It was a very clean and well kept home and reasonably priced. Everything was provided as mentioned. Only had to bring sheets and towels!! In a quiet neighborhood but, near to so much!!! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Next time I am going to be in the area, I'll call!🙂
(There was a small problem with tiny ants on the kitchen counters. Maybe spray the next time. Would still stay again tho.)

We had a very nice time at this property. It was extremely clean - hard to do with a beach rental. The house and neighborhood exceeded our expectations. The outdoor shower was especially nice after a sandy day. Best of all - the coffee and pastry shop was just a short walk away. Thanks again.

Everything about the house was great - super clean and well-equipped. And thank goodness for the air-conditioning as we picked a very hot time to visit Chincoteague!
Only negative was getting on the house
Wi-Fi, which only worked for one of us.

Family Getaway
This home is a great place for a family vacation. My siblings and spouses enjoyed this property. The living room/dining area are spacious so that we could comfortably gather for dinner. Just a short walk to downtown and the farmers market. A good location!

Great stay!!
The house inside had been recently remodeled and was beautiful! Close enough to everything but was in a peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Debbie!!!

Wonderful Home Rental
We decided very suddenly we needed to run away to the beach! From booking this home to check out was simple and the rental agency was readily available to answer all of our questions. The home was clean and cozy, and directly across the street from a brand new playground! Our stay was short but wonderful. Will definitely look for this home to rent again in the future!

Great location for kids across from a new playground. Overall very good place to stay. 4 stars for cleanliness because dishwasher hadn't been run and had dirty dishes in it when we got there. But not a big deal. Nice part of town-walkable to downtown.

Great visit
We were very comfortable in this rental. We were especially excited to see the playground open up across the street, which our children enjoyed.

Bradford House
House is is a good location and walkable to most things in town. Check in was quick and easy. A/C had problems and the repair didn't go well; however, the property manager was fantastic and helped us out!

Property and house were great. Great location. Very clean with updated TVs. Brand new nice playground directly across the street from the house. Only complaint would be the bed in the back bedroom is very uncomfortable. Could use a better mattress for sure. Also it's odd that the sleeper sofa is in the sun room where there is no AC but the sofa in the main living room/TV room isn't a sleeper. I feel like those need to be switched. Nobody wants to sleep in that sunroom in the summer with no AC so really there are only 2 beds plus a regular sofa to sleep on.

We absolutely love this place . It looked so much better then the picture. It was super clean and quiet. Great location to everything. We walked to the restaurant and bars.
We would recommend this place for families with children, they are building a playground right across the street.

A perfect “get away”
This house couldn’t have been better! We loved the large

Well-situated house near Main Street
Comfortable house near Main Street in Chincoteague, VA, has a sizeable kitchen and a pleasant back sunroom. A short walk from some of Chincoteague's most popular restaurants. Management is responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Overall a very nice house
We enjoyed the stay. Clean, well equipped, good location. The extra double bed is in a sun room and although it has some vents, it does not have the advantage of the cool air condition.

Sunny summer Chincoteague
The home was very well maintained and comfortable! The hosts were attentive, and the home is conveniently located on a quiet street. Note: the hosts can provide sheets, towels and beach towels for an extra charge, which was helpful. Otherwise, bring everything you need with you.

Fantastic house and weekend
We had a great weekend on Chincoteague and loved staying at this house. Very clean and even larger than we expected. We had two couples and had plenty of space. Great location within walking distance of the farmers market and restaurants/bars on Main St. The sunroom is warm during the day but we enjoyed it during the evening. Parking very easy. This house is a great bang for your buck and we’d love to come back!
