The hosts were so welcoming on arrival, and didn't mind that I changed my arrival day or time - very accomodating. Apartment is located in a separate coach house on the property, so very private and not bothered by anyone. If you needed anything the hosts were happy to help. Kitchen fitted out really well with all the utensils, tools and appliances you would need. Really cute apartment with wifi and sky TV. Lovely stay!

We had a great stay at the Coach House! The location is perfect, very close to the centre of town (5 minute walking), with free on-street parking right outside the property, which was perfect. The house has everything you need and is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, the TV worked well and everything was as expected. The Wi-Fi was very good, which is nice and useful.

The only minor problem is that there is a bit of noise coming through the window from the cars driving on the road, but it's not been a big problem and we were still able to sleep absolutely fine. Overall, nothing really to complain about.

Excellent host. Superb instructions for getting in. Extremely helpful with the one question we had.

Not a complaint, but for anyone with mobility issues please be aware that the bathroom is downstairs from the bedroom. There is a stair rail to assist.

It had all the comforts of a home away from home. Warm, clean. Parking right outside. Great location, close to town centre. Easy access for our day at Warwick races.

We stayed over the Christmas period in order to visit relatives in Leamington. We wanted somewhere more ‘homely’ than a hotel room and we found it! The Coach House was perfect for our needs and provided a comfortable independence at a busy time of year. The secure set up, also allowed us to come and go as we pleased. Thank you Jon and Sue and and wishing you all the best for 2023.

Jon was a fantastic host, sent us detailed instructions of how to get in to the apartment . Welcomed us when we arrived and made sure we had all we needed. In fact Jon went above and beyond when we lost our car keys on our first morning ! and at some awfully early time in the morning gave us a lift to a nearby golf competition and helped find an local locksmith to sort our dilemma! A true gent and exceptional host. Thankyou Jon

The bathroom was not at the same level as the living and kitchen .

Location was great - about a 5 min stroll into town. The studio was really comfortable and the facilities were excellent - everything you would need if you wanted to stay in - as we did due to Storm Eunice! Bed was really comfy. Seating good too. Hosts were really nice and helpful. Wine and milk on arrival - very welcoming indeed.

There s nothing that could have been better really. It was all good.

There's nothing to dislike , 2nd time here and still wonderful. Will be coming back soon

The apartment was absolutely perfect for my needs. Fully equipped with a lot of thought about what you might need for your stay. Super comfy bed with quality bed linen. Really clean. Lovely power shower with plenty of hot water. Super friendly Host..even gave me a lift to my appointment!! Nothing to much trouble.

This place is beautiful. Exactly like the pictures, spacious, clean and has everything you can ask for. Ample free on street parking, perfect location for town centre and getting around. And importantly wonderful hosts - who also upgraded the mattress on the second night which made it all the more comfortable for me!

Excellent location, easy 10 minute walk to Leamington Spa, lovely riverside walk to Warwick Castle. The Coach House has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
