Alles war sauber und das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Da es sich um unsere Flitterwochen handelte, wartete in unserem Zimmer bei Ankunft eine gekühlte Flasche Schaumwein aufs Haus.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war extrem schlecht. In diesem Preissegment (und das außerhalb der Saison) sollte man deutlich mehr erwarten können. Vieles wirkte komplett lieblos: - Das Frühstücksbuffet wirkte auf den ersten Blick reichhaltig, allerdings gab es von allem nur das Billigste. Keinerlei regionalen Käse zum Beispiel, stattdessen nur drei Sorten Scheibenkäse, unter anderem Gouda und Emmentaler. Auch das Gebäck (Crostata, Croissants) die billigste Fertigware aus dem Supermarkt. An der Salatbar gab es Rucola, geschnittene Fleischtomaten und Gurken… Nicht mal der Kaffee war gut. - Das Spa (der Grund, aus dem wir das Hotel gebucht haben) verdient den Namen nicht. Es besteht aus einem kleinen warmen Innenpool, in dem Whirlpools integriert sind, einer Dampfsauna und einer regulären Sauna in der Anmutung „Marke Eigenbau“. Welche Temperatur die Sauna hat, war nicht zu erkennen. Die beiden „Sensory-Showers“ wirkten alt und verkalkt. - Das Gym ist nicht benutzbar. Es liegt, abgetrennt durch Glaswände, im Spa-Bereich und hat eine dementsprechend hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und Temperatur von 26 Grad. Es hat weder ein Fenster noch eine Klimaanlage?!

Is the third time I choose this venue for vacation … the amazing staff, a very beautiful garden, the incredible SPA and the wonderful rooms will guarantee you an unforgettable stay. Very close to the beach.

*The shampoo provided in the shower, instead of cleaning my hair, made it oily and dirty. * Outdoor swimming pool could be heated. In the summer time I find the water being a bit too cold.

This property felt very Italian centric, which was interesting but also occasionally uncomfortable for us as foreigners. Some wait staff did not seem to understand English and failed to honor requests, even though they were working hard (maybe understaffed?) We were very disappointed the hotel did not make it clear that beach club reservations were needed well in advance of the stay to access the beach. So, all clubs were booked and we could not fully enjoy the beach. We reserved the room in April for an August stay and should have been notified of the beach club process upon reservation. I might not recommend this property to US travelers without a caveat that mentions my above concerns. The staff were all very nice and the property is beautiful. I might recommend cultural customer service training to help foreigners feel more welcome.

The hotel is stunning, we loved the free bike hire so we could get to nearby places. The indoor and outdoor pools are beautiful. The breakfast is amazing.the staff were so helpful and kind.

good location just off the main drag… a bit of a walk but a nice walk really great staff, loved the free bikes and enjoyed the swimming pool on the negative side the restaurants were inconsistent… had a good risotto then a very poor salad rammed full of iceberg, and tomatoes with no flavour got a bit noisy with kids on our last day - definitely not a quiet couples place!

aircon wasn’t on demand, hotel set it to come on and go off at set times, very uncomfortable first night as a consequence steam room wasn’t working this hotel does not have its own beach club or section of beach, you have to pay 40 euros per person per day to use the sun beds and parasols at the beach, which was a bit misleading and unexpected

The hotel was exactly as we expected. We chose this location because of the location and spa facilities. We went with family and our little boy was super excited about the location and pool. Spacious room, very clean and staff present and eager to help and guide you. We had dinner out at a place recommended by the concierge and I can say it was a great experience.

We truly loved our stay here. My family and I visited off season and found the staff very friendly and helpful despite busy times with a major conference in nearby Lucca. Our room (suite) was very comfortable and the hotel accommodated our request in terms of room location despite the conference. My entire family enjoyed the excellent breakfast where there is something tasty for everyone, including fresh pressed juices. Last but not least, UNA is a beautiful and well kept property. We will certainly come back.

Only one charging post for EV/plugin hybrid vehicle. Having said that, the service is free and many hotels still don't have any so this is really a smaller remark rather than an actual dislike.
