas are well maintained and the pool is inviting. We had a few rainy afternoons so having the outdoor covered space with a view of the water made a big difference. The kitchen is really well equipped and the beach chairs that are provided make this property stand out among the many others that we have stayed in over the years.

Beach plus because this beautiful villa is so much more than just a place to stay at the beach. This spacious villa is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and full of amenities. It boasts several eating areas, including a full dining table for 6 people, eat in kitchen table for 4, and outdoor dining for 4 on the porch right off the kitchen. There is plenty of comfortable seating. We thoroughly enjoyed the large balcony (several chairs and cocktail tables) for watching sunsets and viewing the wildlife. Sea Pines has done a wonderful job to preserve the natural aspects of the island, such as the many large shade (Oak) trees full of Spanish moss, native shrubs and bushes, numerous lagoons, and the wildlife. The leisure trails throughout Sea Pines were great for exercise and viewing the wildlife. We were happy to see many different species of birds (including herons, hawks, egrets, and even spoonbills to name a few), turtles, fish, alligators, and deer (even a couple of large bucks). The villa is stocked with just about every item you might need and more (tons of dishes and glasses, blender, numerous serving dishes and utensils, 2 types of coffee makers, spices and olive oil, and beach towels, chairs, & umbrella. This is by far the best stocked place I have ever rented. The area is very quiet, and you can walk just across the street to restaurants...the best of both worlds! There is so much to do, but it's so beautiful you can happily relax & do nothing. We will be going back!

Our family range in age from 23 to 89. This was an awesome, beautiful, comfortable space! We are vey active so took advantage of everything around us. Enjoyed coming together at the beginning - end of the day. Views are amazing!

I’ve used VRBO for a very long time and have been visiting HHI for 20+ years…this was definitely one of the best vacations yet!!! The location was perfect if you want a quiet, relaxing time spent enjoying nature and exploring the island. The villa had everything we could imagine and MORE!!! All you need is your clothes, personal items, and groceries (if you choose to cook). Never once did I think “I should’ve brought this or that.” The owners were nothing but kind and responsive on any and all questions. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone with a family of up to 5/6. Safe and secure on all levels!! We made so many memories together this past week and this beautiful villa helped make it even more special. We will definitely rent this one again in the future! Blessed that this family has chosen to share this wonderful opportunity with us.

This villa was very clean, beautifully decorated and the view is just amazing! As soon as my family walked in, they all went “wow”! Love Sea Pines as it is located to all the loved parts of HHI. The beach has easy access and the pool is very nice. Easy access into the Villa and Margie was a great communicator! We are hoping to return in the future!
