The property was beautiful and very safe! As a solo female traveler, safety is my biggest priority. There is a gate at the entrance and I had a set of keys for my room. There was a nice pool and plenty of out door space to relax! My room was so nice and spacious. It even had air conditioning!! It was the best sleep I have had while I have been visiting Italy. The lady at the front office was more than kind! She helped me get to the train station the next day, which helped me so much. She sent me the names of local restaurants too! If I am ever back in Verona, I will definitely be staying here again! It was so affordable and everything was amazing! It was also very quiet😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

the space and little kitchen area is definitely huge advantage. lovely and helpful Maria was there should we needed anything (and helped us with our laundry). really helpful and accommodating staff. loved it. clean and secure. really close to the centre.

Stuff, that the only positive moment which I was able to find in this place, looks like people who keeping/cleaning this place doing all their best

Facilities are very old and the biggest problem that you'll know it only after arrival. Photos on Booking were saying to us that we will spend 4 days in amazing apartments, in fact we were staying 4 days in old and dark hole.

Restaurant called Filu close by. Really good!

The room it self is big enough for the bed and in-build kitchen in wardrobe - which suprised us but did not really needed it. There was coffee maker with free coffee or kettle for tea. Standard bathroom (for women - hair dryer). In the garden there was free to use swimming pool which was taken care off very well. There is free parking. Also we let lights on during night so our car battery got discharged - luckily we got jump started with help of the kind staff :-))
