The room was clean and had an amazing view. Parts of the room were updated other parts needed updating. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The pictures of the condo aren’t accurate. We were offered a full refund because we were unhappy with the general appearance of the inside of this condo but we were forced to find somewhere else to stay in short notice.

The great location helps the apartment suffice but it does have some flaws. The ocean view from the 17th floor never gets old but the apartment is.

Great location! Victor was easily available when we needed help. Apartment was clean and view was amazing. Restaurants, bars and stores very close. Eight adults is a tight fit, would do a max of 6 adults next time, but with the amount of time spent in the apt being limited, it’s workable. Thanks to Victor & Yuri!

Fun stay in apartment with great views. 20-30 minutes to old San Juan via Uber. Across from Walgreens. Very close to airport but never heard air traffic. Overall very nice

The view and beach location are a Amazing! There was a view from each bedroom and the balcony was a generous size. The balcony was where we had coffee in the morning to enjoy the ocean view. The pool was beautiful and clean. My toddler loved the pool. The Condo Amenities were great. The Cons: 1 of the 4 burners on the stove did not work. My dad sat in a chair at the table for breakfast and it broke! Thankfully he didn’t hit his head against the wall. We left the broken chair in the hall and the owner said he would bring a new one but, we never got it. The bathrooms could use some updating. I would give the inside of the apartment a 3 stars but the location and ease of check in and checkout make it 4 and the location is a 10! I would consider staying there again just for the view and beach access.

Beautiful view, great property. Beach gear was nice to have available. Could have used more kitchen towels, wine glasses. It would be nice to have a handbook with TV tips, restaurant choices, taxis, etc.

We decided to stay in PR before our cruise for a few days and found this condo. Totally met and exceeded our expectations. The location couldn’t be better. Near everything necessary or a short Uber drive. The condo has a beautiful view of ocean and the grounds are well kept and secure. Our host was easy to reach when needed and would stay again if we return

Overall a great stay. The apartment was very clean check-in was easy. The hosts were very nice and very quick to respond. i have a couple of small critiques: The coffee pot is tiny. Please upgrade to a full size coffee pot. There were no cereal bowls. I bought cereal and milk then discovered there were no bowls. The kids used small tupperware, easy fix, no big deal. The beds, mattresses, pillows were okay but should be nicer. Like I said, overall great. 4 stars but could be five with a few upgrades. Thanks.

All process easy friendly

The balcony view was wonderful. Listening to the ocean waves was soothing and just what we needed! The owners have provided camp chairs, beach towels, a cooler, etc. to make our trips to the beach easy and enjoyable. The kitchen is stocked adequately so we could prepare simple meals. There were also some cooking ingredients available such as vegetable oil, salt, pepper, seasonings, etc. The condo is on the 17th floor and we spent most of our time in the unit on the balcony.

Apartment was great, location is excellent and beach is beatiful. I rented 3 apartments, one for my husband and I, and one each for my 2 daughters and their families. We all had a great time even with the earthquake.

I am from Puerto Rico but this was my grandkids first trip to Puerto Rico and i wanted a place next to the beach with a pool and they loved it and did not want to leave it near everything and the view what a view you will love it too

We got to the condo at 5 in the morning from a red eye flight. All the beds, including the sofa sleepers were turned down. The condo was cool because they had set the air conditioner for us. The owners kindly had set out a big water bottle and champagne for us. Very clean and well decorated. The patio has beautiful ocean front views. There were plenty of towels as well as many beach towels, and they had beach toys for the kids. The view of the beach is simply amazing! The price was excellent and the owners were very kind. The only thing that didn’t work was the washer, but the building has a washer and dryer facility, so it wasn’t a big deal using it. The dryer worked well. When we go back to Puerto Rico we will definitely stay at this condo again!

We absolutely had an unforgettable experience visiting Puerto Rico. The condo was fabulous and the views spectacular. The serenity of that view was all we needed but the pool was awesome, playground was fun and then the steps from the beach was just icing on the cake. Very easy to get everywhere but we ended up chillaxing at the condo quite a bit. We didn't want to go home we enjoyed it so much. Yary was wonderful to work with to and a great communicator.

