地理位置极致了，楼上的bar超级舒服，还有吊床和躺椅，还送葡萄酒喝啊啊啊 好舒服的 房间也很漂亮。员工很友善，帮我们叫车，很乐意帮助我们 哈哈还提醒我当心小偷 贴心极了

房间稍微有一点小

Locatie maar vooral personeel. Zelfden zulke lieve en hulp biedende mensen gehad. Echt top personeel, ik was even vergeten dat het na COVID nog bestond!

Geen sportzaal/gym en geen ruimte waar je de laatste dag nog even kan douche voordat je naar het vliegveld gaat, je kan er wel voor kiezen om tegen betaling een kamer aan te houden

It is a really exceptional hotel. We loved it.

It was all good. Usually there are one or two little niggles at a hotel. There weren't.

The staff was amazing!!! Ramone, Alex and the entire staff was welcoming and very helpful.

Hard to get a hot shower

wonderful breakfast. Very clean spacious room. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Fun happy hour with wine and snacks provided without a fee on the top floor balcony with beautiful flowers.

no need for any changes

The staff, specifically Alex and Ramon, were unbelievable - this trip was booked last minute and I had no plans, these 2 basically built an entire city tour with food and drink recommendations while I checked in. The rooftop terrace is amazing.

Room was small but it's Barcelona, why are you in your room?

Excellent location, comfortable bed and room (we had a junior suite) and very good staff, in particular Adele, Ramon and Xhubby (not so sure about the spelling). All three staff went beyond their duty to show interest and recommend places to explore and eat. The bed was comfortable, good pillows too. We tried in the in-house breakfast at 12 Euros per person — it was adequate.

Housekeeper was not consistent about providing toiletries and bottled water for the room. Sometimes too little bath gel, and too many shampoo and conditioner. Also the bottle of water should be renewed / added on daily. On our last night, the housekeeper did not even give any more body lotion. No box of tissue paper in the room for guest use. Instead, hotel provided little packs of 4 pieces of tissue paper that required more plastic and paper packaging. Also, most importantly, we suggest to the hotel management to work with a few trusted taxi-drivers whom they can call for their guests. Our taxi driver to the airport was seen adjusting his meter to click quite a lot faster when we were 3 minutes away from the airport. As a point of reference, we paid 32 Euros from airport to the hotel (we arrived in the afternoon and there was a stretch with traffic jam along the way). Our transfer to the airport at 7am cost on a nearly traffic-free highway was almost 42 Euros. This gives a bad feeling to the end of our nice holiday to Barcelona, one of being ripped off. This is no fault of the hotel, of course, but it would be great to consider my suggestion above.
