I stayed here as a night stop over on the way to destination in Italy. it has a convenient underground secure car park for the motorcycle. lift up from garage to room levels to make luggage easy. friendly staff. good basic but good. breakfast good.

The 2 rooms were exceptional clean!!! The Rooms were new. Bathrooms were excellent!!

The receptionist and other staff were very helpful. Our room was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Correct price/ conditions

Refurbished and clean, good quality/price ratio! Nice private underground parking. Breakfast was appropriate. Pay tv provided in the hall was a nice add-on for customers attending for a single night for work purposes.

We opted for a superior room in view of the small difference in cost. At first, the room seemed rather small to be a Superior room but on could not expect much from the hotel considering it's target. Still it's questionable if the hotel provided a single room instead of a superior given that the customer can not have an idea of the difference in between those two, unless asked to have the two different rooms shown beforehand. Private parking could be improved by video c/c (no need for a keeper remotely or in person).

If you travel by car the location is perfect, just 10 minutes away from Parma city center and you don't have to worry about parking. The room was simple but had everything we needed for a one night stay. Staff was friendly.

We had booked a large double bed which in fact was composed by two mattresses and you could feel the hole between them which was not too comfy but ok.