Apartment was clean and had all the items you need for a great stay. Beds were comfortable, TV's and internet worked great. and AC units worked fantastic. Location was perfect across the street from Walgreens and the building was very safe and modern. My only issue was the lack of hot water and that's why I gave it a 4 star. That won't keep me from coming back and hopefully they will fix it.

My wife and I took our 5 kids and our daughter in law the week of July 1-6. It was an amazing vacation for us all. The Beach, Food, landmarks, and property was all we could ask for. The location of the room was right on the beach and walking distance to a lot of activities, food locations and general (Walgreen's, CVS, Pizza, Bars, Deserts, other hotels and casinos). We would recommend this property to anyone visiting for vacation. The owners were great with information and making sure we had what we needed. Everything was amazing! The view is gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, the pool was great and the beach is literally 50 steps away! My family and I enjoyed the stay, Yary and Victor were available when needed and we would definitely recommend this apartment. We look forward to returning and staying again.

This was our 1st visit to PR. Owners Victor & Yary were very responsive to all our pre travel questions and needs. We traveled w another couple. The 2 BR 2 Bath was perfect for space and privacy.The pictures are accurate and the view is amazing from the roomy ocean view balcony. The sparkling clean pool has limited hours and a few rules. The long stretch of the Isla Verde Beach is just a quick ride down the elevator and out 2 security gates. We used the nice Beach towels and Beach Chairs that were provided & rented an Umbrella on the beach for $10 day. The condo is updated and very clean. The central air and water pressure worked great in the Condo. The galley kitchen is small & stocked w basic essentials. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the kitchen which needs replaced or removed as it is rusty & has sharp edges on the outside. The 24 hour Security Guard helped us with directions and other questions. We felt safe the entire visit. The Condo is very convenient to Restaurant's (we loved Pizza City) and Grocery. We used Walgreens which is right across the street to purchase, bottled water, sunscreen, coffee, snacks, wine , & beer. The prices are good and very comparable to our prices here in the Midwest USA. The WBC Hotel is right across the alley and can be seen from the Balcony. They have an amazing rooftop bar which is a must do! We used a cab $17 from the airport to get to our Condo , then used Uber to get around. We enjoyed a small group Rainforest day tour thru www.acrosscaribe.com and it was amazing. We also went to La Placitas the amazing PR night spot! We had a great trip and plan to return in the future!

We recommend this place 100%! The ocean view when you walk in is breath-taking and the apartment was very modern and clean. We were able to meet Yary and Victor at check-in. They were very friendly and caring making sure we were comfortable. They even made one of the extra beds for us. The little details like leaving a bottle of wine and the bottled waters was very touching. You don't see that everywhere. Also, I had company one night and Yary and Victor were able to help us to get an extra parking spot for them. Thank you!! The amenities were great. One of the reviewers said something about too many keys to access the beach but I didn't find that to be a problem at all. The location is great as you have many choices to walk-around day and night. Very safe. We ate at the Metropol which is very close to the apartment - great food and excellent prices. The place is comfortable, quiet and a great place to get away. We will definitely stay there again!!! Thank you Yary and Victor - good job!

Five friends and I recently celebrated my birthday in Puerto Rico. We stayed here and loved it. Yary and Victor were super nice and always available. We did have a hiccup with the water not getting hot and Victor sent someone right over the same day to fix it. The dryer was a bit noisy and unstable but Victor, Yary and their adorable daughter came right over to fix it. The apartment was clean, as soon as you walk in you can smell how fresh it is. It sits right on the beach and the view is amazing. The doorman Hector was amazing and very helpful. There's a Walgreens right across the street and various restaurants within walking distance. Never fret over finding transportation there's a bus stop and car rental place right in front of the building and the door men are always welling to call you a taxi. Great place to stay, I definitely will be renting here again during my next visit.

