Friendly staff, and the location is within walking distance to many attractions.

Excellent location! The rooms were nice and clean, beautiful painted mural  on the wall, renovated in recent years. We took a room with a nice terrace and loved it.

Breakfast was ok. But not great.

Madrid is a big city, but this central location allowed us to walk to many sites, though many were a mile or more away (museums, parks, etc).

The hotel is situated in a quiet little corner in the middle of the commercial district, within a walking distance of numerous sites and Plazas of Madrid. It’s also close to 2 central metro stations that could help you get fast almost anywhere you want in Madrid. The room was big enough for a family of 4, well equipped, very comfortable and very clean. The personnel was very helpful at all times and made our stay so pleasant! We are grateful for that! If you are staying in this hotel don’t miss out the breakfast! Great variety and a perfect way to start your day! All in all the hotel is a great choice to make your stay in Madrid very enjoyable!

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about this hotel. It made my stay extremely comfortable.

The hotel is beautiful, with an interesting decor, new, and very clean. The location couldn't be better, few steps away from the Gran via and very close to major attractions like Palacio real, Plaza Major and mercado San Miguel.

The hotel has a rooftop terrace to which, unfortunately, we could not access. We were told the terrace opens in summer, but I wish this was better communicated at the time of booking

I was worried initially when I arrived at 3am and saw a strip club next door and thought I had chosen badly. Gran Via neighborhood was perfect! One street off Gran via. Easy walking everywhere. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was amazing, and staff were helpful and courteous. Great option for affordable hotel in Madrid! Will stay there again!
