A girls weekend away from household chores and family obligations. Time to unwind and catch up with friends. House did have a residual pet odor upon arriving but aired out with ability to open doors. Contact with property management quick when in need of required supplies.

A group of friends golfed in Phoenix for a week. The house was large, clean, and there were plenty of bedrooms. Would recommend this house very much

For the same price of a hotel we had an amazing house! The host was easy to get ahold of was very accommodating with an early check in and an extension of our reservation. The house as exactly as described and pictured.

This was the first time trying Vrbo and it did not disappoint. The home we stayed in for a quick weekend stay to go visit my daughter was amazing. My family really enjoyed staying there. The host made sure we had a stress free visit and we completely did. She was amazing!! Love the property and it was perfectly located.

The property was very well maintained and in a quiet small residential area where we felt safe. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and charming with enough decor and amenities to make us feel right at home from the start. Jennifer was terrific in communicating expectations and providing extra information all the way through the process and always responded quickly. Check-in and check-out were contactless and smooth. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our week of performances. Thank you!

This was one of the best supplied homes I've stayed at. There is everything you could ever need plus extras, including toothbrushes! The owner has thought it all out very well. Jennifer was a dream to work with and went the extra mile to provide us with a decorated Christmas tree and other holiday decor. It's a very comfortable home with comfortable beds and lots of room to spread out. Location is good with easy access to highways and airport. Highly recommend this home!

This property was even nicer in person. Open, spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, which is always my biggest gripe with rentals. We had our 4 kids and my mom and never felt cramped. There is plenty of space to hang out. The back yard was adorable. The owners certainly have really thought of everything. They provided shampoo and conditioner, as well as body wash. And they actually had diffusers for the hair driers. Ladies with curly hair, you read that right! (lol) The kitchen was also well thought out. Kuerig coffee with pods and a regular coffee maker (we always travel with coffee). There was even condiments in the fridge, a couple little juice bottles, and spices in the cabinets. It's so hard to cook on vacation, even with a kitchen, because you have to buy everything. But they've taken care of that. So would I rent here again? Absolutely. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a great stay. This home was very clean and new and was perfect for our family. It had a great fenced back yard perfect for our dogs. What a great place. We'll be staying here again next time we make the trip to Phoenix.

This was our first ever VRBO stay and we were extremely pleased. The house itself was beyond what I could have imagined. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed the multiple places to relax and watch tv. The area was perfect for why we were in Arizona to begin with and anything we needed was within close proximity. Jennifer was a very gracious host. The property was just as advertised. It is very clean, spacious, comfortable, and easily accessible to major roadways. I will definitely book again when in the area!

My husband and I recently enjoyed a two month stay in this lovely home as we visited with family and friends who live in the area. It was a wonderful way to start retirement. The house was very clean, spacious and well maintained. The check-in process was quite easy. Jennifer, the owner, was easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions we had. I could tell that she genuinely wanted for us to enjoy our stay. The neighborhood was very nice and safe. We walked our dog every day in this neighborhood as well as in the one next door and never had any concerns. The location was great as it's close to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. We highly recommend this as a place to stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