Our vacation stay at Yari and Victor's condo was the best! The owners did a great job of having a well supplied, great AC condo, as well as, providing beach chairs, beach towels and an ice chest for their beach front property. The concierge was very helpful and friendly. Previous reviews mentioned the hassle of using their keys for access to different parts of their condo. While there are extra steps, the extra security was well worth it! The condo is well situated to several breakfast diners with good food, a 24/7 Walgreens that has just about everything you might have forgotten. Parking space in garage was perfect for our mini van. Driving in and out of Isla Verde is very convenient for tourist sights and enjoyment. The owners also have a list of restaurants and brochures for suggestions. We will definitely return to this condo and have recommended it to other friends.

We had an amazing time. Great vacation. Had everything we needed.. Lots of gates to open but we understand that security comes first. Will highly recommend your place. Do you have others you rent.? Might need two apartments for August 2017

The condo was clean and well laid out with an AMAZING view of the Isla Verde beach. It is fully stocked with everything we could need for our stay. There was five adults in our group & it was plenty of space to accommodate us.The owner kept a great communication & made sure we were happy at all time. We had real early arrival & the owner was so accommodating & allow us to check in early since we were concerned with driving around w/our trunk full of suitcases & personal belonging. The location was perfect; located within minutes from the airport and walking distant to restaurants and casinos & everything else you need & want but unfortunately we didn't have time to try out our luck or take advantage of the recommend restaurants since we tried to fit in everything within a week stay; we got to hike at El Yunque rainforest to snorkeling in Culebra, visiting Arecibo observatory & we were brave enough to conquered the el toroverde zipline. We took a day driving all over the island & snorkeling in Rincon to Ponce to Old San Juan. We had dinner twice in OSJ at Raices restaurant for their amazing Chuleta Kan Kan & mofongo. Of course my husband was in heaven when we were in Old San Juan for his cigar shopping. He felt like we had to go to every single one of them so he didn't feel he missed out! The only negative part about our stay are the security gates. I know its for our protection but we felt it was a little bit too much. We had to get through all kind of lock gates just to enter the building to our front door to swimming pool & to the beach. We never been to a resort with that much security gates so we felt it took away from this beautiful waterfront condo from relaxing to feel like we were trapped from the outsiders especially when all the other surrounding buildings and casino resorts didn't have any security gates & felt more welcoming and open & resort like when we did walk in. But overall, I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo! It offers the perfect location, amazing views, and great owner. Great vacation! Yary and Victor's condo was perfect. I stayed with my mother and 2 boys. The view from the deck was amazing, the beach was lovely. They provide you with everything you will need for a day at the beach. The condo was clean and bright, plenty of room. Easy walk to great restaurants. We hope to come stay again!

We stayed in early April with family of 5, kids ranging from age 3 to 11. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Ocean view from every room. Very clean and well taken care of. The building residents were a mix of residents and vacationers. Everyone was very nice. The owners checked in frequently and fixed a small problem for us as soon as it occurred. The beach is in front of the condo had gated access so it was never crowded. The condo has beach chairs or you can rent chairs/umbrellas at the beach. The ocean is not crystal blue like the gulf of Mexico, but it is very nice. The waves are small (too rough for the 3 year old, not rough enough for the 11 year old and just right for the 8 year old). Many restaurants within walking distance. The Walgreen's is across the street and stocked with select groceries as well as beach items. Pool is very nice, although we rarely used it. The area is very safe - we walked around at night with no concerns. The location is convenient to most everything - 20 minutes to Old San Juan, 30 minutes to the Rainforest. Highly recommend the forts at Old San Juan, El Yunque, and "Las Playas" - natural water slide near El Yunque.

We stayed in this beautiful 17th floor condo at Maribel Caribe East, the first week of March 2016. The condo was clean and well maintained and furnished with everything we needed for a wonderful week in Puerto Rico. It was right on the beach with beautiful ocean view and had good security. We thoroughly enjoyed the private balcony overlooking the ocean. The owners, Yari and Victor were easy to work with and provided lots of information on places to visit, things to do and places to eat. This was a newly decorated condo and we loved it. We would recommend any condo owned by this couple and hope to come back. Sherry
