The 'Beachcomber' home is a lovely vacation home. Rather than a "corporate managed" place, it certainly feels like a vacation home that the owners regularly use. That means it is comfy, well maintained, and very well equiped.
Rather than feeling like we were in a hotel, we felt like we were staying in a friend's vacation home.
The property manager (and owner, I believe) was wonderful. She called us before our arrival to make sure we had all the details and even checked with us the day after our arrival to make sure everything was OK and to ask if we needed anything.
The location is just steps from the beach and within a pleasant 15-minute walk along the beach (or 3-minute drive) to the main shopping/dining area of Vicentia.
We really enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to anyone!

We stayed almost a week here. It’s well located, mere steps from the beach and central to all the attractions of Shoalhaven Coast. It was very relaxing to sit on the balcony with our morning cuppa and enjoy the water view. The kitchen had everything we needed for the times we wanted to cook. The wifi came in very handy as we had patchy phone coverage. Margaret our host checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this accommodation.

The apartment is really nice. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a balcony with geat views of Collingwood Beach.
There is another bedroom and main bathroom upstairs
Downstairs has the living room and dining area off the kitchen with a 2nd toilet and laundry.
Everything you need is provided and it is spotlessly clean.
Margaret is a wonderful host.

We absolutely loved our stay at Margaret’s condo in Vincentia. Close to the beach and footpath so we were able to take daily walks all along the coast line.
The condo is very well equipped and we had plenty of spare paper products and soaps, capsules etc

This lovely spacious town house is literally steps from the beach with sea views from the main bedroom, perfect for sunset wine and cheese! Margaret was a pleasure to deal with and her home spotless and containing everything you could need. There are fabulous walks in either direction, miles of stunning beach and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Parking was right in front of the house and a small garage available too. Thank you Margaret, a fabulous pre Xmas break despite the unusually cold weather (electric blanket much appreciated!)

Such a great property. Location was perfect- a shot walk to the end of the street and you are at the beach.
The house itself was super clean, comfortable, all the amenities you need for a beach side stay. Check in was super easy. Will return to this location and house when we get a chance. We loved it.

Very convenient location for the beach, walking track, Vincentia and Huskisson shops. The town house has everything you need for your stay. Margaret ensured all was well and was readily available if needed. Very comfortable bed, pillows and lovely linen. Very relaxing to hear the sea at night. We hope to return for another stay.

Seachange was just wonderful! Fantastic position with sea views from balcony. Awesome position close to shops in either direction. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The wine and chocolates were such a lovely and greatly appreciated touch. Highly recommend this place.

Margaret is a generous, warm & welcoming host. The townhouse is beautifully furnished & has everything you could possibly want including an outdoor setting & BBQ. Three options for parking, security is excellent. Within walking distance, on footpaths, to Vincentia shops & the quaint town of Huskisson. Collingwood beach is just across the road. Perfect location for us, highly recommended.

Sea change is everything we needed! Right next to the beach, bike track, close to shops and other beaches to explore. Margaret is a very hospitable host and took great care to make this property as comfortable as possible with a well-equipped kitchen, quality bedding and bed, cooling (fans & air con upstairs in main), wi-fi, outdoor furniture & shower, laundry - all things needed for a comfy stay!
She added a personal welcome touch with chocolates & wine on arrival!

Far exceeded expectations, the pictures need to be updated to show current set up of lounge and kitchen. A very caring owner with lots of basic supplies and complimentary beer to start the holiday on a great note. Perfect presentation upon arrival and great communication through out. 100m from front door to the lovely Collingwood beach water. Far enough away from busy Huskisson, but still close enough to walk to with a great path from Huskisson all the way to Vincentia. Highly recommended. Garage was great to store pushbikes in but only really big enough for small 4 cyl hatchbacks, parking at front door was no worries. Would visit again.

My family and I had the best time staying at this wonderful accommodation. We literally parked the car and used the beach which was steps away, and the bike path into Husky. The wine and chocolates upon arrival were a lovely touch. All the information and correspondence were handled in a timely and professional way. Cant wait to book again!! I would give it SIX stars if I could :)

we had a week at this townhouse in february and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone the property is a great walk (30 minutes) to both vincentia and huskisson where t5here are great restaurants its about 100metres to collingwood beach the house is stocked with everything you need and the bed is very comfortable we will certainly return in the future

A very nice compact unit, very clean, very well stocked. The bed was very comfy and the shower was just the best. Only 50 metres to the very nice beach. If this is the area you choose to be in , its a great unit . The owner Margaret, is a beautiful lady and can't help you enough.

This is the third time we have stayed at Sea Change. It’s been a few years since our last stay which was only last week.There has been lots of improvements done to the townhouse which is a credit to the owners.Had a wonderful time and love being so close to the beach.Great views of the water from upstairs.Love the personal touches the owners give across.

Margarets unit is beautiful. Location is great, 2 minute walk to beach. Great walking paths right outside your door, so it was great for exercise whilst admiring the view. Easy walk to shops and cafes, and short drive to supermarkets. Margaret went above and beyond, in making our stay special. Welcome bottle of wine and chocolates, and a beautiful flowering plant, as we were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary.Lots of the comforts of home, tea, coffee, pump soap, and hand sanitizer, to make our stay perfect.Would highly recommend Margarets unit, and we certainly hope to return in the near future.
